We are so pleased with our experience here at Reptile Mart! We came here to browse for a pet for our daughters 12th birthday coming up Saturday. The owners & the gentleman working went ABOVE & BEYOND with us. They were so incredibly friendly but above all they were HIGHLY knowledgeable of all the reptiles/pets there! I have had reptiles most of my life. I have purchased from retail, chain, mom and pop shops and personal. I've seen super clean big stores that did not know how to take care of reptiles but sold them... I've seen a lot of crazy. Reptile Mart IS top notch when it comes to knowing how to CARE for the animals. In temp situations (store) where the goal is to sell the animal, clean and basic is best. Kevin's focus in my experience is not making his store look flashy but in caring for the animals while he has them. I have purchased quite a few reptiles from Kevin and they are all happy and healthy. Kevin also get's animals DUMPED at his door. I have seen him save quite a few of them. If your looking for a big chain that doesn't care about the animals or their care, Reptile Mart is not for you. If you want a personal attention, a good look AND EXPLANATION for what you are buying from knowledge base (not an employee that doesn't know or have experience) then go see the family at Reptile Mart. I DO.

Let me just start by saying Keven knows what he's talking about, I'm definitely gonna be looking him up for my next scale baby. He takes the time to educate patrons and correct any incorrect husbandry setups to avoid those $$$ veterinary bills. I driven once a week to Ft Myers for the last 2 years for my weekly staples of protein for all my reptiles/amphibians. Now i have to stores that I will make my errand run much more pleasant. I Will definitely recommend Retile Mart to my fellow friends.

Had a amazing time here! I am in awe of how passionate and knowledgeable they are about their reptiles!!! I bought a beautiful, healthy bearded dragon from them at a very reasonable price and they taught me soooo much on the proper care of him! I purchased an Agama lizard from this shop over Morphmarket about a month ago to be shipped to my house in West Virginia. However I only received the lizard yesterday. The reason for this is because the owner was careful not to ship the lizard until the temperatures in my area were high enough that he felt that the lizard could ship safely. This really put my mind at ease throughout the process because a lot of stores are eager to take your money and get the animal out the door as fast as possible in order to make room for a new animal to sell. That's not the case here as the health of the animal and my overall satisfaction was taken into consideration. Not only did the owner withhold the shipping of the lizard until conditions were suitable, he actively cared for the lizard after I had paid for him for nearly a month before shipping at no additional charge. Throughout the process the seller was easy to communicate with and overall just made the transaction extremely smooth. Finally, upon receiving my lizard, he was as described and in good, healthy condition. I would definitely recommend purchasing your reptiles from this location, whether online to be shipped, or in store. I would not hesitate to make another purchase from here.

I have a California King Snake. I found this place on-line as I'm searching places that would have what I'm looking for. The hours on-line say they were open from 12 until 7. So I go to this place at 12, it's not open. Ok so I come back almost an hour later and guess what, still not open. If the hours are different from what is on-line, they need to be updated. From this experience I was extremely disappointed and honestly, I don't know if I'd try to actually go here at another time or not after this experience

