Ordered 2 steaks. One medium and other medium rare. Both came out well done. Both orders were missing mushrooms too. Also had to ask for the peppercorn sauce we ordered. Knowing that they messed up they did not come over to ask if everything was fine. Won't be going back. Terrible food and terrible experience.

Really poor. Used to go there all the time but won't be going back anytime soon The quality of food seems to have gone downhill. The child's pizza was just a chicago town deep pan frozen pizza I had the halloumi fajitas and the wraps were cold. The skillet with the halloumi and veg on looked like the picture. There was the smallest amount of cheese on the plate. Not at all tasty. Just poor all round

We have been here a few times for meals and always good value. It's a sizzler pub but they ran out of onions and so had to have meal on a plate. Having said that will be returning.

Good varied menu options for all the family and reasonable priced. Accommodating any reasonable adaptation to standard menu choice, i.e. change of listed vegetable to other available. Ensure that all parties' meal is bought out together, so everyone is eating together. Staff are very friendly and always check that everything is as expected. Staff ensure that no dirty dishes sit around long after meal has been consumed.

Seasoned chips.. must have been autumn as the seasoning was nonexistent.. the only thing they had for vegetarians was salad, was only told that after having paid for vegetarian lasagna. Place full of coke heads and I don't mean people who have a love for Coca-Cola. Definitely won't be going back in a hurry.

We normally have very good service here but I must say today's service was appalling the food was bought out in a very haphazard way and 50% of it was only warm not hot our starters were bought after the mains (were they forgotten) The gentleman who greeted us ,Tom did his very best to give good service but he was fighting a losing battle I felt extremely sorry for him and he couldn't apologise enough for the bad service we had received. He is the reason for 3 stars if not for him it would have been 1 especially when their was a guy sitting near us with a dog on his lap that was licking the table and laying its head on it when told dogs were not allowed he said it's a service dog !!!!

First visit for a lunch, happy to see a choice for "small appetites". Fantastic service from Tom throughout! Main and dessert very tasty. Wasn't made to feel like we had to rush our meal and will definitely visit again.

The food was nice but the lettuce in the side salad looked moody and dry The chips were burnt Took an half hour for our food and our deserts

Went here recently for lunch with the Mrs. The venue and location is great. Plenty of free onsite parking, have to register number plate on entry. Wasn't that busy, however, food wait time was 45 mins. A trainee took our order and unfortunately came out the kitchen incomplete as an item was missed. After speaking with the staff and manager, Paul, we were given the missing item very promptly. All in all a cosy family friendly pub with a good selection of drinks and food. Food quality could be improved with ciabatta garlic bread rather than bread slices and half melted cheese. Mains could have come out hotter with better garnish.

It was packed it was a Monday night, and people were queuing for food. Service was stretched, you could tell, and the food is your standard chain pub food. The lovely girl serving was happy and smiley. My first pint of Guiness was excellent. The other 2 were not so good, Mo day us quiz night and the guy who doesn't is fantastic. Well worth a visit

Food was lovely , drinks were lovely, barstaff were lovely, overall just a lovely night .

Let me explain my rating. People in the back, amazing! Nice plated food, tasty( even if it was a bit too less for my appetite, but I eat a lot so it's fine), People in front: appaling. Took forever to be served either with the table service or at the bar. When ordering food our nachos came out with no salsa. When I asked I was just told they didn't have any and the waitress walked away. I wouldn't have ordered them if that were the case. Not the first bad experience here Shocking, avoid.

This has been our regular place for some time now. Best service, always cheerful and able to advise. The food is very good, there are some little mistakes from time to time, but we are only human. They always have something nice for children. Great For a drink with friends, but also great For family dinner. Oh! Breakfast must try! Double hunters - OMG! Steak with garlic prawns - OMG! Food was great I do go to a lot of restaurants in my Job. Service is good but a bit slow in bringing the food out nit sure if it's being ordered on the App slows it down not ordered over the Bar. Atmosphere is what it is at the time I went but not a problem. Defo go again and Recommend Family and Friends to go

The last 4 times my wife and myself have gone to the blackbird which is are local weather day or evening we have been told sorry we have not got what you ordered choose somthing else mostly fish/mushrooms are the main things out of stock plus a long wait when you do find something they have not ran out of allso beware of the wheelchair ramp round the back massive hole impossible to use with out toppling over it was never like this before hopefully they might start ordering more stock

Great value, great food, great choice of food. 0 for the atmosphere though. Its just wrong how you can use speakers so crystal clear you can hear cymbals even through my earphones. Its really agrivating.

Great place to pop in if you fancy a pint or food .. kids eat for a quid was really good .I will be coming back.. service was a bit slow. But they told me they had new people in kitchen learning. So all good 👍

Came in last night for a family meal. The service was amazing and so was the food. We had superb service by a lovely young lady called sharnay, she made sure all our requirements and requests were met. Will definitely be back

We’ve been a few times, always a happy visit , the Christmas menu was amazing! Always great staff, very good prices and generous portions, today we had the chicken platter which was delicious and the surf and turf with scampi which was fantastic! Came in for breakfast around 9.35 placed order on app Informed no milk for tea no eggs for breakfast Waited until 10.10 until we could have a cup of tea !!! Wife breakfast arrived no mushrooms Told we gave u more hash browns surely we should be asked if that was OK we were not even advised about mushrooms we had to complain Seems very poor customer service and lack of any care Won't be having breakfast here again No offer of recompence either

We had a small breakfast. It was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Food was hot and well presented. We chose a Farley quiet time of day. Not many in. Although it did fill up towards three. I would say the only let down was the car park. Very gravelly and not easy to exit

Went as a group of 20 they had put 2 rows of tables which were so close that they were unaccesable to all the party we ended up rearranging the tables as after letting bar staff know no one came to sort out. I ordered sizzling meal chicken was nice but chips were cold as were those of others in the party, treacle sponge and custard was lovely .The company of friends made the evening. I think the staff need to pay more attention to what diners are asking

Was charged for an extra meal but that was very quickly resolved and I got a refund. Meals ordered were all very tasty, cooked well and nicely presented. Only 1 person serving at the bar which resulted in having to wait to be served. A good night overall.

Very nice pint in the blackbird, excellent food, great bar staff and if you go by car there's a touch screen on the left of the bar as you walk in, just put your car reg in and your covered for parking....
