Tapa Sushi is my go to sushi restaurant. Some of my go to rolls are Playboy, Tropicana, and Manhattan. The Tapa steak is also wonderful. It’s cooked and seasoned perfectly. I also enjoy their calamari appetizer. The staff is kind and helpful.

Delicious sushi, good service, and lovely presentation. Will definitely be coming here again.

Came here for a late lunch and it was decent. Service was great and responsive to our needs. The tempura appetizer had huge 🥕vegetables, but really really small shrimp. The miso soup bowl (although tasty) had a very small amount of soup. Would love to come back and see these changes!

I’ve been to tapa a handful of times now and it’s one of my favorite sushi restaurants. I’ve been to Saratoga springs location as well. Both locations have a great service. The menu offers affordable options. The appetizers are delicious, theres a good selection of sushi and the entree portions are sizable. It’s family friendly and the atmosphere is great for date night or an evening out with friends

Amazing service from the beginning, exceptional food - we had the Tiger and Bae rolls (specials), vegetable yakisoba, sashimi, mango and strawberry lemonades, and others - all was absolutely delicious and fresh. We will definitely be back.

This was our first visit here because we heard great things, and that they have gluten free options as well as gluten free soy sauce, so we had to check it out. We went early enough in the evening that we got seated right away. The waitress was super sweet, we asked her questions about GF options and if she didn't know she went and found out. We each got a couple rolls and we enjoyed them. One was more favorable than the other but I will still go back and try different things. Or just eat my favorite. Price is pretty comparable to others. But worth it. Can't wait to go again.

Food was okay. Place is pretty small, so waiters are weaving past your table constantly (or maybe we were seated by the kitchen?). I got the tempura shrimp. My friend got the yakisoba noodles. Some thread was in her Vegas roll.

Took my wife for our anniversary diner, they didn’t disappoint. Good food excellent service

The rolls at Tapa were very good and reasonably priced. The nigiri and sashimi left me a little disappointed. Tapa isn’t a bad lunch spot to go for some sushi rolls for a reasonable price but if you are looking for high quality fish Tapa is probably not the spot.

Tapa is always so consistent. This is my husband and I’s favorite sushi place! They have some of the best rolls we have tried. Our favorites are the volcano, mama mia, Tropicana and the taylor! The orange chicken is also so amazing! Always a 10/10. We will continue to come here forever!

The absolute best part about this place is that they’re open late. Finishing off a date night with sushi is fun and very doable with this place’s hours. The rolls were good (we got the Taylor and Vegas rolls), the service was quick, but in a sea of sushi restaurants in Salt Lake and Utah counties, I didn’t feel like they stood out much. But they were great for what we needed, a late night sushi fix. We’ll be back!

I liked the Shrimp tempura roll (6pc roll) but the edemame was off. Almost seemed over cooked? Or cooked in advance and reheated? Ordered it spicy, it had good flavor but was definitely a mild spice.

First time having sushi here! Pricing is middle of the road to maybe the higher end. The sushi was okay. We had 4 rolls and some were good and others were definitely not hitting the right note. The rainbow roll was a disappointment, the fish felt old and had a VERY VERY strong fishy/gamey taste. The other rolls ranged from okay to pretty good. Outside of the food, the service was good and the building was clean. I will probably try again at some point down the road :)

I love to being here in Tapa Sushi, I just got sad about the flavor in my Katsu Pork. It seemed that there was no seasoning neither in the pork nor in the vegetables! But everything taste good at all, I Love the Gyoza 😊

I’m not a sushi person but we were given a gift card so we decided to try this place. It’s amazing. We asked our server to suggest somethings and he asked us our preferences and did a great job. My husband got sushi and I had tempura with shrimp, kids had teriyaki chicken and we had some honey bbq wings. Everything was amazing! Even the picky kids loved it. Mostly couples go here. It’s a nice place. Prices weren’t bad. For how good the food was, prices were spot on. Probably won’t bring the kids back but my husband and I want to come back soon.

Saratoga springs now has one of the best sushi restaurants in the state! We dined in tonight on opening night and it far surpasses any other sushi spot in the Saratoga Springs/Eagle Mountain area. The food was absolutely delicious, some of the best rolls I’ve ever had. The restaurant itself is lovely and the staff is absolutely amazing. We have been going over to American Fork location and hoped this would be as good as that one. It certainly is!

We've always been fans of a different sushi place in Orem but the food and service at Tapa has changed our minds. We've never had a bad experience here and the servers are always really friendly and attentive.

When you don't make the chefs wear the proper equipment you get a girl that keeps shaking her head to get the hair out of her face and dropping her hair in your food, this place used to be so great, and the past 3 times it's just gotten worse and worse, warm fish, smelly rolls, guess this was the last time we give them a shot sadly.

Delicious sushi! You can't go wrong with any of their rolls. I've always had a great service experience. Jordan has been our server a few times and is friendly, fast, and attentive! This location is a great spot to go for a late night dinner.

So glad that Tapa opened a location near me! The food and the service were excellent. Pricing is fair, the restaurant itself is nice, and the presentation was surprisingly enjoyable. Definitely will be coming back here.
