Wonderful lunch spot. There is indoor and shaded outdoor seating. All menu items I have tasted have been well made and presented well. The service from the young girls is mediocre. They have several handmade crafts for purchase from local artisans. They also have a cooler with FEK Kombucha and Botanical Brewing beverages! (my fav)

Finally!! A place with organic coffee and food options! It’s such a cute spot with seating inside and out. Honestly there are so many great options it’s overwhelming! I can’t wait to come back and try something different!

Getting to the review: very colorful atmosphere. The location is a bit tucked away. The variety seems on point, you might have to eat here a few times to get used to the flow and wait time. Overall room to improve on service.

Fast, friendly service and a decent selection of vegan options made with fresh ingredients. The wheatgrass shots and PB shake are perfect! They also have a tranquil, dog-friendly seating area with natural plants and a koi pond.

I would give this 10 stars if I could. I was greeted upon entering. I enjoyed a quinoa veggie wrap with lemon tahini - yum! Coffee was great and the vegan chocolate chip cookie was perfect. The cafe is delightfully appointed and the ladies restroom was spotless. I will be back!

you kidding , all organic?? Great food , Great wellness Shots. I was so happy to finally find a vegan Cobb salad, and it did not disappoint! The $17 meta booster smoothie bowl was epic and worth every cent. The avo toast was excellent as it was made on homemade bread. They bake everything here themselves, including the role that the black bean burger came on, which was deliciously smoky and flavorful, with the lettuce, tomato and cucumber, garnish that complemented it perfectly. The staff was super sweet, especially Alicia, who gave us all kinds of recommendations for other great places in the area. I would highly recommend and can’t wait to come again.

I just started doing Keto not long ago, and I will tell you - this place is a local treasure! My egg omelette was the best I've had ALL month (and I've been eating so many eggs lately 😊) - très magnifique ! They serve it with a choice of fresh fruit (cut in front of you) or potatoes, which I ate the super fresh strawberries and blueberries! This does come with apples and bananas as well, so be sure to ask for only berries. And I 💖 so much that they have compostable straws!!! Win-win with the herb-infused water available. Ahhhh.... So relaxed in this environment as well! ¡ Merci !

Was my first time here and I must say everything was amazing, If you want more healthier options food here is your spot. I had the avocado toast with eggs also had the chocolate chip avocado muffin and the raw juice which was beets, ginger, lemon and carrots. First time here which will definitely be first of many.

My daughter and I like to ride our bikes around the area to find cool new places. We stopped into the Living Vine for juices and a cookie. The hibiscus lemonade and gold and green sunset were winners! My daughter also loved her cookie. Will definitely be back.

Friendly staff and healthy options are found here! I enjoyed an irresistible chocolate chip cookie while waiting for my food. The chicken salad tasted so fresh! The delicious veggie wrap was not only a pleasure to eat but it was also prepared to perfection to be gluten free by the kitchen staff.

I love this restaurant! I can eat any meal there and my stomach always feels light and happy. I have IBS so I am very exclusive with food. The energy environment is so loving and relax, everyone is happy there. I absolutely love and 100% recommend this café! The atmosphere is very nice both inside and outside; the interior is welcoming and the outdoor seating looks great. There is also a nice area inside that is dedicated to local artists/other small businesses which I find really great and fun to browse. Staff is friendly as well. The food and drinks are amazing, I'm always happy to try something new from their menu. Some of my favorites include the desserts, the hibiscus and charcoal lemonade, pineapple wheatgrass shot, and the turkey med wrap! It's nice to come in and get something that tastes delicious and is good for you ♡

Very unfriendly walked in at 7:46 was to told come back because they open at 8. Even though the internet and marquee said 7:30. Anyway, left and went someplace where I am welcome. He should have said, hey you're early but would u like some coffee while u wait? Guess I will go to a place where they want my business and welcome me rather than being unfriendly and snarky.

Very nice people! I originally was going to order from Chef Brooke's cafe for the Vegan Thanksgiving meal and on the two occasions I called to order she was extremely rude! So I decided to try The Living Vine and they were SO nice and helpful and the food was great!!! We will try them again!

I’m not sure how it took me this long to finally write a review for this place. Maybe because no one meal does it justice…but this is one of my absolute favorite places in Fort Myers. I probably come once a week. They have a strong focus on healthy food (& living) and use only organic ingredients which I love! My go-to’s are the turkey mediterranean on homemade bread and “the vine” juice. Also, today they had pumpkin spiced maple glazed doughnuts and they were amazing- so moist & doughy but in a really good way. It totally made me feel like I was immersed in fall 🍂 happy tummy, happy girl☺️

My husband and I enjoyed lunch on a Friday afternoon!! Shared the olive tapenade sandwich which tasted awesome w/ Mediterranean flavors 👌 I have to say it is on the pricey end but highly recommend it. Friendly staff, outdoor seating.

