I called today and spoke with bakery manager Jessica who was very rude with me on the phone. We had ordered a 3 tier wedding cake and the top flower fell off damaging the cake before we could get pictures of our cake. The flower had rolled down one side of the cake damaging the cake. The flower was not fully secured on the cake. And her response was I would only get a $3 refund for a $359 cake. Kinda ridiculous. This is not the Publix Guarantee stated on the Publix website. I’m shocked she was so rude and unapologetic about the situation and was very defensive about her delivering the cake. I am not satisfied and extremely disappointed how this situation was handled. Jessica wasn’t professional one bit.

Always love Publix but in this store the cashier and manager had no idea what the price of an 8 piece chicken meal deal. A very popular deal for many years 8 pieces of chicken or rotisserie chicken, 2 sides and a 4 pack of rolls. They didn't have the rolls so the employee in the deli told me to take a bigger pack of rolls up and they'd adjust the price. The cashier called the manager over and she acted like I was trying to get away with something. When I asked how much the meal deal was neither the cashier or manager knew the answer and the manager took the pack of rolls back to the deli and returned with 4 rolls in a deli baggy. That's fine I only wanted the 4 but get your act together know whats going on in your store especially the manager and don't treat people like there trying to get something over on you.

I walked in wanting just 6 donuts with pink frosting for my daughters 6 month photoshoot and Toni helped me without hesitation & made it work with the color sprinkles I needed. She was so pleasant & I even went back again for 6 more & again was so amazing to help! I showed her pictures we took with the donuts & she was the sweetest! We need more people like this! Thanks Toni if you can see this!!

Best Publix in Southwest Florida, Chris, Sandy,and Freda in produce are always helpful and friendly, Frankie in the bakery department is the best, always happy to help me out with my special order including the ladies in the bakery who always help me out every morning, and of course Eddie, who takes care of the international aisle groceries is always ready to help me out with my inquiries , and finally George and Anthony up front at the check out are also five star. And of course Marco, the meat manager, is top-shelf!! If I left anybody out guys I'm sorry, I don't know all your names. By the way they all know me as Jack, my nickname.

Very disappointed in this Publix. Customer service is the worst. Can never get help in the meat dept. Bakery is always out of stuff. When you do ask for help it's like you're bothering them. They definitely do not go out of their way. Customer service is terrible.

They are courteous and helpful in all departments. The meat department will split packages for you and the deli though crowded will cut your deli meat exactly and have layers between cheese slices. The cashiers are professional and always ask if you found all items that you are looking for. They will have a bagger retrieve the item if you couldn't find it.

It was the nicest Publix I have shopped in... Very good layout... Excellent lighting and clear signage... Super clean and lines moved quickly and efficiently. Lots of parking 🅿️... Easy on/off road access... I recommend this Publix location

This publix is extremely busy and at the peak hours can sometimes be extremely difficult to navigate through. The lines for the deli can get quite long and you might be spending ten or fifteen minutes just waiting to get your items rang up. Despite this, the store is always clean and well stocked from my experience. There is a target next door which is very convenient. The staff are generally friendly. I have had very postive experiences with the pharmacy. There is a very nice seating area that is great for having lunch or eating a pub sub. The sushi is also very good. There is a good selection of fruits and vegetables which are always in good condition and high quality, making it entirely worth the price. The prices aren't too expensive, there are cheaper places but the quality here is always outstanding. There is also a good selection of medication, vitamins, hair products, and body products, however there is not as wide of a selection that you would find at a super target or walmart super center. There is also a scale, a lotto machine, and you can also buy cigarettes and alcohol. There is a machine for converting coins into cash, however it takes I believe 10 percent of your coins, so you're better off rolling them up and taking them to a bank.

Been shopping at this Publix for years. Friendly staff items that are easy to find and spacious making it easy to get around the store. Now I have even more reason to love this store. The pharmacy had a medication in stock a national pharmacy chain didn't stock anywhere in the area! This store had my prescription. Thank you Publix from a very loyal customer!

Excellent customer service from Chris. Sorry I don't know his last name but he spoke Spanish. He helped me bringing my 96 year old mom from the bathroom area to the front on one of the electric wheelchairs because it was difficult for me to do it with my mom on it. I really appreciated his help. He was not only willing to help but did it with compassion and love. I hope companies would have more employees like him. Thanks. with compassion and love towards the an old person.

