    This place is gross, TWICE I've been here and was given some meat that just smelled either burnt or way expired. Then i make the mistake to go a third time and get these cups of cheese with a deep brown color and the same cheese in the potato cup, never again, this place needs over hauling especially at night...

    I live close to this taco bell and 9 out of 10 times it has been terrible food. The employees put no care into the food what so ever. It's gross, cold, I'm always missing something and the food is never prepared correctly. DONT GO HERE. So disappointed!!! I have to always go back or deal it. They are priced way to high for what I get. 🤢

    Don't know why, but the Dine In is always closed for some unknown reason. It doesn't make sense. I usually walk to it and some days they're open and some days they're not. It's always the same thing "Order through the drive-thru". Why is the Dine-In closed in the first place? I check their hours and they're open every single day but not allow people to walk in and order?! You have to change these hours or pay them better. It's not fair to the people who want to order but don't have a car.

    We almost never give negative reviews. But the steak 🥩 quesadilla was pathetic. Main problem: no steak $6.00 for warm tortilla with a sprinkle of melted cheese and fragments of possible steak. The pictures that Taco Bell 🌮 🔔 are using online are a false representation of actual product from a long shot. The manager really should consider retraining the proper way to make a quesadilla.

    My wife and I just had a very very delightful experience in this Taco Bell tonight. After getting off from A Hard Day's Work my wife and I were very hungry so we decided to pull in here and are we so happy that we did. Even though it was very late at night we were immediately greeted as we pulled into the drive-thru. James welcomed us and answered all the questions we had on the menu due to the fact that we have very stringent diets. As we went to the window to pay James was extremely friendly and pleasant to deal with he double checked our order to make sure it was correct and was just a breath of fresh air to deal with. In this day and age its very very rare to see a young man working full-time and just as pleasant as he can be. James my wife and I will definitely be back to patronize your Taco Bell again thanks for the wonderful service!

    I had rude service and my order was messed up and the drink's didn't taste right. Order#was 468 won't put the cashier on the spot maybe the person was having a really bad day.

    Completely rude. 5 people walking back and forth while I was picking up the door dash my wife got for me. I said hello to every single one and finally I just grabbed my order. I had to yell just to ask for my drink. Someone stopped, and handed me a cup. I paid extra for door dash and now I'm pouring my own drink when it said it was done? So I said keep the drink, and the woman started yelling at me and being rude. Saying why did I open the bag? She yelled I'm not standing all day while they where talking infront of me. She said she was in the bathroom, when i was asking help. I left my drink and she kept yelling saying "I need to do my job and grab the drink" that isn't even poured. She then grabbed the bag and said she needs to see a order number. I asked to see the manager and a man with glasses came up and tried to alpha male me by saying I'm the manager and just stood there. I said "I waited while your whole staff wouldn't look at me, and while just talking to themselves". He puffed up and said "I'm looking at you, you have a problem?" So now I'm dealing with a childish staff of insane people so I walked away while the women yelled grab my soda and do my job again... it was my order. So now I will be contacting corporate as nobody had name tags, and the "manager" wouldn't give me his or his district managers name. I'll never go back here.

    Very rude cashier named janorria said bye ms stank to me as i was leaving the drive through i asked for the manager who was very nice and the girl completely denies saying it. Customer service needs to be improved asap. I've never been treated in such a way. I used to work at taco bell for many years and behavior like that to a customer is unacceptable!

    Went twice in the past 2 weeks. Both times we didn't get the burritos ordered, and when I told her the drinks were incorrect the lady working exclaimed that we were taking up her time, and she replaced it still with a wrong drink. Is this the taco bell or Ft. Myer standard.

    Just went through drive thru, but usually this specific Taco bell is out of everything and has super lazy employees and the food is always bad or made wrong from mine and my husband's experience. But they have definitely upgraded for sure because the meal I got was one of the best I've had from any Taco bell so far and every was perfect not one mistake and was fast service as well as polite customer service. Thank you so much for getting better help and thanks to the ladies/men working the late night shift.

    It's been a long time since I have been back to this Taco Bell due to the circumstances then all the access loitering that was going on before and I can actually say that today was a very pleasant visit I sat down with my daughter and we had a meal very quiet very well organized very well customer service it was really nice being able to see and sit inside the Taco Bell without having to be panhandled inside the lobby or disrespected or mistreated you and your crew have done an excellent job at shaping things back up to the way that they need to be felt very safe being able to sit in the lobby and Ashley eat a meal

    Ok, let me start off by saying that I live right down the street and I used to frequent here often. Taco Bell is usually the same service anywhere you go. Sometimes it's slow and sometimes it's fast. We accept that. Especially with the recent pandemic and staff shortages. But this taco bell in specific closes randomly at odd hours of the evening. 8:07pm 9:42pm, 10:36pm, 9:17pm always without any signage and often without anyone to even answer the drive through. Usually the story is, "The manager told me to close early", in an extremely rude tone from the employee if they do answer. It's not even a problem with the food. But it's sad that I go there with a craving of Taco Bell just to be disappointed more often then not. Especially since we live so close.

