I couldn’t be more grateful for the angels that work here, all the staff is amazing and they care so much for your pet. I went in thinking that my baby didn’t have anything major but the efficiency and good heart of the people here was on point! She had a bad infection in her uterus that required surgery. Basically they saved my fur baby’s life and I am so happy they were there for me all the time. She wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for them. Thank you again for the great service and for all the love my baby had. I definitely recommend this clinic!!

My cat was attacked and had bad lacerations, rips and puncture wounds on his face and chest. We called ahead and they had a chart created when we arrived. They were so compassionate. Dr. McShaffrey has a calming bedside manner. He explained everything thoroughly. They assessed him and made sure he was stable because there were other emergencies ahead of us. They were wonderful with explaining the treatment plan and giving options. I've been to other ER Vets before, and these folks are by far the kindest, which to me is high priority when you are freaking out. Thank you to Dr. M and the entire team for taking such wonderful care of my Indy. He is fully recovered and what great work on his face. The stitches were done so well you can't even see a scar.

Every staff member in the Emergency Clinic were gentle, compassionate, and caring. My dog who was experiencing serious health issues was seen quite promptly. The veterinarian communicated clearly what she found and explained options and medications clearly. Her assistant reviewed everything including options and provided a printed copy of services and meds as well as instructions. The receptionist was patient and sweet. All in all this was a very positive visit and my little best friend was calm and unafraid! He is recovering well already! I thank you all at the Emergency Clinic as well as God for helping my little buddy get well again!

So incredibly thankful for this emergency clinic and all of the beautiful people who work here. We brought our pup Cooper in after being hit by a car on the highway Saturday night. The team came out ready with a cart to help bring our baby inside to get looked at. We were greeted with open arms and kindness. The staff treated our pup like part of their family and kept us updated throughout the night on how he was doing. Kennedy and Chance were absolute angels and we couldn’t be more grateful to have him in their care. Very knowledgable, empathetic and genuine in explaining the condition and future recovery plans for Coop. He ended up having a fractured radius and a dislocated shoulder which they splint up to prevent further damage before bringing him to a specialist. Given the situation, we were overwhelmed and scared but Cooper was given the best care and we appreciate you guys and the amazing team you are. Thank you for all you do!❤️

I brought my dachshund Slink into the ER around 3am Monday morning and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I feel bad that I couldn’t have expressed my gratitude more that morning, but I was just a space cadet trying not to absolutely lose my marbles over everything. You all took such good care of my baby and provided me with a probable diagnosis and referred me to the right people. Slink is now on medication for his CHF and is responding so well. I am so, so thankful to still have him here and I know it wouldn’t be possible without you all. You were so knowledgeable, kind and gracious to us. He’s home resting, but very much back to his peppy self when he’s not catching up on his sleep. Thank you thank you thank you.

This took me a few days to write. A few nights ago I showed up with what was an emergency euthanasia. The technician working was so compassionate and understanding about the whole situation. It's never a moment we as owners look forward to and can only imagine how many they deal with. Brandie was so patient with both us as the owners and my dog that didn't understand what was going on. She took the time to explain everything that was going to happen and when we were ready she brought in the doctor. I don't remember the vets name but she was also very kind and understanding of our situation. Overall not something I would like to do again on an emergency basis but if it had to happen, I know we would be in good, kind, hands. I can only imagine how well they treat the animals that are not saying goodbye based on how well they cared for us when they knew we were. Brandie, if you see this, thank you for taking the time to make sure we knew what was going to happen and making sure we were ok. I can't thank you enough for your care that night.

Dr. Ziegler and the staff are extraordinary. They were so kind and compassionate with my blind/deaf Catahoula Leopard Dog. From a treatment perspective, Dr. Ziegler knew the course of action to take. I would rate them "10 stars" if that was an option

I unfortunately had to bring my dog into the emergency clinic. I was really emotional and was so worried that I was losing my dog. Brandie was so wonderful. She rushed my dog to the back so the doctor could start examing my dog. She came back in the room to ensure me that the doctor was looking at my dog and then she just helped me calm down. I was offered water and a more comfortable chair to wait for the doctor to come in and let me know what was happening. The doctor was wonderful as well. Hopefully you never have to bring your pet in but if you do know that they truly care about your pet.

The entire office staff from the nurses to the Doctor were professional and caring. Brooke was absolutely amazing. She was so compassionate and helped us get through the difficult news about our dog. I would highly recommend this vet to anyone that has an emergency with their pet and if I could of given them10 stars that wouldn’t be enough.

I brought my dog in for a leg laceration that he sustained in my yard on some construction equipment that was left behind by my renovation contractor. We encountered Brandie upon admission and I am so happy that we did. Brandie reassured me that everything was going to be okay, she spoke calmly as she thoroughly explained everything that would transpire and I felt a sense of relief that I was certainly in the right place. Brandie guided the care my dog required while simultaneously keeping me updated with the procedures my little man received. I have zero hesitation to recommend this clinic for your unfortunate emergency pet needs, I’m grateful they are in our area and have amazing professional staff.

I have never heard of an emergency clinic turning an animal away, until I called you Monday morning, crying due to my dog coughing up blood and vomiting up blood, you told me "I'm sorry we're too busy". I will never use your services again or recommend you to anyone, you referred me out to Sarasota, I drove an hour for him not to be a priority there either and ended up leaving after a 2hour wait when I was told it would be another 2 hours and that was if nothing else came in before him.. real nice.

