I’m currently 29 weeks pregnant. I have been trying to get some sort of appointment for various things (e.g: aid reflux, not sleeping) and over the past few days I think I have developed thrush. I’ve been in agony and have tried phoning multiple times. When I do eventually get through, they say no appointment are available on that day. So my partner and I decided to walk up yesterday and see if we can book an appointment through reception. The lady behind the desk said to phone at 8 or come in at 8 to book a same day appointment. So today I’ve gotten up to phone for 8. I have phone for an assess of 60 times and the line just hangs up. I know this isn’t an issue with my phone because I can phone others. This is beyond a joke at this point. The line apparently closes at 8:45 and they only hand out a small number of appointments. Please avoid if possible because it is just a waste of your time even trying to get in

Myself and my husband changed to this surgery after lack of support, care and help for my health issues from another Nuneaton surgery and well I have nothing but praise for all of the doctors I have ever spoken to and seen, the receptionists, the nurses, the healthcare assistant, everyone are fantastic. I am so glad we changed to this surgery. You have made my health issues more bearable and the online message system is fantastic. I am not afraid to contact you, to ask questions. Just keep doing what you do. Thank you for everything.

I want to thank ALL the staff at this surgery, doctors, nurses, reception staff and anyone I might have missed.. I would like to thank you all from the bottom of my/our hearts as a family, for the 8 years ( and all the times before) you very kindly looked after my mum (Mavis Ashley) nothing was ever to much trouble, we were even on first name terms ! Please keep up the wonderful work you all do, it makes such a difference .

Would give 0 if possible have done absolutely nothing for me in 2 years. Been trying to get diagnosis for ADHD and autism. Constantly losing paperwork then you get blamed. The receptionists are awful no customer service. Literally the worst surgery I've ever been at. Thank god I'm changing to a new one

It's okay. Clean and tidy. Reception area can be busy but they have automatic booking when you arrive. Not all reception staff are nice. One is very rude and abrupt. Car park is always busy. Almost impossible to get an appointment. Can't stand this ringing up at 8 am and waiting to be answered. Once you have an appointment all the doctors and nurses are lovely. It sounds like I go to the doctors all the time. Well I don't. Think I have been twice in 5 years. I get regular emails from them. I know they are there if I needed them.

I'd like to thank the staff and in particular to Dr Nedjati and Dr Hebbes for dealing with me since moving back to this surgery due to moving back to catchment in 2020. I am happy that there is an app or web app to request appointments or queries easier than just phoning. Keep up the great work.

Have been with this surgery for many years, and my now adult daughter has stayed with them and my granddaughters are under them too. Do agree it struggled and lost some confidence it for a little while during covid, but to be fair amd honest, what medical facilities didn't struggle during this time. I do agree getting an appointment can be extremely challenging, but as for patient care and services, i can only say the past few months for myself and my mother, they have been excellent.

Recently moved to this surgery after moving house. They are so friendly and helpful, had issues with last doctors but this surgery is fantastic. Reception staff are truly lovely and helpful.
