Recurring out of town customer, came here one night (with my gf) made a purchase excellent customer service (night crew) then went back the next morning with my girlfriend and was instantly disrespected and at check-out was asked for our ID's randomly (i'm 31), i had mine but hers was in the car because we were dressed in beach clothes. The man at the register told her to "step outside" while we checked out, basically threw out an of age adult from the store for no reason. Disgusting behavior from the morning crew here. I would not give this smoke shop any more business and definitely advise against anyone coming here.

If you've heard that the Treasure Chest Smoke Shop is amazing and has everything, it's pretty true. Whichever smoking accessories and tools you're looking for can be found inside, and in an astounding variety. Glass pieces of every sort range from the simple and affordable sort, up to giant, unique, even exotic (albiet expensive, naturally.) The staff was friendly and helpful upon request, but hands off when I was just browsing (excellent service, in my opinion!) Note: to whomever may be concerned about the matter, staff is not required to wear a mask.

You literally gave me trash terrible service. I will be writing a review online about this situation all I wanted was a exchange for something better tasting my vape taste like old milk. Honestly, hands-down best selection. I've been to Kyle's Smoke Shop, Purple Ringer, Up In Smoke, etc. and this place trumps 'em all. Great service, SUCH a wide selection of things I can't find anywhere else. They proudly carry local brands, too, which I don't see all too often. I can happily say this is my new go-to and that I can stop wasting gas hopping around to see if anywhere else might have x, y, z. <3

Wow, I paid far too much for a new Zeus tank, red was the only color besides rainbow tanks. I asked if they would change the glass for me, and found that this type of customer service isn't usually done by the manager, but he did if for me anyway. Wow, I'm used to excellent customer service in other vape shops that are more than happy to help with anything.

This place is the best. They have all the smoke supplies you could ever want. The staff is incredible. Always helpful and very knowledgeable on products. They have some of the most beautiful and exquisite pieces of blown glass, it's amazing! Only store I shop at =) my son introduced them to me. He has good taste =p
