It wasn’t a great first time experience. We surprised my daughter because she loves boba so much. They were out of the tapioca boba and also out of the boba waffles. We understand the supply issue. It did give us an opportunity to try something new like their crystal boba, which was ok. I’m giving two stars because they seemed rushed and forgot to give us the macarons we ordered and we didn’t realize it until we’re were already on the road home. Then my daughter felt sick after her drink and we had to pull over for her to get out of the car. We all felt fine with our drinks so maybe she just drank hers too fast. Overall, we had high hopes to find a great boba place, and they seem amazing with 365 options, but even though we were let down maybe we’ll try again and hope for a better experience next time.

I ordered a brown sugar milk tea with extra boba. I was so happy that they put extra boba in it... but when I tasted it there was no flavor. It tasted like nothing. It was just milk with flavorless boba.

This place is centrally located which means it brings in good amounts traffic. Sometimes that causes for someone to overlook the reviews. (ME!) I decided to treat for a good old boba tea. The milk teas that we ordered (taro, creme brulee) and shaved ice had NO sweeteners whatsoever. Literally! I freaked out and thought I had Covid because it was tasteless. Only ro find out that everyone in my party felt the same. It's unfortunate because you can't really go wrong with boba. Until you do and then you're left no other choice but to voice your opinion through a review. Some of these other low star rating reviews are not lying. I have been to other shops that ask you how sweet you want your drink. This place is has no warnings (written, verbal or otherwise) This place has great potential if only they decided to add taste to their menu. What's a variety of flavors good for if they taste like nothing. Please consider some of these low reviews if you truly care about customer satisfaction and quality of product and service.

Bought three milk teas. Pricing isn’t bad. Lots of variety. However, two out of the three drinks were not good. Watermelon milk tea had virtually no melon flavor and tasted a bit medicinal. I probably won’t finish it and may even throw it out. Brown sugar milk tea tasted sickly, honestly. The taro milk tea had the best flavor of all. Thus far the best bubble teas I’ve had in Lee county has been at Spatini Teabar on Sanibel. A bit more expensive, but worth it.

I’ve had my fair shake of Boba tea at some places and this would have to be at the very bottom and I’ve had Boba tea at some sketchy joints I left Miromar outlets to go get me and my four friends Boba you heard right at golf Coast drove all the way over there for their buy one get one for Thai tea and all of them were under sweetened if you’re going to use condensed milk you need to throw in packets of Stevia as well or sweeten the Thai tea prior with something other than sugar that is what most Boba places do.

Stopped by to grab a coffee. Instead of hot Latte they gave me iced without asking. I also bought 4 macarons cookies and the total bill was close to 20$, which is a joke. Asked for a bathroom, was told someone is there, later turned out it was closed outside and nobody was inside. In my opinion, the place is overpriced. I gave it one star first, but then decided to change to three stars because otherwise it is not that bad. The cashier was nice and smiling.

Very rude girl with glasses behind cashier. I let her know my drink tasted watery and no flavor. Instead of being kind and reassuring to remake the drink, she gave me attitude and said ughhh. We have been to many places for boba and I’ve never had this experience. I recommend kung fu tea and infinity tea all the way over this place.

Yesterday I placed an online order for two milk tea’s with boba and they were ready at the scheduled time listed when I arrived. The ordering process was straight forward which I loved as other places to get boba are confusing with the option selections. I want to note that the workers were very friendly when I came in, and one of them was very kind in explaining how to order and what the different options were to a mother and son who came in with a lot of questions. Although I got my order to go, the inside of the establishment was clean and welcoming for sitting and enjoying in there. I got two milk teas and saved one for today and I am impressed at how great it tastes a day later. It was the lavender milk tea and the flavor is just right, they really nailed the less sweet and I am thoroughly impressed. Definitely would recommend this location for boba!

Boba tea is absolutely delicious! Gorgeous presentation and taste. Three only thing I wish I'd if they would've given me a heads up on how sweet it can be - usually I go there and it's fine, but the last time we very sugary (too sweet)! It would be nice if they asked me a sweetness level of possible, otherwise we'll a great place.

Their fruit teas are good, no complaints there… but the milk teas are god awful; they taste like 25% tea and 75% whole milk. Also their hours are terrible, they are always closed whenever I go.

I got Peach boba and my husband got chocolate milk tea. It's just acceptable, not special. I'll try other flavor next time.