    Ordered through the website and was directed to go to the drive-thru and provide my name. Worker tells me someone has already picked up my order, and it's up to management whether it can be remade for free, or I'd have to contact my bank and get a refund. I was told the latter. Genuinely one of the dumbest rules I've ever heard.

    Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Okay not only do they close at 10 which is crazy, in comparison to most Taco Bell’s. BUT they block off drive through and lock doors early every single night. AND Always have to double check order or go through twice because it’s always wrong. One star deserved. Get this place new hours and a manager that can at least stay open for the correct hours. Or pay them enough that they care a little bit.

    Awwwful. Quesadillas stuck to the paper and no meat included, crunch wrap no crunch. Food was so soggy it was not edible. Continuously called to speak to someone about this no answer at all. On top of all of this I sat in line 35 minutes to get unpleasant food. 😡

    Taco Bell is Taco Bell, I had a e-gift card that they couldn't enter the code at the register, I had to enter it online and order my food online when I was in store, I've been to Culver's, Panera bread, Bob Evans, and others where they can all enter a code into their computer system when using a e-gift card hey Taco Bell it's 2023 time to either get scanners at your register or have it to where your employees can enter a gift card number into your registers so customers can pay for their food holy moly

    How many times do I have to order through UBER paying 80 bucks or more for all my food and I select NO SOUR CREAM! Every damn time it's tomatoes, beans or sour cream. you guys need to hire people who actually want to work. Get the F off the phones listen to the order or look at it on the screen and fill it. Unreal the service. Unfortunately I live across the street from this location and not surprised by another screw up. 9 times out of 10 it's wrong. Check your food people and pray for no food poisoning because if you can't do your job getting payed I'm sure your cross contaminating with phones in the bathroom.

    Had to give 5 stars because the sheer speed of the drive through is wild. Make sure you always get double the beef. Their boxes are worth it too if you're sharing with a partner. However. I wouldn't consider going inside, not worth.

    A total dump. The cashier was unhelpful and rude. I returned the 2 tacos I purchased because they barely had any ingredients in them. Quite a rip off for $3 a piece. I obviously have low expectations when dinning at taco bell but they surprised me with how bad the experience could be.

    I go to Taco Bell a lot. Always enjoy it no matter what location. We always get Steak Chalupa's and usually never disappointed. We had an issue with our last order at this location and it was handled very professionally.

    As soon as I walked in with my family we were treated badly the workers were very rude and I heard a worker say “ let’s charge them more” and I was like what no what they just said that they even got our order wrong twice they gave me tacos that didn’t even have enough beef it was just lettuce and cheese and a miniature amount of beef so I do not recommend going there 😤😡

    Tried the crunchwrap supreme and paid an extra 50 cents for double beef. Didn't seem like double the beef. Still tasted good though. Also tried Brisk Fiesta Mango tea and it was delicious.

    We came here around 5pm and the place was empty. We were greeted by the manager promptly who was very nice with his greeting. In pleased to say the food was fresh, the establishment was clean and the staff was pleasant. Thanks guys!

    Worst customer service ever!! Went to drive thru was just told to come inside with no explanation. Made the mistake of doing so! No one even acknowledged me or even tried to take my order! just a bunch of people slowly moving around in the kitchen in the dim, grimy building! Walked out and didn't order think I saved myself from food poisoning!

    Went here last night for a quick bite after getting off the Key West Express... Bunch of cars in line and the all the sudden we hear employees yelling "we're closed!" at everyone in line. It was only 1030... What happened to open late?

    The location over this way still has road construction going on but you can go out the back way in order to beat traffic. Service was quick and my order was handled with care they gave me plenty of sauce and napkins with my party pack order of hard and soft tacos plus some chicken chalupas. Their freezies are delicious we had the strawberry 🍓 perfect soda slushie. All the food was a accounted for hot ready and delicious 😋 Great service here.

    This is by far the best taco bell around. The food is always how its supposed to be. The staff is fast and friendly!! I have been here so many times and have never once had a bad experience. Given the neighborhood it's in, I give them all props for dealing with customers and always turning out great food!! Good job guys!! All of you!!

    They run a very light crew so expect to wait an extra 5-10 minutes for your food depending on the time of day. The crew who have been working these shifts aren't too blame, yet they all seem to have good attitudes and the food is always correctly prepared. I'll keep coming back!

    I see a lot of people complaining about the employees not doing their job AFTER CLOSING, but these guys are doing their best! It's clean, and the food is good as it can be and still be Taco Bell. The best part is that the employees are polite, and actually wear masks properly. They really don't get paid enough.

    I'm being very generous with a 3. Been here 2 times. First time food good, people fast and friendly.Second time The card machine won't approve sale if you put your code in but it tells you to put it in. Need to fix or tell people before hand. Had to get manager. Ordered chicken burrito supreme, got home no chicken just beans. Don't feel like dealing with traffic and explaining so writing review. One employee very polite, the other so so. Walked away when asking a question but was busy. Second visit should be 2 stars.
