Delicious fast casual worth a try if you’re in the footprint of the chain restaurant. Heard it was started by Hawaiian guys in Utah. They definitely brought welcome flavor to the state. Generous amount of food served line style, great prices and different size options. I tried their chicken teriyaki (sauce had depth, meat was tender) as well as their chicken katsu (crispy fried goodness). Macaroni side was great too, even if you don’t like macaroni salad the Hawaiian style is different. Overall a tasty and satisfying meal, stop by if you get the chance.

Found the food very yummy and ample portions. My favorite was the Katsu Chicken. I also enjoyed the calming "island" music playing in the background. Staff was friendly. Victoria super nice. Seating is available both indoor and outdoor. Restrooms available yet needed attention when we were there.

I love this food. It makes my heart clogged but sooo happy! The first Hawaiian food I wanted to eat in Utah was Mo' Bettahs! Here's why: they've nailed the balance between the savory meats and the creamy mac salad. In particular the crispy chicken katsu with that tangy sauce! The pulehu chicken was solid today too. I did not share. It was all mine to eat. And I washed it all down the the magic POG juice that just makes you feel so refreshed and relaxed. I could eat here every week for the rest of my shortened life! I could not find this kind of joy in all of Texas, but it is here aplenty in Utah.

I can’t imagine it getting “mo bettah” than this lol! I was visiting the area and thought that Hawaiian food seemed interesting. I have no regrets! This was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I placed an order online for pickup. My order was ready when I arrived. Although I couldn’t help but notice the lovely sound and smell of meat grilling. At that moment, I knew I’d be in for a treat. I got the mini plate with Teriyaki Chicken and Teriyaki Steak. The chicken was delicious! The steak had good flavor but wasn’t as tender as I hoped. It came with Macaroni Salad and Rice. They were nice accompaniments to the meat. I also got an order of the Kalua Pig which was so tender and yummy! Lastly, I can’t say I’ve had Hawaiian food unless I’ve had the spam. The Spam Musubi was decent. I usually love seaweed but I wasn’t a fan of the seaweed wrapping. I’m definitely adding Mo’ Bettahs to my list and can’t wait for another opportunity to eat here.

As always, Mo'bettahs doesn't disappoint! I had the Katsu chicken and Teriyaki steak with white rice and macaroni salad and my husband had the Teriyaki steak and the pork with white rice and macaroni salad too. It was so yummy as per usual! Thanks again for the consistently delicious food guys!

Our new favorite place to grab food! Everything we've tried has been delicious, especially the Mac salad. I'm usually not a fan of Mac salad, but its soo good! The Meats are tender with their own flavor, so you don't have to have sauce. The rice is always perfectly cooked, which I really appreciate. We always have 2 meals with how big the portions are. They do the meats with a scale, so there's no skimping. It's usually younger kids working, but they're so kind and professional. There's also a fantastic variety of Hawaiian drinks.

Always amazing food!! We love coming to Mo' Bettahs, it's always delicious and fresh. I can't get enough of the Mac Salad. Probably the best thing on the menu. I usually get the teriyaki chicken and pulehu pork (like pulled pork). I get the mini, which is still plenty of food. However, this time, they had these new containers for the mini. They give you tons of food for what you ask for, which is not the complaint, but the food does not fit the container they have. They need to stick to bigger containers. I saw mine and someone else's larger portion not fit in the container and the worker had a hard time closing the container.

Last time I will be eating at this place. Service has gone down hill the last 3 years. Rice way under cooked, can't even chew and the shrimp was also undercooked. The shrimp is strange because they cooked it while I was there, the brown rice is basically not even cooked. Would not recommend this place. Last few times I have been here, there has been something wrong each time. Food is over priced for the quality.