As I write this, my heart is broken at the loss of our dog, Louie. He become gravely ill, very suddenly and we brought him in this past weekend. After an entire day of fighting to save him, things took a turn for the worst and we had to make the awful decision to euthanize our fur baby. The entire staff was so compassionate and patient with me. I was an absolute mess! The nurse, techs and vet, Dr. Zeigler, were amazing and explained everything to us. At the end, they gave us our space to say goodbye and didn't rush us. I hope we never need their services again, but I am happy to know they are there if we do.

Everyone was compassionate and caring! I wish they took patients for ordinary care in addition to emergencies. Brandie and Kennedy were so good with Hazel, and Brandie recommended a local vet for followup or future care. Kennedy took the time to chat with my husband and I while we waited, which helped ease our tension about our ill granddog. The coffee in the waiting room is a wonderful touch during a long wait. Our Corgi ingested a toxin and the vet took great care of her, followed up with poison control, made certain she was stable before thinking about sending her home, and gave her some meds to calm her for the trip home. I would 100 percent recommend this clinic for any animal emergencies.

Dr. Ramsdell is truly amazing. My family and I are out of state on vacation, and our baby Miley had to have an emergency spay due to infection. As soon as Dr. Ramsdell saw Miley, she knew exactly what was wrong and after confirmation from X-rays, she got the ball rolling immediately. Being away from our home vet, you can imagine the anxiety we had bringing our dog to an unknown vet and now having no choice and having emergency surgery. But her and her staff made us feel very comfortable and welcoming to call as many times as we’d like for an update on our baby. Again, her and her staff were truly amazing and I cannot thank them enough for saving our baby Miley.

I had to take my pet for care and even though it was busy, I was reassured and informed throughout the entire visit. Our vet tech was Brandie and she was so sweet and understanding, and had a special way with our pet that put him at ease even though he can be tough to handle. She was the best. Dr. Rubin and her staff gave our pet excellent care and answered all of our questions. I’m so thankful to have them so close to home in case we need urgent care.

My cat Jimmie’s been really sick,so I took him to the veterinary Emergency clinic. Everybody was very supportive I was hoping it was something minor but they found a tumor on his liver and was anemic.I had him for 14 years and he’s never been sick or to the vet.Out of nowhere he took a turn for the worse.I heard what I didn’t want to hear from the vet. This had to be the hardest decision ever for me to put him down but it was the right thing to do I didn’t want him to suffer anymore.I never felt such heartbreak like this in my life.Thank you veterinary emergency clinic for being there.

We had to take our 15 yr old baby boy in at midnight the day after Thanksgiving. I couldn't believe how sweet and attentive the staff was that night, how amazing and informative they were, yet so heartfelt, how upfront the Doc was with us the whole way thru, letting us make the right decision on our own. I couldn't recommend a better place. And then this week, we get a greeting card in the mail signed by all of their staff... If I could make them my primary Vet, they would be it!

Late Feb 10th my Mia started having seizures and would not stop. We called this location to ensure someone was on staff who could help her. When we arrived they immediately took her and started comforting and kissing her as they brought her in the back. After we checked in Dr. Katie Rivers came to speak to us regarding Mia's situation. Her fever was so high and the medicine they started was not controlling her seizure's. She explained there was a lot they could do but she would still be in pain and at her age around 12 years old Boston Terrier there was no guarantees. She was very compassionate and understanding as we made the decision to send her over the rainbow. No pressure to spend thousands and complete support to stop her pain. Her and her staff brought us in the back so we could say goodbye. They offered us to take our time but I could see the pain my princess was in so we did it quickly. Dr. Rivers was so gentle with her and I am so grateful to her and her staff. They treated us and especially Mia with so much care and respect. Thank you for at least making this part of the process easier on us. Thank you for helping our babies and treating them as part of our families not just a pet. You are so very much appreciated by me.

The staff is amazing, patient, and kind. I thought my puppy broke his leg but with an exam the Veterinary said it's probably just a tear/bruise. She didn't push for xrays as my little drama king all of a sudden was fine. She was super thorough and loving with my puppy. I highly recommend!

I am not from this area but Thursday afternoon we brought in our medium/small dog, she had a heat episode and I was very worried for her well-being. When we got there they were already almost full with other animals, they still made the time to take care of Lacey. They gave no judgement and made sure she was okay. She stayed over night and when we came to get her the next morning she was jumping on the vets and very excited. I could tell they took good care of her and she felt comfortable being there. They were amazing and I highly recommend them. Not being from the area I was extremely nervous going in, and they definitely exceeded my expectations and made me feel very comfortable leaving my anxious dog in their care. Since leaving we have given Lacey the meds as they said and she has been doing 10x better. Highly recommend and will forever appreciate their help.

If your pet is in an emergency, go to this clinic. My cat Derek needed a lot of intensive care and help, and the past 48 or so hours have felt straight from hell wondering if he will make it through. It would have been so much worse if we had not gone here. All of the staff is so kind and compassionate, especially Brandie, who has been so amazing treating our sweet boy, and making sure we understand everything that's going on. If you love your pets like family you will love this clinic. I didn't worry for a second about him being treated by people who really care about seeing him get better. The vets at this clinic clearly do.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT YOUR ANIMAL TO SURVIVE. We took our dog in because he was obviously sick and dieing and without paying $4000.00 up front they wouldn't do anything to help and told us to take him home and watch him die or surrender him to animal control and they would help him but you won't be able to find out if he made it or not. After 3 days of crying and no sleep and my daughter missing school because of losing her dog. I was finally able to talk to one of the techs and demand to know what happened to him and they finally told us he passed away shortly after we left him there. If you love your pets as much as we do, take them somewhere else. As for the tech who did the right thing and told us what happened, we really appreciate you and hope that you open your own clinic some day. RIP Louie we will always love and miss you.
