Very nice gentlemen was very happy with our experience

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR STORAGE!!!! DO NOT WORK WITH THEM IN ANY CAPACITY! THEY COMPLETELY LACK INTEGRITY! I paid for an air-conditioned unit. Their AC was always either broken or set to 85. I gave notice over the phone that I planned on being out in a month. I would have submitted it in writing but did not know where to submit written notice and was not directed as to where to find the form or who to submit it to. When I finally got through to someone via email after my things were out, they told me that because a lock was still attached (I had help from family due to personal constraints and they forgot to remove the lock), that I still had to pay for another month's rent. I disagree. I paid for AC and the inside of the storage building was always as hot as outside. So far as I'm concerned, that's a breach of contract.

I am sorry , as the staff was helpful and I guess we thought the price was about standard. We had asked around to see if we needed an AC unit for 3 months, and the majority of people said we didn’t need it for that length of time. Well, unfortunately we just moved our stuff out yesterday and every box was ful of roaches. We had no food in the unit as we were warned against it, however it didn’t seem to matter. Other than our sealed plastic bins, they were found in every box, food of not. They we’re all well sealed. This has never happened to us before but it happened here. We asked about spraying and of course Darryl said yes they spray outside but can’t do more. It has been so much work washing everything throwing stuff out and now we will have to have our new apt sprayed just to make sure this doesn’t become a wide spread problem. We would not rent here again😞😞

Been at this property for a while and currently had some damage due to Hurricane Ian, but I can not thank them enough. The entire team of Life Storage, the Xercor insurance rep and the restoration team were amazing. They had the insurance adjuster on site from Xercor assisting the customers. The team of Life Storage were extremely patient, friendly and understanding. I have other storage space and they were not pleasant at all. Life storage has a customer for ever.

Debra and Darrell were both very helpful while renting a storage unit here, exceptional customer service, I will recommend to friends and family for any storage needs they may have, and I will definitely use them again. Thank you for the service.

Darrell and Debra do a great job! They are both helpful and provide excellent customer service. When I did have a small issue, Darrell and Vicki Solved the problem quickly and completely. I would definitely highly recommend this location.

You can fill everything out online and the woman at the front desk was very helpful, was able to answer my questions and show me around the place. Very easy!

I selected the wrong unit online and showed up to the location lost and confused minutes before closing but this wonderful lady saw how lost I looked, asked if I needed help and stayed after hours to make sure I was good to go. Great service right there

Great help in our time of need. Hurricane Ian did us no favors. We have upgraded to more space. Units are clean and well lit and well secured.

My opinion of this place is first they need someone who cares just a little bit more about the property. The last three times I have been there the restroom had no paper towels trash wasn't changed and broken glass and debris all over the parking lot. Then last time there no light in the restroom. Like come on already....who is running this place. Twice been there over a two week time frame and no light to use the restroom. Sorry but one star was the best I could give this place. If you need employees who care I am available for the job. Oh and the dumpster area is a disgusting mess. It needs help too.

Excellent clean and secure facility, and Michelle in the front office was super friendly and helpful to deal with!

They evicted everyone after Hurricane Ian Sept 2022 even if there was no damage to your unit or contents. They had the gaul to tell you they could put you on a list to get back in...are they kidding . Very unprofessional in my opinion. With all the problems people are having in this area, a two week notice to get your stuff out is heartless. I'll chalk it up to some bean counter at corporate.

I have had many storages but this place is by far the best. The manager Darrell is very professional and nice. You will have a long time customer in me.

North Fort Myers location. Darrell and Debra are helpful, supportive, informed and professional. We moved from a well-known storage that had inoperative security most of the time. In the almost month we have had this storage, security has not been out. Available pallet carts and elevators made unloading and moving in much easier. Apppreciate extended access hours. This is our second experience with a LifeStorage location. The first was in Vegas. Their prices are reasonable. LifeStorage offers a military discount! Highly recommend.

Place is fairly secure, friendly staff management too, and a good part of town for location wise. Price is a little steep but I’ve been here for a couple years so I guess I’m not complaining
