Came here today ( 22.12.2012 ) with a friend from out of town. Lovely warm welcome on arrival. All the staff wore masks and were all polite and attentive. We were here in the evening and paid the £15.99 for the buffet. The drinks are on the pricey side but the soft drinks are FREE refillable which negates any cost. There is a wide variety of starters, mains and desserts. All the food looked freshly made and as soon as an item / tray was running low it was filled up again. All the food we ate was tasty and delicious and couldn't fault the food. You can definitely get filled up very quickly so ideal to pace yourself. We did and we was there for about 2 hrs and none of the waiting staff seemed to mind or pressured us to leave etc. A nice relaxing atmosphere, although, the music could be turned down a bit so people can have a conversation without shouting. You are encouraged to wear plastic gloves ( provided ) whilst helping yourself to the food via the spoons and the soft drinks are filled up for you ( again due to Covid ) all in all the restaurant did a great job of keeping people safe as they can. We will definitely be back and I recommend the place to anyone visiting Walsall or stopping over, just remember to pace yourself. Word of caution if it waste too much food ( eyes bigger than your belly ) they will ( it seams ) charge you for wasting said food.

First of all I give this restaurant a strong 5 stars for the service, most polite people work here. The food was absolutely amazing, never have I ever had food like this at a different restaurant…. the stake was AMAZING high quality meat used, which made my meal even more better I would definitely recommend anyone Wine & Dine. Went on a Sunday afternoon, excellent buffet. Price was very reasonable for an all you can eat, lots of choice, cooked to a good standard and clear descriptions on all dishes incase of allergies. Staff were good too, assisted me on the self service ice-cream machine, which was a nice touch

Sadly the quality has gone down the hill, I use to go every other weekend, however I was disappointed for my last two visits, the sweet and sour chicken was from the day before ( if not from 2 days ago) it was very hard with more than one coating, the same for the beef sweet chilli. Not to mention they are accepting cash only now, unfortunately I’m not going to be returning back.

It was amazing here! I have come many, many times since the opening in 2019 and I have never once been disappointed. The only thing is that my 10-year-old daughter, is very big and was taller than the child height restriction so I had to pay for two adults instead of 1 child+1 adult. Overall though, fabulous!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Dine & Wine Buffet Restaurant. As soon as I stepped in the door, I was overwhelmed by the amazing smells and sights of both Indian and Chinese cuisine. The buffet was packed with mouth watering dishes that I couldn't wait to try. The food was cooked to perfection and the portions were generous. I indulged in both Indian and Chinese dishes and was amazed by the flavors and textures. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I left the restaurant feeling completely satisfied and would highly recommend Dine & Wine Buffet Restaurant to anyone looking for an amazing Indian or Chinese buffet experience.

Took my daughter here to lunch for her 30th, prices are really reasonable. We all enjoyed the variety of food, there was Indian, Chinese, the hot and sour soup was beautiful, as was the crispy shredded chicken and the Indian starters. My daughter loved the sushi and noodles, something for all of us, couldn't fault it My son who is picky, had chicken nuggets and chips. For dessert The blueberry cheesecake and lemon meringue pie was so light and fluffy. We certainly had quite a bit to eat. Staff were friendly and plates were cleared quickly. Will definitely be going again.

Amazing amount of choice for food and drink! Slushy drinks included in the refillable drinks price, which was a nice surprise on a rare hot day this year. And great to have a chocolate fountain for dessert. Will definitely visit again!

Not the best buffet I have ever visited, lots of different dishes to try- many were either warm or cold. Nicely decorated, and the place seemed clean enough. Not much for the signs saying if you waste food, you will be charged between £10 and £50.

Have been here a few times now, great selection of good, got and tasty food (not so much at lunchtime) on an evening. Really big dining area that I've never seen too busy. Staff are so on the ball, clearing finished plates away and refreshing the food when it runs low. Definitely our favourite buffet place to go to

Went to Dine & Wine to celebrate my cousins 21st birthday. Unfortunately the customer service needs improvement. We were at the restaurant for a surprise meal so asked front of house if we can sit at the table that we pre booked, as we got there early for the surprise. The restaurant wouldn’t let us do this as they want you to pay before you sit at the table - which is fine. But the way this was communicated to us wasn’t great and we were being constantly watched by the lady in front of house like we were about to steal a chip. We continued to wait in the foyer area for the rest of our family to arrive and then was told that they only accept cash. No card machines are on site. This was a little surprising, we’re in 2023 and businesses still do cash only. We then had to walk to Asda to go to the cash machine. There are signs throughout the restaurant stating that if they think you are wasting food then they are allowed to charge you up to £50 for waste costs. That was also surprising to see. If you’re a buffet restaurant waste costs should be factored into the paying price per person. The food was ok, lots of options to choose from.

Walsall Food!!! Visited Dine and Wine Buffet restaurant again, I can honestly say this is one of the food ones. Food seemed fresh, tasty, and plenty of it. Various sections, Chinese, seem to be the more prominent one, but they have British, Indian, Italian, and Japanese options!!! I am not a desert person, but there seemed to be a lot of options, including a refill soft drink and slush machine 🧋 Highly recommended the Salt and Pepper Prawns they are huge and super tasty. The hot plate options ranged from meat and fish, including steak, lamb, salmon, prawn, and beef strips. These also include vegetables and noodles, but I just had the lamb and salmon with onions and mushrooms. Service overall was good, I visited on a Monday, and it was busy. Well this is a bit of a hidden gem... came here for my mother's 4th birthday dinner... everyone wants to take her out... Anywhos, from the back looks a bit shabby but when you enter the decor and aesthetic is on point, really nicely decorated and clean in side. There is a good choice of food here from Chinese, Indian, Japanese, Italian, English as well as a teppenyaki guy... I didn't even get to all the cuisines. The food tastes fresh and the meats are tender and moist.I really enjoyed the sushi,usually at buffets they give you these little tiny things which have minimal fillings and taste terrible, but the sushi here was fresh, big in size and they had a range of fillings. The toilets were clean, they have little koi ponds on the way to the toilets upstairs l, kids enjoyed that. They have a bottomless drink option which includes slushies in 4 different flavors, again the kids loved that. Ice-cream with sweets and sauce, you guessed it.. the kids loved that I was really impressed and can honestly say this is the best international buffet I have been to, forget ming moon, forget cosmos this is where its at. You pay on entry so don't have to worry about all the faff afterwards which I like. Will I be coming back.. why yes of course, might see me next week ha ha.

Have never experienced such rude customer service. I was charged for 3 yr old child and politely asked the male by the counter do they charge for 3 yr old child. I received a response that yes, they do. I told him the website stated different information where it's said children below 150cm or the age 12 don't pay. I received a very aggressive response “THEN GO READ IT AGAIN!” Thank you for your professionalism, keep up the great job 👍🏻

This is an amazing place. So much choice. Food is lovely and refillable drinks including slush. Would be 5 star but they do not clear your plates away fast enough

First time customers today and can definitely say that we will be returning in the very near future. Food was great (taste, selection and price.) Staff were very polite and welcoming. Very clean all around - including bathrooms which were lovely. 2 of us dined for lunch with a refillable drink each and payed £28.50 Also will definitely be recommending.

Food was red hot lots of choice 5 ***** We had to wait 15 mins before we could go in was worth the wait