I was looking for a place to get a bearded dragon and I found Reptile Mart. Kevin and Kim are a great help there they showed me all the variety's of bearded dragon they have and got to see all there reptiles. They also helped me setup my tank and get exactly what I needed to have. If anyone is looking for any type of reptiles such as Tegu, Skink, Snakes, and any type of lizard especially bearded dragons. They also have crickets and feeders just make sure to call to make sure they have them. I would highly recommend these awesome people I promise you will be happy with them and there help. First off let me say I'm a reptile enthusiasts with a true passion for the most misunderstood pets/family on the planet. My first impression upon entering reptile mart was a mixture of shock and excitement, no other reptile store I had been to had the selection of reptiles avalible this store had. I'm not talking about having just alot of reptiles but the actual ability to have a reptile for begginer all the way to the most experienced, from those with a budget in mind to reptiles as a status symbol, for those looking for there first pet to those looking to further there breeding program. Truth is most of the reptiles I seen in this place I had no clue what they were never even heard of them. My first time in this store I was greeted almost immediately by Kim and asked if I would need any help finding anything which of course I did I was on a mission to get a snake. Kim took me around and explained to me a few different snakes answered my questions never once pressuring me to buy a snake but willing to give me any information I desired. I ended up buying a beautiful bull snake who is now my most prized and treasured reptile/friend, I at the time of paying for the snake did not yet have a tank setup and I was told by Kim that they would hold my snake for me since it was payed until I had my tank setup (which she wrote down what I need to have for my setup) telling me also that the welfare of the animal is most important and they would rather I had a tank setup before I took the snake home. Now fast forward to present day I regular reptile mart I spend much of my time there. What I can tell you about Kim and Kevin the owners is a few things. First these 2 absolutely live breath and have devoted themselves to reptiles and not just in the sense of selling them I mean devoted as in using there own hard earned money to give every reptile a chance at success. I have seen so many sick reptiles and mistreated reptiles dropped off and brought into this store and on almost every single occasion Kim or Kevin have stopped whatever was being done and immediately acted to help the animal. I have seen people walk through the door with sick injured reptile and watched them without asking for anything from the owner treat fix do whatever required even drive people to the vet in extreme cases. I have heard people be told on many occasions even if the reptile was not bought in their store if there is a problem to call or come down as they only care that the animal gets the care it needs Second.... Kim and Kevins knowledge of reptiles and willingness to teach that knowledge is astounding. They will talk with a perspective owner for as long as needed to fully make sure that What the reptile needs is understood. They will do the same with people not even buying a reptile and explain what they know to make sure that the reptiles needs are met. Third.... Kim and Kevin not only sell reptiles but save many many reptiles in fact much of there money goes back into making sure sick and injured rescues are given the proper treatment and needs fulfilled. Just walk around the store and you can see reptiles with healing injuries and being medicated. On occasion when a reptile can not be saved no matter the treatment you can see the pain and anguish on their faces, Something many stores were reptiles are just dollar signs don't have. To surmise my review this store is awsome the owners are awsome and you can not go wrong getting a reptile from here. Wether it's your first reptile your child's or family members, To those looking to get their 50th reptile this is the place like no other to be found.

Listen I’ve been here so many times with my partner. We have frogs as pets. Every single worker helps us out all the time and answer our questions truthfully. They are best and I mean it! If I could I would give them more then 5 stars. They are absolutely wonderful. One of the frogs got sick and came here to ask for help and advice. They went beyond and gave us medicine and told us what to do. Didn’t even charge us for the medicine. They really do care for their animals and customers animals as well! They are the best!

The place was not bad but i would not suggest baby food but as long as they still have pangea and crickets coved in calciam for thier geckos the baby food is fine and as soon as my tank( wensday march 10 ) arrives i am going back to get my crested gecko 😁 and they have a lot of knoledge so i would suggest to go here to get your first reptile or what ever number of reptiles you had

I have been looking for a peach throat monitor for awhile and I finally found one at reptile mart and he is absolutely amazing I will definitely be back and will be sending anyone I know there and the owner is a wonderful person and shows a true passion for reptiles and their well being also we had cold weather in Missouri so he wanted to wait till the weather warmed up so it would be safe to ship him which I was getting antsy but I knew it would be best to wait for warmer weather. Also this is one of the most beautiful monitors I have ever seen color wise and he is extremely friendly so I can't express how much I appreciate the care and thought that goes into shipping reptiles so they arrive safely and the extensive care he does for his reptiles

I purchased a gorgeous pair of aqua flame collared lizards from Keven at Reptile Mart. I was extremely impressed with his customer service skills and knowledge about reptiles in general. He answered all of my phone calls and texts and was extremely generous with his time and knowledge. The lizards were even more beautiful than advertised. Overall I was very impressed with the way he conducts his business.

I want to say how gracious and friendly Reptile Mart was in their communication with me. I ended up not purchasing the animal I inquired about ONLY because I decided to get a different one from another breeder. Despite this, they told me to reach out to them anytime I needed help with anything with my new snake. A caring and genuine attitude in customer service goes a long way. Kudos!

Ordered an Adult Yellow Rat snake from here that I saw on Morph Market. Keven is very responsive and answered all of my questions before I had even purchased the snake. This was my first time ordering live reptiles online so I was nervous about shipping. However, my snake was professionally and safely packaged and I received him in less than 24 hours. The experience in this shop is so obvious, just bought a bearded dragon, I live about an hour away and they were nice enough to hold it for me till I got there. We talked for a bit in the shop and I received tons of information. They also told me if I have any questions to call or text at anytime. If we buy another reptile this will definitely be the shop I will support with my business!!

