    Excellent. I'm usually Platinum, my wife Ambassador - we both agree that this is a really well run, clean, friendly and convenient hotel. Everyone from check-in right through to a message from the GM following up on the stay, was great. I'll definitely be choosing this hotel for all future visits to the area. Plenty of parking, solid breakfast choices. Excellent attention to detail, all around. Highly recommended.

    My stay was spectacular, the hotel super clean, everything new and they have beautiful decoration. I hope people don't damage it like they do with everything. When we arrival at the hotel we had a little issue but the gentleman at the front desk ( that i wish i can remember his name )took a good care of us. I will definitely stay with them again.

    The room we stayed in wasn't clean. Carpet's were not vacuumed at all. Dirt and toe nail clippings on the floor. Dust everywhere and walls splattered with God knows what. The housekeepers closet was outside our door and they spent most of the time talking. Bathrooms were okay with our looking hard with a purple light. Just so disgusting for the money we spent. Hotel 6 I bet was cleaner. As a manager hold this cleaning responsible and check up behind them.

    Why 5-stars? You think youโ€™re just walking into your average Fairfield chain location. Then, you get to the front counter and you are greeted by one of the kindest people you have ever met, Betsy. The attention to detail and level of service she shares makes you feel like youโ€™re at a 5-star resort. Thank you, Betsy for making us feel so special while we checked in!

    Everything was perfect! The staff, thank you Betsy and Joshua. Thank you to the cleaning crew/maintenance for doing a great job keeping everything like new (visited a year ago and everything still looks brand new). The queen suite and queen rooms are comfortable and have everything you need for the stay, USB ports to charge your electronics, all essentials in the bathroom, plenty of storage and a mini fridge. Breakfast and location are great also. PS visited for a memorial service and plan to return for happier occasions. Thank you

    Used my Marriott points for best friend's visit. She said room was lovely. Then... I noticed $200 out of my checking. Followed by $20, an additional $10, and lastly another $20. What's going on with Marriott? Random charges. The front desk was informed, by me and best friend, not to charge incidentals on my card. "OK no problem," they said. Believe it was a problem

    The hotel was beautiful, the breakfast was great, and the front desk clerk was absolutely awesome. He worked diligently to resolve our wifi issues due to the device itself. He was patient and polite. He also greeted us everytime we came through the doors. I was really pleased with this hotel!

    I have not stayed in a Fairfield Inn in over 10 years. Decided to give this one a try due to location and price. Room was good. The TV was too big for the room.( Never thought i would be saying that.) Glad they had Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches or my breakfast would have been pretty lacking. I would stay here again.

    I just spent hurricane Ian with the fantastic staff at Fairfield by Marriott! It was wild!! Fort Myers was devastated!! We had our share of scary moments but the staff was prepared and did a great job of keeping everyone safe!! Maintenance was there in minutes to cover blown in windows and reassure people!! Great job guys! Front desk was available with towels and other items to prevent further damages The next morning staff had hot breakfast a charging station set up and hot coffee! With all that went on for the previous 24 hours the staff was smiling polite and helpful!!! God bless them!! Fairfield by Marriott you should give the staff a huge bonus for the way they conducted themselves and represented your company!!

    Great Fairfield Inn! Love the new design and layout. Owner was very thoughtful to invest in his/her property. Rooms had quality finishes, bed was comfortable, showers strong flow and hot water. The ice machines are on every floor but tucked away behind the elevator masking the loud noise! Hotel was very clean. Front desk, Joshua, made us feel very welcome and important as Marriott Members. Appreciated his enthusiasm for being a Marriott team member and working at this hotel. We did not make it to breakfast so no rating. The only thing we saw as an opportunity, for this wonderful hotel, was the malfunctioning iron. Settings did not work and my husband ended up with a scorched new shirt and new pants which cost more than our hotel stay. We were asked about our stay and we did share our feedback with Joshua. Waiting to hear back from management. TY

    Great place to unwind and relax after driving all day. Place was excellent. The rooms were super clean. I was amazed by the check out process. The receptionist was helping me and other guests at the same time and was showing off some major skills. Betsy the front desk receptionist was very professional and helpful. Never had such a good vibe checking out almost made us want to stay an additional day. Thanks to all for making our stay memorable.

