Lance is amazing! He is very knowledgeable, skilled, and cares about his patients. I highly recommend him. I went to him last year for back pain. I previously had a negative experience with another physical therapist after 30-something visits with no improvement. Lance said, “my goal is to get you out of here feeling better in 6-8 visits.” He was not only true to his word, but also gave me self-help exercises and instructions that kept me feeling great for a long time. I recently hurt my back again after overdoing my desk time working and studying. Lance was really accommodating with a last-minute appointment request and I feel confident that his treatment will work. I’m glad to be visiting this gem of a physical therapist!

Lance is the best therapist we have ever been to, and unfortunately we had been to plenty before we found him. He is very attentive and knowledgeable about what your body needs to heal properly! We recommend him to everyone we know and will go to no one else when healing from an injury or surgery.

I have had a great experience and have seen consistent progress. This is my first time in physical therapy and I have learned a lot in my treatment sessions. Lance reviewed my surgical report, and asked about the pain that I was experiencing. He checked my range of motion and strength. I was shown exercises to increase strength and flexibility which I can also do at home. I would highly recommend Advance Motion Physical Therapy to anyone needing rehab after surgery or injury.

I can't praise the team at Advanced Motion PT enough! I came in after an MPFL reconstruction that took several months to rehabilitate, but Lance and his team were incredible the entire time! Lance & team provide excellent one-on-one care for every patient. The techs are friendly and knowledgeable, and Lance is very skilled at providing comprehensive treatment and not only focused on getting me back to where I was, but also provided treatment to help prevent future injury.
