Good meal... got an order wrong but can easily happen. Had the one brought to us anyway and it was probably better than the one we originally ordered. Good work from the waitress!! Unfortunately, she charged us the wrong amount and it was lucky that I’ve got a weak bladder and wanted to go back in to use the toilet. They refunded and charged the right amount. Good area for food and was tasty!

Been to a few Carluccio's and this is as expected. Popular as ever so tends to be busy at obvious times. This can mean the service is a little slower. The service is always warm and friendly and the menu offers a good range of options and they also have a separate gluten free menu if required. The 2 or 3 course lunch specials menu is also quite good value. Food is tasty and well proportioned with plenty of drinks on offer also. They also sell a number of products to take away and cook at home such as pasta as well other other Italian produce.

We had a lovely meal outside. The weather was lovely, service great and the food just lovely. Very tasty Italian food. Not cheap but very worth it.

Overall good food and good atmosphere. Could do with a winder range of vegan/vegetarian options. Good portion sizes. Presention was good.

Very tasty coffee. Not a bad price for a pastry and a cuppa. It's somewhere I've walked past many times as I've popped in to some of the other coffee shops. I'm pleased I took the opportunity to walk in this time. The server was very welcoming and attentive. I will certainly return. It would be a great place for a breakfast meeting!

Fab service. Really took care of us (especially the kids). Food quality slightly down though.

The sea food Linguini as very good. The White House was also good and went well the the mains. The service as fast & Danial was extremely friendly & fast. A definite come back 👍

Staff is present without being overly present. Open to suggestions . Food is yummy . Gluten free and vegan options. . Staff seems to be aware of allergies risk.

The allergy awareness was amazing, with the manager taking special care of anyone with an allergy. All allergy information is on a tablet which is brought to your table. When the dishes arrived they had a allergy sticker so no mix up if you've ordered the same as someone else. Food great as normal

Booked in due to a case of last minute munchies. Grace and Robyn informed us they were closing at 10pm and we had limited time to order. Upon arriving they were very patient and polite. Allowed us to stay until we finished our meal without rushing us. Food was fantastic for the last table of the day on a Sunday. No complaints whatsoever. Thanks guys! Will definitely be back.

Fantastic early doors meal in a Friday night, we hadn’t booked and they became busy it was wonderful, all the food was tasty and freshly prepared. Our waiter Gideon was knowledgeable polite and extremely efficient, I think that made it even more special. What a fab experience our group of 4 had. Ideal for pre cinema dinner, didn’t want to leave though. Thank you Carluccio’s and thank you Gideon
