    No post office should ever get to this. Surrounded by single family homes, senior living facility and a park directly across the street. Very sad!

    Zero Stars!!!! This USPS is the worst ever!!!! Packages are stolen and open! And when you go in person to claim your package after they leave a note to go pick up they can’t seem to find it!? And then says to contact the shipper and put a claim! But it’s not the first time! Mail and letters get lost and thrown out. I have important mail that’s mailed out to my home address and it never gets to me! It is so bad that I prefer all my mail and packages to go to job! This USPS needs to be investigated and management needs to change! They are a piece of work and not the good kind.

    This location is the worst postal I've experienced in my entire life. Its time to clean up house. I have had several occasions where this facility stated they attempted to deliver a package but it failed because they could not get access to the front door/property. They have the gate code. In addition, I stand outside and wait for them, all day. Then I get a notification that says they couldn't deliver it. Well the cameras shows you never came. Why lie. Just say you were too lazy to come. Not only is their delivery service unprofessional and unethical, the location is poorly kept and the workers are slow. Cannot wait to move out of this area.

    My packages are marked delivered before they actually are. Going in person doesn’t help either because they’re understaffed and the line goes out the door. They need more resources and funding. ALLAPATTAH DESERVES A DECENT USPS OFFICE!

    This place is horrible. There is only one person taking care a big line of customers. Where is the good customer service? Where is the manager when you need it? They need to close this place down or get more people for a better service.

    Terrible employees, nobody wants to actually do their job. They will try to be as lazy as they can. Had 2 different deliveries where the rider lied about delivering (I have a camera) he simply forgot(or didn't want) to pick the packages from the store and instead put a "final notice" paper, even though it wasn't even the first time; since he didn't have the package. Each time I requested a redelivery and didn't get a single response from them. I went to their office and they told me the package wasn't there. I had to work on this for 3 weeks until someone competent finally delivered it.

    Customer service is beyond horrible - been waiting for about 30 mins, only one service clerk working .... if you are going to place a post office in a 90% Hispanic community wouldn't it make sense to hire bi lingual help?

    Find another station. 30 min per customer. I. The past they’ve lost my package — DON’T ever drop a package without a receipt. The Station Manager needs to go! Corrupt! Lazy!

    If I was able to leave no stars I would. 15 customers here, 1 employee only, broken air conditioner. Worst service i’ve ever experienced. Something needs to change but it never will. Managers sit at the windows and don’t help out customers. They only sell stamps and money orders. We need more employees here or the managers need to step up

    I regret going to this post office. I sent out two Christmas cards on 12/7/21 and almost a month has passed and the recipients never received them. I know there were delays this season but one of the cards was being sent locally so that can’t be it. I hope this places gets looked into and gets caught if anything unethical is taking place. Avoid this location at all costs. So sketchy.

    I filed a change of address since 7/1/2022. I had to visit this post office 2 times for mail on hold because no one knew what was going on. I had a post office represrntative contact me and email me and left her number on the email. The telephone just ringed.Next I get an email saying the issue was resolved. Not true, I had to fill out 4 address change cards. Still have not receive confirmation.

    Enough has been said of the poor Delivery method they use. Clearly it doesn't work , You are better than this work harder. Work as if you would be working for God...always 100%. I know we all have problems but when you finish your shift you will fill Amazing. God bless

    Excellent service so far. They have a diverse staff which can communicate in many different languages. The have box rentals here. Parking can be difficult during peak times.

    Please hire more staff to service the front desk. This is absolutely ridiculous that it’s only ever 1 person in the front.

    Bad day ! Post office driver screaming and fighting over the phone . At 101 NW 23 street Driving fast ( might need help ) she just stop on the corner of 23 and 11 and you can hear her fighting from far away . Send someone to help her

    I want to share my experience with the Miami Postal Office 33142 Mr. Fisher gave me excellent service , I had this package lost for weeks no track number for the postal office to find, I was very frustrated, upset but Mr.Fisher took the time to look , found it and delivered! This gentleman really cares , Great Job! Thank you so much U R The Best !

    Came in with a trade in phone that needed to be packaged. The employee at the post office said that I needed to prepackage my phone before dropping it off and gave me additude. She ultimately tapped my prepaid tracking number to the bubble envelope which is all the packaging I needed help with. Am I crazy to believe that a currier company like USPS should help its customers package thier items for delivery? UPS and Fed Ex would be more than happy to help.

    Some old lady with short red hair (didn’t catch her name) was extremely rude. She didn’t help at all and just gave some horrible attitude. She tried charging me $46 for a Flat Rate Medium Box that costs $15 to mail. Extremely rude, she’s an embarrassment to the other employees. The other employees were pleasant but she ruined the reputation of the place. I don’t know how she still has her job
