The store as always is amazing!! We will always be a Publix customer!! Online deli meat and cheese orders have been a fail four out of four times.When we ask an associate for assistance ,for the most part , it seems to be an inconvenience to them.

They had this "buy 1 get 1 free promotion" totally fake. I attached two pictures, one from Walmart, $2.88 for 8-Pack Quaker instant Oatmeal vs. Publix, $6.39 for 8-Pack Quaker instant Oatmeal. As you can see the picture for that price you can buy a whole 20 packs in Walmart. I'm not sure what kind of promotion is that? They take advantage of people not knowing the real price of products and making fake promotions. Definitely very disappointing with this retail and their "promotions." I hope this post help you to make better decisions. You can always check by going into these stores and see by yourself that I'm not lying.

The deli either needs more help or better training. Ordered five wings as there were none left except hot and spicy. Said it would be 25 minutes- said okay and went around and did shopping. Came back and said 4 more minutes. After about 6 minutes, asked if done snd she came back and said sorry those aren’t yours. Yours have not been “dropped” yet. So another 25 minutes! This is not acceptable to now be waiting over an hour for 5 wings!

Mila is the kindest person she works at the customer service area I love her can do attitude she always been so helpful and she always smiling. If you want to have the best experience ask for Mila she knows everything inside out of this store and I love that .

Friendly staff always. Associates are always eager to help. Friendly Associates when checking out and ready to assist you if you should need help at self check out. Clean store whenever I go. At Publix rarely food or household items are out of stock. I would recommend Friends and family to shop here.

I love this store, I can found everything what I needs, specially European food, or Mexican. It’s also clean and neatly. You can found something on sale and flyers with recipes, than make this store unique. The employees respectfully and helpfully.

What is not to like? Very clean,first of all. And the employees were super attentive and friendly. I easily found everything I needed. And the fresh food was so fresh! I also found plenty of gluten free and plant based foods which I usually order from whole foods or Amazon. I will continue to shop here

I both love and hate this Publix. The service is great, the people are nice, the prices are reasonable. What I hate is the fact that the bakery is just too good. I have a weakness for fresh baked goods and this place has them in abundance!

Stacey the assistant manager made our subs and was so rude and acting like it was an inconvenience to her. Basically throwing them at us when she was done making them. I’m very upset how she treated me and my family

Very big and lots to choose from. We got ingredients to make a tuna melt with nicer tuna, and I was shocked they carried it. Clean everywhere as well.

Best bakery and so easy, I love the online ordering and just go in and pick up, you can even pay online so you don’t have to wait in line! On top of that the food is always a winner!

I love Publix's 2 for 1. I also appreciate the wide selection of merchandise. The cashiers are friendly and helpful.

All the staff is super nice especially the younger folk and their willingness to help! Also shoutout Roxane the cashier she is awesome!

Bakery items were fresh, didn't have a long wait at the busy deli and the shelves were well stocked. My only complaint would be that the self check check out didn't take cash payments

Busy, well stocked chain grocery store, up against stiff competition from Walmart & Whole Foods. But their prices are mostly competitive, and they have more locations throughout Florida so local convenience helps them compete effectively. Also large parking areas, and handicap access. Take your pick for the nearest grocer!

I don’t think there is a better supermarket anywhere than Publix! Their customer service is head and shoulders above every one else! The produce and meats are the freshest, and their deli is awesome! Home of the BEST sandwich in all of Florida the Pub Sub!!! Publix is truly the place where shopping is a pleasure!

Let me just say aside from Publix being top-notch all over the state, this particular location is top rate! I was there again today, as usual to get lunch for my son which is a sub. They had one lady working with a line 7 ppl deep, A very kind lady from Pennsylvania who was standing behind me went out to find someone. She found a young lady named Nyla who immediately said I'm not the manager I'm just a floor supervisor and with no hesitation went into the deli department put on a hairnet some gloves and proceeded to help with the line. This is how you do customer service kudos to you guys Publix

They gotten better. B in the deli is amazing I hope they keep him there. I've been coming here multiple times for my client and usually I have a hard time with the ladies not understanding what exactly I needed & messed up my orders. Lately since B has been there everything has been smoother and definitely knows what he is doing.

Parking is very bad. The rows for parking are very tight. There are many accidents. The deli sometimes has 3 or 4 employees talking and not waiting on customers. Some of the sandwich makers do a sloppy job, so they should be better trained. Add self checkout like the store on Six Mile Cypress.

Big and fully stocked. Very friendly staff. Some prices feel higher than other Publix but I'm not positive about that. Nice big store. Regrettably Publix ownership has decided to be political instead of staying neutral, so we are looking for alternatives. The last thing I want to do when shopping is think about politics. However if they want to make that a factor then it's a factor. I will look for a store that has decided to stay out of such boorish topics.

I find a lot of gluten free foods. Very friendly staff. I go out of my way to go to this Publix as they have a drive thru pharmacy. Parking lot gets a little crazy with all the traffic.

