I've searched all over The Cape and Ft Myers for patio furniture. You get what you pay for sure. All other places were cheaper but the quality sucked. So glad I choose to just spend the money. The furniture is amazingly comfy! Can't wait for the furniture to be delivered. Will edit post of update on delivery service.

We recently purchased our new patio furniture from them and are very happy with the quality, pricing and service. The sales people and delivery people are very friendly and helpful. The fabric we chose is back-ordered so they even gave us some loaner cushions so that we can use the furniture until our cushions come in. I will definitely recommend them to my friends, family and my own customers who purchase homes in Southwest Florida.

We purchased our patio furniture at Palm Casual North Fort Myers a few years ago and it still looks brand new! We are very happy with the quality, and the service that Kyle provided with fabric selection, set up and delivery was excellent. Our covered patio area is somewhat difficult with door openings and windows, but with a quick sketch and some measurements, Palm Casual created a very inviting seating area. We have been back several times and have been equally satisfied with other purchases. We feel confident in recommending them to our friends and will continue to do so!

We were so happy on chase lounges!!!! They came out so beautiful.we went to the Ft Myers show room and Kyle was so helpful in picking out the style and fabric bet for us! We went to 5 other stores none were as friendly or helpful.

I have dealt with these wonderful people for many many years, two different homes and also for my son. They are always helpful in trying to get you in the right furniture for you. If you have a problem it will be taken care of. If you are looking for a different salesman every time you go in, this is not the place for you. We overbought for our space and didn’t like swivel rockers. Kyle and his staff very graciously replaced chairs and took back items which were too big. The quality and service are definitely there.

6 stars for outstanding service and quality. In February 2022 we purchased a sofa, 2 recliners, a custom pub table set with 4 chairs and a fire table. Our salesperson was Kirsten. In December 2022 I phoned the Palm Casual store one minute before closing expecting to leave a message for the next day. I was very surprised when Kirsten answered the phone. It was during an unusual cold snap here in Florida and our fire table’s flame was cutting out. The next morning at 10am Willy the service expert arrived and quickly and pleasantly resolved our problem in a few minutes. Our salesperson Kirsten and service specialist Willy are both all stars. The whole experience was excellent. Kyle was so incredibly knowledgeable about all of the different choices, styles and materials. He was a huge help. We narrowed it down to exactly what we wanted and he took our order later over the phone. Since they build everything when you order it, it took two weeks. When it arrived, they gave us a call and two hours later the delivery guys had come out and set up our beautiful furniture. I highly recommend this place even if you’re just trying to figure out what’s best for your situation.

Love this place! They are amazing and Kyle knows his stuff! We were looking to get an outdoor couch that would fit well, look good and last in the hot Florida sun. We were tired of the knock off stuff that some “other” places sell and don’t last. We heard great things about this place from a friend in our gated community and thought we would give it a try. From the moment we walked in and talked to Kyle, we knew we would find what would be perfect for our needs. Kyle knew ever color option without having to even look it up, man were we impressed by his knowledge! Never once did he try to pressure us with “sales”, he just found what we wanted and we fell in love! We have since been back multiple times to add to our collection and we will be back again soon!

Wonderful customer service and products. We love our outdoor sectional. Great quality and comfort. We are a tall family and it fits us so well. We are able to rest our heads back without it cutting us off at the mid back like most patio furniture. Would highly recommend both the sectional and the service!

Make sure you pick up your items or rent a U-haul. Their delivery driver is very aggressive, switching lanes, cutting off people while driving a big box truck.
