Okay. Loved being there. Also didn't expect Kava to work on me. At some point I just started smiling. My facial muscles relaxed. I felt happy there. I got Snickers cocktail. If you get it too get it less sweet. Mine was really sweet. I'm a kind of person who likes only mildly sweet things. I really adored the original Kava drink. Wow. It was so nice. So nice. I also admired the service. Whoever hired the staff did a great job. As a psychology PhD student I can definitely tell that happy employees make clients happy and the clients want to come back. Please continue keeping your employees happy! 😊 And bring Nectarlab to South Bend Indiana!!! I like well decorated places!😊

Love the vibes of Nectar Lab, their new location did not disappoint! Very cozy inside with great seating areas. The kavatender was very welcoming and friendly. Love the spacious outdoor area as well, my dog loved hanging out outside. Great drinks, too!

Waited at the register. No greeting. Took their time and straight up did not care. Normally I wouldn’t be so harsh as someone who is also in customer service but this needs to be recognized and corrected. Yes, they have good kratom but that should not allow their employees to be so inconsiderate. Just being honest.

Mel was super welcoming and very helpful. She made some of the best drinks I've had at a kava bar in a while. The atmosphere at the bar was very welcoming and had such a great vibe. Definitely going to recommend this place!

Nicole was an absolute pleasure to discuss Kava being a first timer. The atmosphere was very soft and quiet. Tons of regulars. I was able to enjoy some Kava, read a book. A complete opposite from a wild night out drinking. I very much enjoyed my time there.

Great place to relax with friends or by yourself. Friendly environment and chill vibes. Really good drink selection for kratom and kava. Also happy hour is great here. If you go on a day that Dylan works it's even better he makes great drinks

All of the drinks are so scrumptious and all of the staff who have helped me out have all been so kind and helpful! I love everyone here and all of their drinks. it’s also such a nice relaxing place to hangout. I recommend to everyone :)

Kennedy is amazing!! Great atmosphere and drinks for a reasonable price. Kennedy was hustling behind the bar and consistently checking up on customers to make sure everyone was served in a timely manner.

I love the environment here and the company is always nice to hang out with. I’ve never had a problem with the staff and some of them are my friends, would definitely recommend to others to come hang and have a drink.

Came in for Christmas Eve🎄 and was greeted by Aleah. She was super welcoming, attentive, and personable. Also super good at making drinks! 25% if you dress up, couldn’t beat that!

Good drinks & nice atmosphere. The crowd is mostly around 18-25 years old and witnessed someone making a bong from a water bottle and using it openly inside the establishment.

Been here a few times, always had a good experience; My most recent visit will be the last. Male worker there during the morning shift was extremely hostile. The female that was there before was very pleasant though. I can’t give 0 stars, but the one I do give is for her.

I got the mango green strain botanical tea and it was simple but tasted great! Jon was the bartender at the time and he was super friendly and helpful. Also plays great music😂

Very chilled and relaxing environment. Really good drinks and knowledgeable bartender that would walk thru the drinks and the effects. Highly recommend coming here, even if kratum is your thing. It's worth checking out even just once. Will definitely be back!
