👍 Well worth the money. Paid £21.50 for 2 full kids (entry/meal included) & 2 accompanying adults. Lots of activities for little ones (only till under 10s) Extra pounds for Peppa ride or bumping cars. Very safe to leave the child on its own to climb on all the high slides etc Not best food, but can't... People often mention play, area, kids, time, children, staff, birthday, busy, leave, areas,

Very safe to leave the child on its own to climb on all the high slides etc Not best food, but can't ask for more as they are normal English snacks. Definitely recommend to families with children as there's lots of fun activities, special under 4s area. The 5.30pm closing time should be extended as there's never enough time for the children to play thought 🤣🥰

Value for money. Took my daughter here on her birthday and she absolutely loved it. We are definitely going to visit this place again. The tables used for food are frequently cleaned by staff. Separate play area for under 4s and over 4s, but no one stops your kids if they wants to explore other areas of the play area. Food is available and not very expensive. Wash rooms are neatly maintained.

Great little softplay centre if you're looking for a nice activity to keep the kids entertained! It's one we like to go to because it's all low level and you can see the kids pretty much wherever they are if you just want to sit and enjoy a hot drink and have a chat with friends/family. My only issues with this venue is the music tends to give me a headache as it's so loud and there are always ques for ordering food and then it's not table service so you often here numbers being called over the already loud music, which usually gets repeated if someone hasn't collected their food in a few minutes. Apart from that, it's fun for the kids and has a good under 4 section, the other climbing frame areas are doable for my 3 year old.

Absolutely Love taking my youngest here! It's much more affordable with a monthly trilogy membership than the other places around Northampton. In my experience (as a regular visitor here) The staff are always welcoming, giving my little one an extra warm greeting when we arrive. I usually come here when the others are at school (so early off peak) it's lovely and quiet for him to play. With recent upgrades on the play areas and new flooring throughout the place is kept Fresh and clean. There's plenty to do for the smaller ones and it's not too big so you don't loose them. Good choice of food and nuce coffee too. Makes it hard to say no to eating in. Personally I'm a big fan of Trilogy Northampton. For £25.99 This gets him A weekly swimming lesson, unlimited cinema entry and off peak Bezerk entry. So all I Pay when I go is £1 for me as the adult. Win win Thanks Guys. See you again soon I'm sure.

We went here to celebrate my daughters birthday and the manager Debbie was fantastic, her customer service and friendliness made the experience a fantastic one, the little ones had a great time playing and it's such great value for money when buying a play and food ticket. Can't wait to return

I went to a birthday party with my grandson on 6.24. During our time towards the end a customer became nwell and had a seizure. Her family were very distraught and called for help.staff and other customers acted really quick Debbie manager rang for an ambulance and remaimed calm abs supported staff members, it was very traumatic.time.Staff member Catianne supported with making sure the lady was safe using her fist aid training until she came round and paramedics arrived and supported with 2 customers 1 was a nurse and other first aid trained . others customers rallyed round to support other family members it was quite a scary scene for children others customers however staff members and customers supported each other to allow the children to continue ur to play with out any disruption. The lady was ok and the family thanked myself and friends relative for acting quick and helping them.

To date best play center we have been with our 4 year old. Loads space with plenty options for small and big. Than there is food, by far best food, freshly made which means at busy times wait time is long but worth.

Disgusting!!!! refused entry with a sen child as they don't take cash poor child was inconsolable on top of that they wanted to charge £3 extra for out of term time. Cashier called the manager to me and she came over and said what's the problem?? I said I didn't call for you??? I guess this lil kid is not welcome because we have cash only!!!! She said yes what a disgrace 😠😠😠😠😠🤔🤔🤔🤔

We've been here twice so far, and really like it. Very spacious amd has plenty different attractions. Food although takes a bit of time (all freshly cooked), is really tasty. I have asked to swap few things from a meal for dietary reaons and there was no issues. They also have gluten free options available Staff very friendly and helpful. No need to book, but be vary that on the weekends, where weather isn't great, it can be busy and you might end up queueing up.