Love going to this cafe! The environment inside is really nice and organized, they have cute and positive decor. The staff is friendly every time I come in. Their baked goods are absolutely amazing, I love their seasonal flavors (the pumpkin glazed donuts are incredible!) You can tell that the owner cares about her customers, any time I had questions or wanted to order some sweets ahead of time she was helpful and very kind. The place itself is a bit more secluded and feels more relaxed than some of the other cafes I've gone to. Another detail: it smells sooo good inside. I typically order the turkey med wrap with one of their lemonades or a strawberry slushy, it's always yummy and refreshing. So happy that I live near and can come frequently, I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to eat good healthy organic foods and simply unwind for a bit in this pleasant cafe. 10/10 would go again!!

Was in the mood for an açaí bowl and googled where I could find one. Found Living Vine Organic Cafe and it was close to home so sounded good to me. Cute place in a strip mall/office complex off Colonial Dr. The cafe itself was clean and smelled like essential oils. Staff was not wearing masks and I almost left because of this. Especially when preparing food, you should wear a mask. I understand it's no longer a law but most places are still requiring safety measures. But I stayed and ordered an açaí bowl. At first I ordered it to go but it took a pretty long time for it to be made so I decided to stay to eat it. The açaí bowl itself was pretty good. Not the best I've eaten but good. It could use a bit more granola and a typical açaí bowl comes with shredded coconut and honey on top. This one had neither. The atmosphere is nice. There was a bookshelf that had items for sale such as essential oils, incense, chakra jewelry and books. I may be back when Covid lets up to try something different. Maybe.

It is delicious and healthy. I am very picky and got sad to visit many 4+ places. But this one is very good. Give it a try.

A friend of mine took me here and I have been back a few times since, really love the welcoming environment, the local crafted jewelry and other things they have for sale in there. The staff is always so friendly and the food is great! Love love love that there are gf and vegan options. Will be continuing to come here for breakfast and lunch when I'm on the go.

I love everything about this place! From the top quality, organic, fresh, delicious smoothies, sandwiches, & wraps, to the cozy, cool, & charming interior, to the friendly service. Situated in a interesting plaza with courtyards & waterways. My only caution is entering the shopping center. Pretty scary trying to turn left into the place crossing heavy oncoming traffic. Best to go past, exit right, & loop around(if you’re coming from the east on Colonial).

Had a regular coffee with espresso and milk. This was my first time here so I wasn’t what to get. The two associates working were very helpful and gave recommendations on what to get. Very cozy inside and the little waterway had little koi fish in it if you want to sit outside and enjoy your beverage/food.

My husband pick this place out of internet I was hungry and I didn't care for it but I was very surprise how good evening was i eat beets salad and avocado toast with orange carrot apples and cucumber juice so delicious and my husband eat black beans chili and black beans wrap also delicious and the service is so nice and friendly we will be definitely be back

Food had absolutely no flavor. No seasonings at all, not even salt and pepper. Tastes like it came directly out of the bag or can. It was a bit busy but food took 30 minutes before one plate came out and another 10 for drinks to come out. I took one bite and couldn’t eat it. I boxed it up so I can try to make it taste okay at home. Employees were very sweet though and boxed up our plate and drinks for us. EDIT: My one other food review OVER A YEAR ago was at Subway, and I left it because they had good service and made the trip enjoyable.I cook nearly every single meal at home as I am vegetarian and have been for 7 years and typically ONLY eat at restaurants like yours. I’ve also worked in food service since I was 15 and am an experienced barista as well. I even complimented your service and you made assumptions about who I am based on a review that I left because I came to your shop excited and left upset and hungry. I understand a time wait when it is busy, I know how that goes, but again the food did not come out up to par with that long of a wait. It was bland. Though I do appreciate your use of fresh veggies and local businesses around, it tasted fresh out of a bag with lack of flavor.

Living Vine Organic cafe is the absolute best! I recently traveled to the area and had asked in advance for some special accommodation of celery juice and a detox smoothie, and Sylvie and the entire team went over and beyond to get the ingredients and have everything ready for me while I was staying. It was such a great experience! Additionally, the cafe is adorable, and everything we tried on the menu was AMAZING, and plenty of options for organic raw vegan diet! Highly recommend!! Found this little gem while on lunch break and needing something healthy and fast. While ordering I just happened to ask if they made vegan cake cause my daughter's bday was in less than a week and I'm a procrastinator. The owner/ chef came out and made the arrangement for me to pick the cake up in a couple days..... I couldn't be happier with the results. It tastes better than you or any of my guests expected and it was very affordable. I am really impressed and I just hope everyone gives this little place a try weather for lunch, sweets, unique drinks. Also going in even just to pick up food the front counter girls are just so sweet and really pass great energy along. Thank you and I look forward to the next great meal from you all💕
