Really nice legit Indian food. Not microwaved curry. Indian chefs etc very good would reccomend. Lollipop chicken was excellent as was the fish and lamb curry. Well done.

I visited with 4 friends. We ordered starters, a mixed grill, prawns, fish, and paneer. That was plenty for 5 of us, to the extent that we didn't order any mains. Food was really tasty. Service was attentive. Will definitely keep coming back.

This place is fabulous during weekdays. Great staff and atmosphere. BUT !!! It needs to be avoided Friday and weekend nights due to a few car loads of imbeciles doing drugs on the car park. The brewery seem to think that all is fine, but believe me it's not.

Amazing food. They went above and beyond to cater to our children. Lovely Christmas atmosphere, decorations and vibe and really genuine lovely staff. It was quiet - guessing they struggle with footfall but worth a try. Definitely recommend for families *****

Lovely food, very fresh and some nice alternatives on the menu to what we normally find. We'll be going in regularly.

Quite remarkable facility. Very nice dining area and bar. Food very well cooked very tasty. Service friendly but maybe a little more training required. Overall a very good experience. One of Leicestershire's best dining venues. Definitely be back.

We visited the winstanley on the 18th August 2019 for a carvery as a family of 6 and I have to say the food has really gone down hill. None of the meat was cooked properly, turkey was still raw in the middle yet they were still serving it. We've been coming here for years and won't be going back until they get a new chef in.

4 of us went for lunch 08/11/2019. It was the worst meal any of us ever had. 2 guests had ham eggs and chips. The eggs were over cooked and the chips were brown and tasted of old oil. One guest had fish and chips. The fish was chewy and the chips were the same brown mess as the chips with the ham. As for the sausages mash and peas, once again the sausages were over cooked and dry. Wil never visit again. In short