Nice place, lots of good areas for little ones. The sensory area in the under 4’s was particularly nice. Friendly staff. The lack of running water in the baby change area was off putting, as I like to wash my hands, but there was hand sanitizer. The whole place is great, but I’d say a little tired in places and the staff left dirty plates on the tables far too long, when it wasn’t busy. Overall, a great place to go, ample parking and plenty of space for the little ones to go Wild!

Can get a little busy and you could be waiting outside for a while. Ive found that with any of these places you might be looking for somewhere to sit. There are a number of play areas, climbing frames, ball courts, large curved trampoline (need to keep eye on youngsters) as it can get a little manic. There's an enclosed area for little ones to climb and build. I didn't realise that you have to use your credit card for the cars! There's a cafe, you can pay upfront for food as you pay for your entry ( nice touch) children can get a free ice lolly with their orders. We had to wait a while for food, so if your in a rush! The staff are friendly and helpful. They also appear to do parties there. The only other thing to add is the place is clean and I will be happy to take my grandchildren there again.

Staff and food are good. Play area was a decent size for our three year old with plenty for them to do. Prices are very reasonable with my only quibble being a few things dotted around designed to try and grab more money where I feel like a slight increase in costs might put them at a comparable level with other play areas and stop the inevitable I want to do this or that that comes with children

I would love to leave this comment sort and sweet . On the school holidays there’s no limit and it’s bad for other good for some bad for others. Not time limits make frustrating other parents while others are enjoying . It has to be a time limit so everyone can enjoy . The place is nice but not well managed in terms of limited time .

A lovely place for children to play. The under 4s section is a huge bonus and the different zones for different ages also help. It does get busy really quickly so best to go early on. Reasonable prices for everything and it is regularly cleaned. Staff are helpful and welcoming.

Large and nice indoor soft play. Good location with lots of parking space. Friendly staff. Toilet facility needs cleaning.

Very clean and well spaced out. Lots of different soft play for all ages. Multiple slides, big trampoline/bouncy castle style thing, dedicated area for smaller children. Refreshments available and very reasonably priced. Does get busy quickly so be sure to get here early. Highly recommended

This was our second time visiting. We went there for a birthday party on a weekend. The place is huge, with lots of space for kids to play, many options in the soft play area and sufficient space for birthday parties as well. There is a separate play area for under 3s but many older kids were in there as well. Overall a fun place for kids to play and a large spacious area for birthday parties.

Normally really like it here and used to come a lot. Thought it was reasonably priced and a wide range of stuff for my oldest to youngest to enjoy. Today some older kids with no parents with them and no business in a soft play were around kicking footballs against the walls. One hit my 3 year old in the face, in tears, glasses broken. I spoke to the kids myself. Then saw them doing it again and nearly hit another kid. I told the staff and said it was time to ask them to leave. Nothing was done. A few announcements on the tannoy to get the out of the under fours area. Ultimately if my kids are not safe because you can't enforce rules I'm not coming back. I would have expected a stronger response from management, if some children are ruining it for others you ask them to leave.

It's a very good place to go to with children! My sons had so much fun! They are in different ages (3,5,8), and each was happy and entertained😊 I'm looking forward to visiting again ❤️

We held our Daughters Birthday here and they couldn’t of been more accommodating. Nothing was to much for them. Our daughter had a wonderful time, we believe this venue is definitely value for money, welcoming and very organised. They even saved seats for the adults which never normally happens at places we have been to before. Thank you so much for making our daughters day so special.

I took my sun here for him birthday party and he enjoyed a lot. But the stuff and the organisation for all the party was very bad. I was need to ask for everything and wait a lot till was coming somebody to help. At the end after I asked 3 times to bring the cake the manager after give me the birthday cake was tell me that I need to leave the room in 5 min 😳😳. Moreover, they bring the gift bags after 10 min that I was supposed to go, when everyone was already leave. I am very disappointed this year for the organisation

A great place for all ages! The new under 4s area is fantastic, it has a lovely sensory area and lots of imaginative play. The big play area is fun for adults and kids! Lovely and clean and staff are fantastic!

Was busy but that was to be expected as it was half term. Lots to do for all ages and whilst I appreciate that children are the responsibility of their parents, I was disappointed that my two couldn't fully enjoy the under 4 area as there were so many children taking over that were clearly way over 4 years old. Good place to burn off some energy but not sure I'll be rushing back.
