Absolutely love the atmosphere it’s nice and cosy and nice to see friends here too. There’s also a tv show here including cooking shows that shows people how to cook different meals etc. as well as the sports and other relaxing shows I have seen here. It’s nice that it has an atmosphere that makes anyone feel comfortable. Also great vibes if there’s any easier work to be done as you can always relax with a Kindle (recommended by Georgina). I was pleasantly impressed with the service and a very good amount of salad served as sides which is important! Everyone is so kind including the bar staff who do a very decent job at getting everyone served and with correct amounts. Only improvement I would suggest would be speeding up the service by a few minutes. I do recommend this often to family and friends. Thanks again for another fantastic service and food quality today! You are all doing so well. I added a photo of my favourite meal here currently and I will definitely be bringing friends and family here again.

A real treat. This place is a bit pricy but for a special treat it’s worth a visit. It’s clear that all meals are cooked from scratch which whilst this makes the wait a little longer also makes the meals delicious. The mixed fish platter was amazing, ham and eggs lovely although too much ham even for a big eater. The kids burger and chips is almost identical to the adult version but at half the price - order the kids one. Expect greatness but expect to pay for it.

Food was AMAZING! I tried the cook your own steak and it was such a novelty, even as a medium to well done steak eater, the stone was hot enough to cook it to my liking! I would definitely recommend giving it a go at least once. People were really friendly and couldn't do enough for us - thanks! Atmosphere was OK. It was a Friday night and we were sat near the bar, so there were a few drunks around, but nothing too rowdy so it was all good.

Lovely village pub. Food is excellent and freshly cooked so expect a wait as its not a microwave job! Great atmosphere and eally nicely decorated Good seating area outside. Small car park.

First time I have been to the Bulls head in Ratby, we were pleasantly surprised, the pub itself looks very nice as you walk in, very well kept, the seating in food area is the same, although there is a bar area as well it was not big and and no where to sit to wait for our friends to turn up, as all the seats were taken we opted to sit at our reserved table. The food was spot on, myself and my wife had the chicken skewer with chunky chips, onion rings, and salad, and it was cooked to perfection, and both plates were left empty but I did have to eat the wives salad for her. If your ever in the area call in there you'll like it.

Absolutely love this place, the food is excellent! The bar area is a really nice part of the pub, the snug a quieter area and the restaurant beautifully decorated with good spacing between tables. The service we received from Ed and his team, made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Toilets...... Clean and to a very high standard!!! All in all this will become a regular haunt of mine, can't wait to go back 😁

I came with my daughter for dinner. The food was delicious, and a good serving (neither of us left feeling hungry). My daughter is a vegetarian and lots to choose from. We’ll definitely be back soon with the rest of the family!

Service was slow. We all finished our starters before children’s starters had even come out. Stuffing under cooked. Pudding had a chemical taste. Staff weren’t all that friendly. Atmosphere completely changed from previous visits and standard of food massively dropped. Won’t be returning.

The Bullshead has changed hands in the last three weeks...l definitely could tell the difference since that last time l visited. Unfortunately, not what it once was with quality, quantity or value for your our well earned pennies. Some what disappointing. On a positive the bar service was brilliant!
