I have just signed my Third Year here at The Edison Apts. I truly Enjoy living here! Our Staffing ( though sometimes short handed ) Do there Best to assist residents, take care with Pride our grounds and amenities. I experienced this first hand before during and after Hurricane Ian. Kudos to You; Edison Apartments! I’m Happy to call you my HOME!

My best friend and I lived at The Edison for 13 months and we enjoyed it a lot! Amanda, our leasing agent, helped us so much throughout the year. She is the best!! Beautiful apartment with great amenities.

I have lived at the Edison for 3 years now. I absolutely love the apartment and I would highly recommend. There are tons of events like food trucks, yoga, wine nights, etc. Everyone at the leasing office is awesome and extremely responsive. Amanda is great!! Maintenance staff is wonderful as well. I could not say enough good things about the property. The new management company (RPM) has kept up with all of the events and are GREAT when it comes to questions. Of course the apartments themselves are super nice. I am only leaving because I am relocating. I am most sad leaving The Edison!! Thank you for a wonderful 3 years.

Love this apartment complex!!! The amenities are absolutely AMAZING. I feel like I’m on vacation when I’m at the pool. Everyone in the leasing office is so friendly and always has a smile on their face. Maintenance is fast and reliable with work orders. 10/10!!! I would definitely recommend anyone to live here.

Living in this community has been amazing so far! The luxurious amenities and serene environment, has made it the perfect place to call home in Fort Myers. The standout feature for me is the resort-style pool. It is surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs, hammocks and palm trees. I LOVE the complimentary yoga classes by the pool. It is such a relaxing setting to practice my favorite exercise. The apartments are beautiful on the inside. Great resident hangout areas. The management is exceptional and maintenance is done quick. I plan to renew my lease in August.

Amazing while you're living there. Terrible when you go to move out. To re-lease me apartment, they wanted to charge me 2300. When I said no, and my exact apartment went up on their website, it was for sale for 1920 with 1500 off their first month. They did not want to negotiate at all. They value new people over people that are currently there.

I think the new management team is getting the mail room in order which is great. It used to be so bad all of the sudden packages I have been missing for months are reappearing, I stopped ordering things to my address previously. My biggest and really only issue is noise, my neighbors probably aren’t even THAT bad but I can hear every little footstep, argument, moan (ew), bark, and even the sound of people above me going pee which is confirmed by the sound of the flush afterwards. Even so quiet as a yawn I can hear in the apartments above or next to me. Once you get used to it though you just ignore it lol but for the high cost it would be nice to not have to hear it. Amenities are very nice and I love my apartment, so overall I have been satisfied with living here.

If you are thinking about moving here just do it! I honestly was not intending to even move to Florida till I visited a friend that also lives in the community, but I fell in love with the property. The amenities and community as a whole are amazing. If I ever have any issues Amanda is the go to problem solver and handles it with ease.

The Edison has been a wonderful property to call home. Amanda is on top of all things resident related. She made my move in process seamless and is my go-to for any and all questions.

I personally love my apartment. 5 stars to the office because even the maintenance crew helped my mom when I’m out of town sounds like something simple but it means the world to my family
