Everything hot. My mistake asking for everything hot. They literally mixed green chillies in premixed kebab and it was not tasting but hell hot. One of the guys walked in and offered a replacement & we said yes. There comes the owner, might be on his 6th pint, you asked for hot 🥵 & hence it is hot. Eat it or don't !! Shocked by the attitude. Not going there again. Spoiled our meet for sure. Whyyyyyy sooooo Rudeee owner 🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺 !!!!! Did I ask for a change ? No Did your colleague offered for a change ? Yes Did you come to defend ? Average restaurant serving Indian food. The interiors are nice but the music is too loud. The service is average too. The taste of the food is passable.

The Food was Amazing. Definitely a Gem of a place. 👍🏽👌🏽 Awesome Chicken and Kheema Mix, the Chicken Tikka was 10/10 and the Chicken Biriyani was amazing just wish the portion size was larger like a few other places that make awesome Biriyanis wrapped in a foil and in a large polyester container. 👍🏽 Definitely a Gem 💎

You really need to change your chef ASAP. Tirana food standard used to be very good. The butter chicken taste like tomato and onion uncooked gravy with pieces of chicken. Chicken lollypop taste very weird as well. And not value for money either. For only above 2 dishes cost £17. I would happily pay it if the food tasted good. Never again.

Both old and new tiranga is both the same, the new look was amazing showing they haven't given up after the fire in 2020. Food hasn't changed as well and still has that great taste that you can't get from other restaurants. All in all go there definitely no questions asked as it's the perfect Indian restaurant

Went on a Friday night and was able to accommodate a table of 4. The atmosphere and restaurant is lovely and very clean. The staff were polite and helpful. The food was delicious, everything tasting fresh, hot and well spiced. The lamb chops were a bit tough for my liking however. The mixed grill was delicious & I recommend the garlic chilli chicken curry and bhatura! The naan & bhatura were one of my favourite things! The chilli chips are delicious. The lamb biryani could use a bit more spice & flavour but still good. Overall would definitely come back again. Around £17-20 per person.

The only thing to watch out for here is the SERVICE CHARGE which you DON'T have to pay for but they should let you know about it. It's 10% and when youv'e already spent over £100, it's not a nice surprise. This aside, the main food is good, starters (samosas were a little small) and drinks can be expensive (£4 for a coke-really?). Generally the other prices are comparable to similar places for the dishes.

Very nice clean efficient and quality service. And very welcoming. I was attended straight away I didn’t wait. The waiter Sachin was very friendly and took his time to explain to me the foods well.

Never seen sizzler served before soup. Never seen chicken Manchurian and salt & pepper prawns cooked in same style. Never seen all food dumped on table within 10 minutes of ordering. Never seen so much food colour on my table. Off-putting Message is to hog the food and leave. Manager - best not to be called. All he said was "I don't want to argue" I just paid and left. Regretted going there.

Absolutely shocking service! Waited over 30 minutes for drinks. Then another 40 minutes for the waiter just to take orders for the food. Another 50 minutes for the food to come out. No apology or complimentary drinks or food. Owner seems like he's got a chip on his shoulder. So many other places which are miles better within the surrounding area. Will DEFINITELY NOT BE GOING BACK.

I am new to Leicester, UK and had a wonderful dining experience at Tiranga last night as it was Diwali Festival! The ambiance was charming, and the staff provided excellent service. The menu offered a great variety, and the dishes were not only delicious but also beautifully presented. While prices were slightly on the higher side, the overall quality justified it. Clean and inviting atmosphere. Highly recommend for a delightful evening out! It's the best Indian Food Restaurant I have visited so far in Leicester.

We've been Tiranga customers since they opened many years ago, the food to this day is consistently made to a high standard and flavoursome each and every time. The food options are plentiful, vegetarian or not you're sure to find a dish for you. The staff are excellent, polite, professional, well presented and very attentive. The restaurant itself having recently been refurbished is warm and welcoming and most importantly very clean. If you've not been before, be sure to pay them a visit, you won't be disappointed.

