I moved to Coral Pointe at the Forum on April 14, 2023. I’ve had amazing help when i’ve had a problem in the building. Everyone in the office is so welcoming and assist you in every way possible. I totally recommend you living here. The area is wonderful and they have a beautiful pool with a gym and even a game room! Love this place!! Barbara has been amazing and understanding throughout the move. And maintenance is the best as well! Its a beautiful place to call home🩵

My dog and I moved to Coral Pointe at the Forum a couple of months ago and we love it. We are new to the Fort Myers area and are fortunate to have found such a great place. Dillon was so nice and helpful with setting up everything for us to have smooth move into the apartment. The facilities are clean and have new equipment! My dog loves the dog park and obstacle course! Definitely a great place to stay.

The price of rent is disgusting for what you get. A basic outdated apartment with absolutely zero sound proofing. It's located right off the highway with a non patrolled drag strip front entrance. People are in the halls at all hours talking and smoking. The staff doesn't seem to pick up any of the dog poo. They have low flow flush toilets so you need to flush 4 times and waste twice as much water as normal toilets. Their concern for saving water doesn't seem to roll over to their sprinkler use, runs almost every night until the parking lot has a creek running across it. The irrigation water stinks like a reptile zoo. The staff just let's the delivered packages that are right outside pile up and they don't care if packages get stolen. The staff will come into your apartment as they please.

I have been a resident here at Coral Point at the Forum for almost a year now and I absolutely recommend living here. I have nothing but positive things to say about the office & maintenance staff. Yes, there have been changes in the office staff since I moved in however the previous and present staff have always been very helpful and have taken care of any issues I brought to their attention. The maintenance staff however is on a whole different level. They honestly go above and beyond to take care of not just the property (which is not an easy task) but all the residents who call Coral Pointe at the Forum home. All the work orders I have submitted during my time here (3 in total) have been answered and resolved either on the same day or within 24 hrs. The Manager, Kris, even called me at 11pm on a Thursday evening just minutes after placing a work order that my AC was not cooling. At 8:15am Kevin was at my door ready to tackle & resolve the issue. Unfortunately, I have read some of the negative reviews which I think is truly unfair and the reason why I am writing this review. Apparently it is much easier to write a negative review than to write a positive one. I know that many do not understand the concept of apartment living but I have witnessed the staff here treat everyone fairly and with respect as they go above and beyond to keep the residents here happy. With so many residents and all the different personalities, that is a difficult task to accomplish. Thank you Coral Pointe for making me feel valued and at home here!!

I moved here in February and have loved everything about the facilities and apartment. However this past weekend they got new pool furniture and I do not like it at all…they got ride of the cabanas and didn’t get any new ones…for being a mom those where great for me to put my little one down for a nap during pool days…also the new pool furniture is hard as a rock and so uncomfortable to sit on. Another downfall is that they changed their clubhouse hours to only when the office is open, which is completely not fair at all for all the money we pay for this place. I work until 4 m-f and don’t even get home until 5pm which is when they now close the clubhouse. Evening are the only time me and my family have to use our facilities and now they are taking away and changing them to not be as enjoyable. But the apartment itself that we live in is great, and our maintenance crew are great and super fast at responding.

First off let me just say not only is Coral Pointe a beautiful place to live, but the staff is truly exceptional. Our experience with Dillon, our leasing agent, has been nothing short of amazing. His attentiveness and professionalism made the process seamless. Five stars all the way! - Tyler B

I have had a fantastic experience at this apartment complex so far in my stay. The staff was not only prompt but incredibly friendly, always going above and beyond to assist me with my questions, show me around, etc. The community's safety is top-notch, providing peace of mind, and the amenities are not only clean but also impressive. I couldn't be happier with my choice! 5 stars!

Greatest group of maintenance team around! Chris and his team are always on top of things… they come out promptly and fix thing’s immediately!!! They always go the extra mile to make sure things get fixed correctly and they are always fast and friendly! GREAT WORK GUYS :) you’re all much appreciated 🎉🎉🎉🎉👍😊

Maintenance came today to fix my a/c. I got home and it was not working. They were here super fast and did an awesome job. Thank you so much coral pointe maintenance team!

Walls are paper thin, you can hear your neighbors talking, or walking around at all hours of the day. Management does nothing about noise complaints for neighbors. Rent is so expensive, and the amenities are closed pretty much by 3-5pm everyday. So you can’t even use the club house. The gym has like 7 machines in there that’s always taken. Pretty much if you’re going to live here I’d suggest getting the top floor or going somewhere else for the price. Definitely not impressed.

Terrible, they want to charge for everything as if it were a 5 star hotel and after you leave they want to continue charging you, they don't explain anything and in the end you pay for 1 room as if you lived in a 5 room house. Summary, terrible job