    This hotel in very conveniently located and is pristine ! So clean, very welcoming , breakfast is spot on with lots of variety. Would stay here each time Iโ€™m in the area and highly recommend.

    One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in, and I already have 100+ nights in Hilton so far this year. This was my 9th night with Marriott this year, sometimes they're the clear winner.

    Rooms are fantastic. Staff is friendly and the walk-in shower was perfect. Large TV with Stream channel options along with some HDMI slots for those bringing their Laptop with them. Breakfast was hot and fantastic. Bold coffee is the flavor of the day here, but the Quiches', Pork Sausage and the Apple-filled rolled up Pancakes hit the spot.

    I arrived at this hotel on 6/13 for a surgery and loved the stay. I was there for a total of 12 days, the pool is nice the bathroom was very clean and the bed was comfortable. the price could have been better but that's ok. the staff was very nice, loved the night girl she was awesome. I forgot her name but she had tattoos and short black hair. felt very comfortable and had no issues. look forward to going back

    Virtually a perfect stay in north Fr Myers for the couple of days my wife and I were in town for vacation + visiting relatives. We will definitely stay at the Marriott FF on future trips to Cape Coral / Ft Myers area. Room was extremely clean and equipped with the amenities such as refrigerator and a very spacious walk-in shower - and entire hotel relatively new and modern. Breakfast bar was extremely yummy, with a view of the pool while eating breakfast each morning! I have only good things to say about this place. It helped make our vacation trouble-free and the stay a positive one. Thanks!

    Five stars! We will stay here every time we visit Cape Coral. This is a new building in a safe location with clean, quiet, well-appointed rooms. The staff is courteous, helpful and friendly. The price is reasonable and the location is perfect, right off of Del Prado and Pine Island Rd. Breakfast is included and anything else is very close by. Thank you Fairfield Inn and Suites!

    A nice hotel!!! Like other marriot this hotel has an excelent quality. The room was really clean, and recently renewed. The staff was really nice. Continental breakfast was included in the price. Pool and fitness are open and clean

    It was an overnight great stay after our 4th of July family reunion. Room was clean, staff was great, the breakfast team extended the breakfast time so we benefited from some good food selections. Bed was comfortable and we will be back again. Our check in key was not emailed to us and there was a bit of confusion at check in but it all worked out.

    Great hotel, the staff at this hotel is very friendly. The check in/out is easy. Wi-Fi in room is quite good. The breakfast is great! Downside is that there is poor room noise isolation, you can hear people walking in the hallway. No room service to clean the room.

    It was super clean, very nice furniture and beds. The complimentary breakfast was really good given the price. Hot eggs, bacon, pancakes, and cereal. They also had bagels, biscuits, and muffins. Orange juice and milk. I was really impressed with the hotel overall.

    I am handicapped and the handicap room I was assigned was perfect. Walk-in shower with a seat and plenty of room to move my Walker around. Bed was nice and comfortable television was super. Best place to stay

    This is the ugliest building I have ever seen. The color combinations are horrible. Tan with cold greys and black? Who ever designed the colors for this building need their head exanimated. Real eyes sore. They should have used cold to cool colors...maybe steel blue, grey, white and a darker grey...same as what's on their front sign. Rule of thumb... NEVER MIX WARM COLORS WITH COOL COLORS.

    This is a new Marriott property and awesome. Staff is friendly and accommodating - I got a very early check-in when I arrived. Free breakfast is above average and pool/gym facilities first rate. Highly recommended.