Publix is no longer a great deal, Coca Cola Products, Buy 2 12packs (cans) get 1 free $18.72 for all 3, do the math you are paying $6.72 per pack, Publix our relationship is now on hold until you learn to take better care of your customers with better deals

Went to get subs and they were so slow. Then the manager came over and took one order and saw the line and simply walked away

Horrible customer service.. went to purchase some fruits .. they had a sign that says save $1.00 on dragon fruit.. so I got a yellow and a red one. The red one rang up and the sale was on it but not the yellow one.. so I said it’s on sale. The cashier asked someone to go check. The lady went and said oh is $4.99. I said that’s the original price. She said I went and did what the cashier asked me. I said I know but the sign says it’s a $1.00 off.. she went back to look. I said let me go and look she said you don’t have to follow me. I said I just want to make sure I didn’t read it wrong.. She was annoyed- but so was I. She saw a manager in the food section and asked him- while she whispered to him. He said no it’s only the red one. It would’ve said yellow. 🤣🤣🤣 yellow or red they are both dragon fruit.. Then next time put red dragon fruit on sale..

5:30pm Today Tuesday 5/23. I was waiting at the seafood section. The lady was helping other 2 customers before me, she laughed and talked nicely. Then my turn, I asked for 10 pieces of clams and 3 pieces of COBIA fish ( which is $7.99/piece). The lady got for me but put the wrong price ($10.99/piece). I came back and told her the price, she said"$10.99/piece not a pound". I said, I Knew!!! but the tag showed $7.99/piece. She looked like mad and fixed the price for me and then hung it to me. Didn't say a word. At least apologize or sorry .... It was 3 pieces of fish $23.99 and she put $32 something, i should be the one to be upset and she looked/acted like she was without a word of sorry!!! Very bad customer service! Sorry have to say and review. I hope they are treating all the customers the Same and be nice to ALL the customers.

Great salad bar everything was fresh and they have a self checkout which made shopping a lot easier.

As someone who just wants to get in and get out, I appreciate this Publix having self checkout. A lot do not and it drives me crazy.

Publix is my favorite supermarket & the midpoint Publix is my favorite store in the chain located in Cape Coral Florida. Friendly people work there. The store is very clean and the checkout is fast and the Packers are good.

Crowded, no shopping carts, nice people, I go there all of the time as I live right there. EVERYTHING is way too expensive now. I'm retired on fixed income and food stamps. It's Awful. I'm not sure what to do about it. I must say that James and Mario at the pharmacy are 2 of THE MOST WELCOME PEOPLE.!!

Pretty much just like your average any other publix. Nice and clean. Well stocked. Most of the staff could have been nice and friendlier.

My go to Publix. Very clean and friendly staff. No matter how long the deli line is they give you fast service.

Friendly staff, still has cashiers, thank goodness. Rather pay more and get service. Ground sirloin loaded water mixed darker meat mixed in hidden. But otherwise love store and staff.

Normally i only post happy reviews, but today unfortunately this is a negative one in the hopes that the staff educates the employees. I went to the deli to get thin sliced prosciutto. The gentleman who helped me was very kind but did NOT know how a 16.99 per pound meat was supposed to be sliced. Way too thick, sloppy, no film between slices, just slapped on the one film and shoved in the bag. I honestly felt bad because i gave him feedback when he asked but it became too much. Please managers train your staff.

We love the Publix. The people really make the difference. Publix folks are always friendly and helpful. Great pharmacy too.

I love this store. I miss my seasonal items - dark potato chips, dill pickle seasoning and hand-held strawberry rhubarb pie, which is the best ever and not excessively sweet.

Publix used to be the best place to shop. I think they still are but their level of attentiveness has gone down a bit. But not at this particular Publix. They are always extremely busy so you might not be able to find a close parking space but the people at this particular Publix are very very courteous and nice always willing to help if you ask a question.

As usual, Publix does not disappoint. The parking lot is clean, organized, and easy to access. The building itself is neat, well sorted out, and comfortable in the temperature and the isles are easy to traverse. Everything is easy to find and the employees are professional, yet friendly. They all have good dispositions and it is a pleasure to enter the premises. I have been visiting Publix for my shopping needs since I was I was a child and it has never disappointed (I am now in my fifties). Other supermarkets may be ok, but they never leave quite the same impression. The Publix deli is a great place to visit for the impromptu snack or even if you have a catering event (I've used it to feed my colleagues before). I love their subs and they've occasionally made me sandwiches according to my needs. They are superb. When I traveled across the US in my younger years, I always missed Publix. Glad to be home.
