Coffee area was very cleaned and well stocked yesterday, made me want coffee again today. Same clean and stocked set up today! Thanks guys.

Beware: It's your typical hood gas station. But please just don't eat the food after 1pm (you shouldn't eat it ever since they have a horrendous roach problem). Check the dates on your food before you buy it. Make sure there is toilet paper before you sit down and get stranded. Brew a fresh pot of coffee if you dare get coffee in the afternoon. Count your change back. Pay for your gas inside. Don't feed the homeless. Don't venture to the Super 8 next door. The cashiers (except Bri) will always treat you like you just killed their family pet. It's just how they are.

The cashier Lori is the worst experience I have ever had. Rude, lack of basic manners, no class at all. Won't come back.

By far the worst gas station I have ever been to. Employees are not only rude, but completely incompetent. Left without purchasing due to their service. Do not stop at this station. You will regret it.

Could use a little improvement cleaning better stocking seem to be short-staffed

Tried to pump gas at night. I ran my card and before I had squeezed the lever to pump the gas the Sale meter had started to charge me. No gas was ever pumped and the charges has racked up to under $5 before I could stop it. When I tried to report it to the cashier I found her hiding behind the counter siting on a bucket watching a show on her phone. I tried to report it to her and file a report but she rudely told me to file a claim with my credit card and then she demanded if I wanted anything else. Since this is a high tourist area I am calling this Tourist fraud.

Doors are always locked and it’s only 9:00/10:00pm that’s really aggravating so I go and bring my business to the one up the road.

Nice size store , the few times I have been in here the same woman has been working about mid morning to afternoon.. she is always professional with a smile on her face and helps each customer with the same warm Friendly personality. Her customer service has made a new regular customer out of me. It's nice to see someone who doesnt seem like her whole world is ruined because she works at a convenient store. I dont remember her name but will def get it the next time I am in to mention in my next review

Really ghetto night shift employees. Won't be coming back again.

I was there last night 10/20/16 oh my Lord Jesus i can believe that, there is an employee his name on the name tag was Donald. My 13 year old daughter went to the store to buy a bag of smartfood popcorn white cheddar cheese who cost $3.99 Then she gave Donald $20 bill, instead of given her $16 back as change; he gave back to her $15 only. I went back to the store with the back on my hand, politely i approach to him and asked him; if he sold it to my daughter! He said yes, i asked Donald how much that she gave you? He said $20 which a good answer. Then i asked, so how much you gave back to her? He said $15, and i asked him how much you suppose to gave back? He said $16 but my daughter asked him for $15 and he gave her what she asked. I said to him, even though she said $15 but you know, that you suppose to gave her $16. He said yes ok i reply where is the $1 then, can i have it? He said to me the $1 it in the draw, he can't gave it to me i have to coming back to get it from his boss. There is lady who was next and was ready to pay for her drink, so she was listen to the conversation . She said to Donald has an adult you did wrong, even though she asked you for $15; you suppose to gave her the right change and the receipt because she's a minor. Donald asked us to live the store! And he just trough the stuff on the counter to the lady! But Politely the lady asked him for a bag and her receipt. He gave it to her and said live my store now get the door don't coming back. The lady said to me that I should spoke to his boss! I asked him to call his boss, he asked me to live. I told him go ahead and call anyone included the police, I'm not leaving without talking to your boss! No skills of customer service at all, disrespecfull, so rude. Even we leaving close to that gas station, i will never put my feet on that store again. I prefer to go at 7-Eleven instead.

If I could give No Stars I would. Yesterday I was near your store at the Toyota Collision Center getting vehicle repaired. While waiting for my vehicle I walked to the store to grab some things. After walking to the store from the collision center I was met at the door by one of you workers that stated the system was down and locked the door. I had time since I was waiting on my vehicle so I figured I would wait for the system to come back up. While waiting the same employee walked over to the service window box and stated that the manager was there and told me I couldn't sit out there. I explained to your employee that I had walked from the collision center next door and waiting for the system to come back up and she walked off. I then moved from near the door area and continued to wait. While continue to wait I was greeted by two officers that said that they were called because the "Store manager had told me to leave and I didn't" which was a lie. I explained that I was getting car repairs and only walked to the store to grab a few items and since the system was down that I was only waiting for it to come back up. I was then trespassed for no reason whatsoever. While leaving I called the Circle K store to file a complaint with the store manager only to find out that the manager that was said to "not want me sitting where I was sitting was not the manager of the store. She told me that she was the manager of another store. I told her that I was trespassed from the store for no reason and wanted store info to file a complaint. She stated that she couldn't give me any info. It also seems that this store is very problematic to it customers considering these ratings. Disgruntled employee problems shouldn't filter over to frustrations for customers that patronize your business and provide the wages that pay these same employees. Who in management could I talk to to get this trespass order removed?

Walked in stood at counter . Attendant on Floor, didn't acknowledge me..so I moved in front of her where she begins to tell me where else I can go to be helped...I politely told her I would go to another friendlier establishment . 2nd time may even be the same person . Older grumpy lady , long brown hair glasses

Absolute worst store in lee county!! I work close to it so it WAS “convienent!” The prices are always higher than what the signs say, you ask about it and are told there is nothing they can do. Today was the second time that I have been asked for ID to buy cigarettes. I’m 52 years old! You can not tell me I look under 30. I come on my lunch break. Never again! Anything but convienent and they never care that they’re overcharging you. What ever happened to customer service? I will be a good steward of my money as go else where.

The store itself may not have the best reviews but hands down Ms Tracy is the best!! She is knowledgeable the rest of the staff lies bc they either arnt trained properly or just dont care I suggest corporate get involved immediately and get staff trained and definitely give ms. Tracy a raise!!!

Where is my 1* review from 2 yrs ago? 1* AGAIN. Haven't been here in awhile, thought I'd stop for a frozen coke. Nope, machines down. Lot and lawn are disgusting, trash, no maintenance. How does CircleK and Sunoco allow this trash pit to represent their product?
