Had my diamonds from my original engagement ring removed and put in a new one of a kind, made just for me diamond ring!!! Can we talk about how wonderful and amazing the whole staff is!? We lost our wedding bands for our wedding coming up in a few weeks! Our home flooded from Hurricane Ian and finally after looking everywhere we realized it was a loss cause! I was beyond devastated and upset but Miya and Gerri went above and beyond to help us find a new set, and bands!! I can not thank everyone at the store for being so understanding and helpful! From losing all our belongings, our home, cars, our wedding day being changed and everything in between, just a simple ring purchase made both of our days, weeks and prob years! I had some very sentimental jewelry that was in need of repair. At the advice of a very good friend whom I trusted, I stopped in with the hopes of finally getting the repair done. Having NEVER been in prior, I was unaware of what to expect. I was IMMEDIATELY greeted by two lovely employees. I made my way up to the counter where I was treated so kindly. Bob himself came out and set my mind at ease. I returned two days later to pick up my jewelry, once again being immediately greeted with some “hello’s”. My jewelry was repaired and looked brand new! What a great family owned jewelry shop. Stopped in with my mom's jewelry box filled with costume jewelry and some real pieces. Bob took the time to go through everything and sort out what was real and what was costume. Not only did he buy the real stuff he even bought all the costume jewelry. They also cleaned and looked over several rings and fixed a chain that was ready to break. They were awesome to work with. Would highly recommend them.

My sister and I went there to get multiple pieces of jewelry repaired as well as selling unused jewelry and I purchased a new ring. My ring is absolutely gorgeous. When my mother passed away I brought in her jewelry to find what was real and what was costume. The owner sat with us and went over ever piece taking time to explain each piece and then cleaned all the pieces. They were very generous with their time. Because of the service we received we are bringing back rings to be resized for my mothers granddaughters.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I wanted to get a custom ring for my wife done. So I went in and explained to Bob what I wanted. From the beginning to the end they kept me in the loop how everything was going and letting me know when the ring would be done. Not only did the ring come out better than I could of imagined, but was finished early. I spoke with other jewelry stores who wanted to try to upsell me or sell me something similar “not the same” as what I wanted. When I went to pick it up Bob gave my son a gift that he has not taken off since he got it. Thank you guys for your great workmanship and customer service.