I wanted some Fish….This fish is overcooked….no Quality Control. Also the lines are ridiculous. One cashier

Pet's should not be in grocery stores with salad bars, deli counters, soup bars and everywhere else. Management and staff should tell these people to leave their pets in their cars or at home!

Being from Maine I only get to go into a Publix unless I'm visiting my son. I love how the store is organized, there's room for my wheelchair..thank you! Plus the amazing amount of beautiful fruit is an added bonus!

If you want deli meat,be prepared to wait a long time. I stood there while 1 employee was helping someone and was leading the party with the 2 other employees. They were talking about there breaks and who should go next and should they take a half hour or the one employee said he's been taking an hour, then everytime one of the other workers walked by they had to chat with them,meanwhile getting back to the 2 other employees, one was kinda of moving stuff around not helping me or the person behind me,and the other was just standing there and talking in the conversation. It was a long 15 minutes just to get a half pound of deli meat...... Save the talking for the break room and service the customer please.

This place is horrible and overpriced. The delli always takes ages. They’re so slow and incompetent. Because they never have any available, I ordered a rotisserie chicken the day before for 9 am the next day. I arrive at 9:40 and they tell me they need 20 minutes so clearly they never started it. The entire reason we preorder is to not wait. They set back my entire morning and I’m not coming back to shop at this store after this. Disgusted by the laziness and pure lack of care shown by every employee I talked to. They tell me 10 minutes. 10 minutes later I have to track them down and they tell me two minutes then disappeared. 10 minutes later I still have no turkey. Girl with green hair who took my order didn’t even look up to talk to me once. Bald man with tattoos didn’t appologize just make excuses. Absolutely unacceptable.

Deli is always super slow even when you order ahead update decided to go for a salad instead because of the line and it had a bug in it. gross

Food was very delish. It's great to see a local place with ambiance, great servers, and delicious food. I had two dishes a tapas and a fried rice with seafood. I will visit again and those have followed in the past you know that saying something for you to check this place out.

Usually it is great. I have noticed that produce isn't as fresh, and when checking out my cashier never said one word to me. She spoke to the person before me, but, when I said hello, and have a good day she didn't say anything. I have only been in this particular Pubix 3 times, and I haven't had a bad experience until this.

This is my favorite Publix. It's the one closest to home and it's so nice to always see the familiar faces and the smiles that come with them. It's also always clean and everyone is always very helpful and kind. If shoppers would use the by one, get one free, Publix pricing would always beat everyone in town.

Publix live ut always has what I need pretty much .except my daughter and I have a hard time finding her Nutella frozen sandwich crustables..they only have them once in a while and we but as much as we can ..but I wish they would have them in stock more often ..😋😪 oh and one more thing is Publix is not pet friendly store I have Therapy dogs my daughter and I and we have brought them into Publix inside there own little cars eat carriers and they tells us to take them outside or we have to be holding them . If the dogs are in a unit that is contain than I don't see the problem with bringing them inside the store..they are Therapy dogs they are not meant to be left at home ..we need them for stress when we are out and about . At home I'm less likely to be that stressed out it's when I'm away from home when I need them most and Publix I think should understand that but the Publix in Riverdale and the Publix off palmbeach Blvd in ftmyers FL toward the veranda they are the ones who usually tell us to pick them up and carry them which means that I'm gonna have a hard time shopping if I do that but otherwards Publix is my go to store but it's hard foe me to shop there without bringing my dogs with us because then they ha e to be left in the car and that means that my car has to be running with ac unit running because I can't leave my poor baby puppies alone in a hot car while I go shopping in Publix so this is something that may need to be addressed at a later date if it keeps becoming an issue ..

Went today to get a sandwich made and the girl Sakeema didn't seem too happy to be there. She was rushing me to answer her questions while speaking very low and sounding irritated and also didn't put cheese on my sandwich like I had asked.

I walked out of Publix today with groceries needing refrigeration and saw I had a completely flat tire. I didn’t have anyone available to call who could come help me, so I took my groceries back in the store and Mia put them in the fridge for me. I went back outside and called my dealerships roadside assistance. I wasn’t able to get the services I needed with help to put on a spare tire. I went back into Publix and asked if anyone could help me out on a spare tire. Mía and her team immediately assisted. They helped me put air in my tire with a portable air machine so I could get my car where I needed to go to get the tire changed. I appreciate Mia and her team who were so helpful and I don’t know what I would have done without them. I am so grateful and thank you for your excellent customer service, going above what is expected. Again, I am so grateful for your help!

This is a nice store all the way around!! The pharmacy department is just wonderful in trying to help you whatever way they can!! I so appreciate you❣️🙏 And all the cashiers and managers when buying food or needing customer service, always go above and beyond!! Thank you so much!! ☺️

This place is fully stocked of groceries. Every aisle is well lit, it's clean. Customer service I'm very friendly and helpful

By far the most Superior Publix in our immediate area I always return and I always find a store spotless and a friendly smile from anyone I ask for help in fact I'm always approached to make sure I found everything without a hassle

It's a nice place but if you're a price shopper then make sure to take advantage of the coupons.