Stopped in yesterday after seeing reviews about this place. Was absolutely blown away by their inventory. Kevin went above and beyond for me and I ended up walking out of the store with a beautiful Brazilian Goliath Birdeater tarantula. Kevin took the time to show me a lot of different animals he had in stock and seems very passionate and knowledgeable about the trade. Even though spiders weren’t his specialty, he got me in touch with his wife Kim who answered a few questions I had regarding care for the tarantula. Overall I had a great experience, walked out with something I am very happy with for an extremely fair price, would totally come back and recommend to everybody!

I wanted to wait a little bit so I could make a full review. My husband and I went a week ago (5/12/2021) to check out the store. At first it did not appear to be much. Then we were met by the owners. They were extremely nice and very knowledgeable! Looked at the animals while yes it is small as some have complained. They make good use of the space they have. All animals were clean and in good shape! This is what matters. After speaking for atleast an hour about the animals. Them enduring my oohhh and ahhh over all the different species in here. We did ultimately wind up buying a juvenile Pastel Desert Ghost Ball Python. I am new to snakes but had done research before coming in. I was still educated and told to call anytime with issues. Went home and got him comfortable. Decided to wait and see how his first feeding went. As I have read it may not go right. Especially if things weren’t done certain ways before etc. We fed him yesterday with no issues. He has been perfect no issues. Not even any of the issues that “should” or “likely” would happen. So far so good! Thank you for your help and a healthy boy! If I need help I will definitely reach out to them! Thank you again!

Over the past months I’ve had only extremely positive experiences here at reptile mart. From the first visit it was clear that the owners and all employees are very passionate about their love for reptiles and other exotic animals being beyond helpful and knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend becoming a customer/purchasing a animal here, and rest assured that the experienced people here will help you with any difficulties along the way.

Keven was amazing start to finish. Answered any questions I had, and sent me a few helpful tips for when she arrived. Things I knew now, but things I wish people would have told me, when I first started keeping reptiles, so I appreciate dealing with anyone who goes the extra mile. It really shows that they care about the animal, and your interaction towards them. FWC showed up completely secure. She is gorgeous, already exploring around the cage, and comes out of hides to see what we are doing already. Clearly had socialization before arriving. tldr; Simply put, you should ABSOLUTELY 100% GO HERE for whatever questions you have, and for all your reptiles’ needs! I now happily make the 30 minute one way trek to support their business, instead of a big box store. I wish I could give this place TEN STARS, because THAT is the level of care, time, and attention both I and my baby bearded dragon received (and continue to receive) when we stopped by Reptile Mart. It was such a relief to find this place, and to meet Kim, who has nearly 40 years of knowledge and experience that she has been happy sharing with me from the moment we met. I will preface this by saying that although I’ve never owned a reptile before, I have wanted one for a long time. I ended up buying (read: rescuing) my baby bearded dragon (BBD) from Petco, and it was stressful from the start. I will admit that I was naive enough to blindly follow what I was told from the young, inexperienced Petco employee while I was buying him, without doing extensive research BEFOREHAND. Thanks to Kim, though, I am learning more each day, and the health of my BBD seems to be improving drastically. After having my BBD for only a day and a half, I was alarmed to wake up and find out that he had thrown up partially digested worms (mealworms, to be exact, that the employee at Petco suggested I buy for my BBD). I have since found out after talking to Kim that mealworms are absolutely NOT a protein choice to give ANY BD, regardless of age, and can lead to impaction. In the middle of panicking about my BBD feeling unwell, I quickly typed the word ‘reptile’ into Google, and Reptile Mart was the first result that popped up. Once on their website, I came across a post that started with: “Here at Reptile Mart we dont just sell reptiles! We help people with their reptiles anyway we can regardles if it came from us or not!” I immediately called to confirm what I had just read, in case it was too good to be true, when Keven answered the phone and happily said to bring him in so they can look him over for me. I felt a wave of relief wash over me, knowing I found a place where people genuinely care about reptiles, and will help owners heal their pets any way they can. During my first visit here, I learned that, unfortunately, mostly everything I was told at Petco about how to care for my BBD was incorrect. I truly feel that had I not come across Kim and Keven, my BBD would be dead right now. Once Kim told me everything I needed to know, she also gave me a care guide with her and Keven’s numbers on it and said that if I needed anything, they are available 24/7, and so far it has proven to be true. Kim has answered every single text message and phone call from me this past week, and I have already been back to buy the proper food for my BBD. She has quelled my fears as a first time bearded dragon mom. I can’t say ‘thank you’ enough to Kim for everything she’s done for us. I am now a forever loyal patron of Reptile Mart.