This is the best place to get boba tea! It is a reasonable price, possible a little expensive for some, but it’s worth it! There are so many different flavors and drinks you can get as well, I’ve been going every weekend for a long time and I have never gotten the same thing twice, and there’s still plenty of options left for me to try!

I do not usually write reviews, and I hate to do this.hoping the owner will read and address this. I came to this place because of the great reviews. I ordered a smoothie, when I read on the menu about the sweetness lever and percentage I was a bit confused (never saw this before), and ask the girl taking my order what that is. She said how sweet I wanted my smoothie, I replied not at all. She went to the back to get the fruits inside the blender, came back out and I see her pumping a liquid on top of the fruits. I asked her what is this? Her answer, it’s syrup for flavor!?!!! I looked at her again, very confused and said I don’t want that. She looked super annoyed, I told her it’s ok that I don’t want her to throw it away (my mistake). She then continued to pump one more time, and I said why did she do that, her answer, it’s just the banana flavor 🤦🏻‍♀️ at this point I should have just ask for my money back which I paid cash for. If you want a healthy, freshly made smoothie do not go there. I ended up throwing my $10 smoothie in the garbage. Still have the artificial taste in my mouth.

Love love love this place and they have the best boba bubble teas around. I do not like when things are fake or over-sugared, this is perfectly done! We had 4 different ones and they were all perfect. Boba tapioca bubbles are the best here. This place is phenomenal! I’ve been going a ton recently and I get the Tiramisu milk tea with boba and it’s amazing every single time. Staff there are super chill and will even make conversation! Not to mention the music, they always have some really chill stuff on or even Animal Crossing music! Also if you’re in a rush and just need your fix using the mobile order is always super fast! If you’re looking for a chill place to get a drink this is definitely the spot.

Customer service and atmosphere were great! However, after finishing the milk thai tea beverage that had an odd taste my tongue was orange. I'm going to assume food coloring is used in their beverages☹️ sad to say I won't return

Truthfully one of the best bubble teas I’ve had!! I had been craving some since being down here on vacation and decided to try this place out despite some negative reviews. I did an order ahead of the taro crime brûlée with boba. It was ready within minutes. Customer service was very nice and he even informed me on their rewards program. The tea was very flavorful and the price was super amazing compared to most shops. I highly recommend going here for your bubble tea fix. I plan to go 1-2 more times before leaving this week!!

I'm a boba tea enthusiast and this is the best boba tea in SWFL! I have to drive 40min just to grab a boba tea at least once a week, because it's so yummy and totally worth the drive! Staff is always caring, attentive, and happy to serve up deliciousness. The Boba balls (insert immature chuckle here 😉) are always fresh and the perfect texture, with such a great variety of flavors and mixtures. You gotta try the Bubble Waffle too! Take your taste buds for a fabulous ride to boba town!

I got a strawberry and watermelon crystal strawberry boba drinks. They were perfect not so sweet and cold! The pieces of fruit in it was delicious especially the watermelon. Refreshing for this Florida heat! The barista was super nice and fast too (:

If you want to drink plain milk with boba, definitely come here. This is my second time trying this place, and I specifically asked for extra sweet because the first time I tried boba here— it literally had no flavor. And what did I get the second time around—basically an overpriced cup of milk . After, reading similar reviews, I don’t understand how after 20 years, there still is no flavor. Sure they’re quick to serve your drink, but at the cost of flavor. If I have to wait an extra two minutes for sweetness to be added to my drink, I’ll gladly wait.

Went to Paradise today, overall the drinks me and my friend ordered were super tasty! Downfall of todays trip would definitely be the pibes of rubber inside of her drink which was white chocolate coffee blended with boba.

This place is a special gem loved by most locals in this part of Florida. You won't find any other place that sells boba milk tea as good as this place for another 100 miles and that's a fact. You'd have to drive all the way to Tampa, Miami, or even Orlando for the next best thing! At the moment of writing this review, the place is as busy as ever (Read packed) on the day they close early in the week on a Sunday at 5PM. However, the staff show no signs of turning the customers away as they patiently continue to take orders and making the ones they have taken down. Even behind the mask you can tell the owner is smiling!

This is the only boba place that you can get any boba vegan style and they have all the different plant based milks for substitution

The lady who was there was very helpful, gave a great suggestion (honeydew milk tea- very refreshing on a hot day and not too sweet) and just super nice. Which was all just a bonus because the tea itself was delicious!! Highly recommend and will go back