    Top notch facility and staff. I couldn't be happier with this hotel. Clean beautiful property. Rooms are spacious and staff is very friendly and welcoming. Love the attention to detail in the room. Will definitely make this our go to place for all trips to cape coral/ north fort meyers

    We had an amazing stay at this place. This place was clean and we got a nice room and itโ€™s breakfast was fresh and tasty. The staff were nice and friendly and they gave us candy canes when we were leaving. This place deserves its rating.

    June 2022 - I can not say enough good about this hotel and it's staff. We checked in with no issues - all smiles. Barely had our luggage unpacked and there was a knock on the door asking if we needed anything! WONDERFUL! Every time we went by the front desk - all smiles! GREAT service. Rooms are very nice - keep up the EXCELLENT work!!!

    6/10/2022 Pros: - Location to multiple mall/outlets plenty of shopping locations. - plenty of parking for even larger size vehicles. - price for this type of room was good. -furniture was very comfortable, the couch seem to be a little harder than what it should be but I still fell asleep on it. - water pressure and the hot water were excellent didn't take long for the hot water to get to the room and the water pressure stayed constant the entire time. - the layout of the room was very inviting, not only that but it had two large 42-in screen televisions in it. Cons: - no hot tub. - I wish more rooms were available for a single night stay. Unfortunately, they limited the type of rooms that were available because I was only staying one night. Different rooms available for multiple night stay I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

    It is 4.5 star. Clean, new. Three problems: Air-conditioning control does not work properly, making the room colder than we need. Even after we set it on heat, it only blew cold. Shower switch does not work properly. Pool is closed at sundown. Err?

    From the second I walked in the hotel to check -in your employee Clark was incredibly accommodating and friendly! He was so pleasant and helped me navigate some hiccups I was having with my credit card and was so patient with me! He seems like a great asset to your team at Marriott and hopefully all employees treat guests the way Clark treated me! Thank you Clark for going above and beyond for me!

    A great place to stay. I was here for work for 6 weeks. Great service and staff. The only thing that I can think of is that the breakfast could have started 30 minutes sooner for the people here to work

    Very nice hotel, New hotel and newly designed rooms. Comfortable king bed and the bathrooms, shower stalls are beautifully updated. A Big Plus! A couple of minor issues...The placement of the towels under the sink, is a big thumbs down. I'm a tall 6'1" man. That's a NoGo! Especially for someone with a bad back, can you imagine. The same with the small refrigerator...too low. A big, big shout out to the breakfast crew. Beautiful breakfast options. The best I came across and I've been traveling a lot this year. My hat off to you all. ๐Ÿ‘ Last note, the baggage carts are bad. Try them yourself. Push them up the elevator, down a hall and Into a room. You will banging the cart into the trim everywhere. Lol The carts have wheel rods, axles sticking out of them. Say good bye to the new look of your wall trim and furniture in a short amount of time. Lol Overall...     I used an affirm virtual card to book this room for 2 nights. We are in the middle of purchasing our first home and I canโ€™t have anything jacking up my credit cards. Unfortunately my 15 year old sons father passed away unexpectedly at 45 and the funeral is here in Cape Coral. This was the ONLY way I was able to make sure he could say his final goodbyes to his dad. I made and paid for the reservation online using the affirm virtual card. I drove 10 hours to get here and check in only to have $450 charged on my credit card! I thought it was just going to be a temp hold for the damage deposit until the girl told me after I paid that the whole amount got charged to my credit card. I explained the situation and she, nor the manager that came to the desk cared at all. Like the situation of us being here wasnโ€™t bad enough, now Iโ€™m sitting in this hotel room, that doesnโ€™t even have a couch in it like the pictures showed, crying because Iโ€™m just devastated. I donโ€™t even know what to do. Now the purchase of my first home is in jeopardy. NO COMPASSION AT ALL! Terrible customer service skills! No solutions at all! Nothing. This will be my entire families last stay at any Marriott hotel. Iโ€™ll be sure to do my best to write a heartfelt message to my 150k+ followers on FB as well. Never again. This couldโ€™ve been handled much differently.