The restaurant is quite spacious with good sitting arrangements giving enough room to sit comfortably. The food choices are good but a little pricey compared to other similar quality restaurants with delicious food in and around Leicester. A good meal for the 4 of us cost over £100...which included starters,main course so yes a little pircey indeed. The starters dish I ordered (pictured) was delicious with very good sheekh kebabs. The main course on the other hand was not to my liking when compared to other similar dishes I have tried elsewhere.

Indian food lovers must try the cuisine at this restaurant. Even though it is relatively  expensive, you will be thrilled with the food'squality. The friendly vibe and lovely staff always greet you with a smile.

I Was very disappointed this time in service & food I ordered starter to bring first. they bring all separately 1 by 1 stater comes with rice. mixed grill comes end. sir your sef should know how to do mixed grill not with gravy should be fully dry my kids not even touch. I want ask owner why you charge 10% service customers only pays food charge.sorry to say food was disappointed. especially mixed grill

We had a private party there before it was open to the public food was good service was exceptionally price was ok. I would like to go when no a set menu. The stater mix grill was very nice along with garlic chicken

Well what can I say about this restaurant, what a fantastic establishment. Done an excellent job with the refurbishment! Visited this place the other day after years, met a chap called Jezzon behind the bar, hes an asset to the business. Explained the menu and showed me the variety of drinks they do. Definitely has a great customer service background! Excellent food too!

Group of 9 so ordered plenty of starters and main courses. Sadly the starters which included veg and non-veg starters, chilli garlic fish and masala chips all tasted the same! I would have expected a variant mix if spices to be used. Main courses were a lot better.

We just had the worst chilli chicken from tiranga. Usually we have always had enjoyed their chilli chicken.. But today it was just bland, non crispy, tasteless... Felt like we were just having some soggy fried chicken pieces.. I rang them to give my honest feedback but the lady was not budging to accept or feeling bad for our experience but was treating me like come back and we will offer u another free portion. When I rang them, first thing I mentioned was that I am not after any refund or free food but would like to give you my honest feedback. I would request them to read this review and understand that not all customers are after free portion but because they have enjoyed your food in the past and just want u to improve and serve good food in future.

Food is always very tasty. Staff attentive and atmosphere pleasant. Definitely recommend it.

Recently reopened and still the same nothing much changed. The food is ok the service could be improved. The space is heavily packed in with tables you can almost eat of someone's else plate

I come to the UK every couple of years to visit family. This place is our go to with our Leicester family. Food and service is AWESOME!! I got my UK Indian food fix and I'm done! Great place great atmosphere great food!

We have come here so many times and the food is absolutely fantastic!!! It gets better with each visit and we as a family have recommended this Indian restaurant to so many of our friends and family. The chili paneer and chili chicken dishes are amazing as is their lamb chops! Can't fault a thing - keep it up!

We mostly enjoy take aways from here. Love their Indo Chinese options. Would recommend Chicken lollipop, Hakka noddles(non spicy) and schzewan noodles(spicy).

The food we eat as starter was super tasty. Do yourself a favor and visit / Order from this lovely tiranga restaurant Melton Road, Leicester. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food Chicken tava, chicken jalfeji and methi mutton is absolutely amazing – (main course) everything we tasted melted in our mouths. Absolutely the best meal we had while in Leicester. Highly recommend!

Lovely restaurant, great atmosphere, friendly staff and delicious food as always!

Not a pleasant experience portions are small and prices are high. We ordered onions which we had to pay extra and additional charge if we wanted lemons with it. The soup should come with fried noodles however they said we would need to pay for the fried noodles. We had a sizzler and it was so small more colour than flavour. Expect to pay then an additional 10% service charge which is added onto the bill. Very disappointed as we used to love coming here however they have lost all customer service and it's all about making money.