Purchased a gorgeous Argus monitor this week, customer service was spot on, had some really great conversation as a bonus, and the animal is healthy and happy. Which is not easy, not many establishments care for monitors correctly. Couldn’t recommend this place enough, absolutely phenomenal.

I had my baby Aussie Frilled Dragon & Sand Boa next day air shipped to me. The babies arrived healthy and just beautiful. Keven is the best. Went out of his way to answer my numerous messages(on a weekend) and made a special eve trip to the airport so they wouldn't have to wait around. I live 700 miles away and have numerous shops near me, but chose Keven/Reptile Mart due to his gorgeous reptiles and overall love of the animals in his care. Thanks so much Keven. If you are interested in any reptile this is the place to go. My girlfriend and I stopped in to introduce her to different snakes. When we walked in the owner was friendly and welcoming. When we explained what we were looking at the owner took time to explain each lizard, dragon, and snake to my girlfriend. He helped make her very comfortable with the different reptiles and made her excited to get one. When she mentioned bearded dragons he instantly went to one and brought it out and handed it to her. He matched the perfect one to her and we ended up taking him home. He was able to do the impossible and now she has okayed our next purchase to be a snake!!! If you’re interested in any reptile come in and you won’t regret it.

Go see Keven at Reptile Mart for your reptiles!! After going to many other stores this weekend and having personnel with zero knowledge of their animals on hand, we happened to drive by Reptile Mart and decided to give it a whirl. BEST DECISION EVER! Keven answered all of our questions (and we had a lot, as first time tortoise parents) and ensured we have everything we need for our new girl… and he knows his animals!! He truly cares about every single snake, lizard, bearded dragon, tortoise, turtle in there!

I love this place! All the animals are in excellent condition and seem very healthy. The owner, Keven, is very friendly, professional, and more than willing to share his wealth of knowledge whether you plan to buy from him or not. Every reptile I personally interacted with seemed very tame and comfortable with handling. You can tell he gives each and every critter his personal care and attention. I couldn't recommend this place enough! UPDATE: It has been about a month since we brought our leopard gecko home and it's only gotten better! She has become much more social after being acclimated and is very curious. She's rarely in any of her hides and loves to examine anything and everything. She has an extremely healthy appetite and approaches us on her own. I STILL can't recommend Reptile Mart enough!

Got my hognose last week from here, legit just stopped by to get another pinky for her and she ate it as soon as I got home! (The action pic attached) I honestly love small businesses like this vs big corporations. You get that family/neighborhood friendly vibe and I absolutely love that. There are sooo many awesome Reptiles to see here too! I got a baby bearded dragon and Let me tell you the best experience of buying a pet I’ve ever had. I was very well taken care of and he even gave me a free water bowl and food for my baby beardie! He is very knowledgeable and clearly cares about the animals more than his business as this man takes very good care of his reptiles.

My daughter has been asking for a turtle for a long time and we finally scoured the area for a turtle, while on the quest for a tortoise (which I truly knew nothing in depth about) we stumbled upon Reptile Mart amend we re so happy we did! I can't say thank you enough to Kim. My beardie is not well and she rode with me to the vet then spent the next 2 1/2 hours helping me give her medication and helping her eat. They are really friendly and knowledgeable. They even helped me with a bearded dragon that I didnt purchase from them, by teaching me how to properly train her and didnt even charge me a thing. They also have all sorts of reptile pets, from turtles to snakes and because they are so well care for, the reptiles are all human friendly.

If you're looking for a reptile or other like, bearded dragons, geckos, skinks, spiders, hedgehogs, monitors, turtles, tortoises, snakes of all types. This is the place to go. They Literally have the largest selection of any pet store I've known. I have so far purchased a mangrove monitor, an albino red tail boa, and a female gecko to go with my male. They were all very healthy when I got them "these owners will not sell you sick pets" like other places will. I have even gone back to ask a few questions about my monitor lizard, because I'm only well versed in snakes. They were happy to answer questions even though I didn't spend money this time. Honestly, go there and take a friend. They share new arrivals on their Facebook page K&K reptiles, to give you an idea of the wide array of animals they have. This is the best place to get supplies for reptiles of any sort. They can answer any questions you have. They really know their reptiles, they care for and know each and everyone of the reptiles in the store. It is almost like a zoo devoted entirely to reptiles.
