Ordered 2 Bacon dogs with ketchup, they gave em to me with cheese. I CANT EAT CHEESE. waste of money. i got this to go, so im not gonna drive a half hour to get a refund. NEVER GOING AGAIN

Went in to pick up a mobile order, which they keep away from the counter. I tell the guy doing the fries and handing out food my name to which he shrugs off like it’s not ready yet, which is fine perhaps I arrived early. I do see two bags of food that are sitting where the to go orders are. After standing there ten minutes another staff asked who I was waiting for and I tell her my name. She looks at the guy who should be handing me the food to which he just acts like it’s not ready yet….. after waiting another ten minutes or longer, watching everyone else get served I finally get annoyed and ask how much longer it’s gonna be for my food. The guy finally grabs one of the bags that was sitting ready to go the entire time. So I essentially was forced to wait and watch my food get cold for no reason. I will probably drive an extra few minutes for Culver’s next time. Not worth 13 bucks for a burger here.

The "A" team was there today My burger with 5 add-ons was put together perfectly. Nothing fell out! The fries were hot, slightly crisp. Not soggy and limp. I thanked them on a great job.

Counter service fast food chain with burgers, hot dogs, and milkshakes. Honorable mention : complimentary shelled peanuts while you wait. No kids' meals or chicken tenders, but they do make a small hamburger that my girls demolished, much to my surprise! They don't eat hamburgers anywhere else. In fact, they say it's their new favorite restaurant. The fries are addicting and you won't be able to stop eating them if they are hot. A regular fry was plenty for myself and my two young daughters to split. One milkshake was plenty for us as well. Three burgers, a fry, a fountain drink and a milkshake were $37. More than you might pay at the drive thru, but 100x better food.

Food and portions were excellent , about service… the young guy at the register need more training and get into better service culture. At the end food change the course of the experience. Great burguer a lot of fries…

Same as any other five guys. If you like smash burger type burger, they are good. Can't beat a good burger you cook on grill at home but it's fast and easy. And best fries! Come here regularly to keep kids happy.
