Had a great time with the teenagers bowling and a bit of fun in the arcade. I like the new improvements that have been made but I would like to point out how dirty the toilet doors are, I went to wash my hands after bowling and all around the door handles are brown stains. Sort this out and I will give 5*

Not been to Hollywood bowl from ages!!! We took our 4 year old boy for the first time. He loved it!!! It was such a fab experience fir us all. Booking was so easy on online. As we got there a little early we requested could we do bowling early and there was availability!!! 😍 The staff were really friendly and helpful. There was staff to clean the bowling stations after each group. So covid safe etc Only thing was toilets were disgusting!!!

Hollywood Bowl in Leicester is a wonderful bowling alley located on the Meridian Business park in the outskirts of the town, close to the M69 for easy access. There is a very large free car park on site as well. Facilities are excellent, no issues with bowling there at all, very well presented place, quirky decor and good atmosphere. There are also tons of excellent arcade style games on site and a restaurant with reasonably priced food and drink. Highly recommended.

Booked one game for me and the kids and it was so much fun. They have got the boards up between each bowling lane and different style balls so you don't cross contaminate. I actually like the separation even without COVID. The children loved it and because we had done online you set the names up before you get there. Check in and all done, including organising the bumpers for the kids. I used to hate typing in all the numbers. We stayed for a few games in the arcades which was great, although quite a few were out of service. Hand sanitiser stations all round. And finally we stayed for some lunch. Thanks God for sugar free slushies!!!! And food was surprisingly good 👍 reasonably priced and came out quite quickly. Overall really great day out and will be back again in December. We are building out arcade tickets!

I drove 20 miles each way to play their StepmaniaX cabinet. When I arrived, the machine was lagging like crazy, the machine then crashed and took my credit. You can see the video on YouTube RE: "StepmaniaX DX Deluxe - Dance Machine Cabinet Review" I reached out to the manager there who gave me a credit back... that is when I found out the player 2 pad didnt even work!! It just randomly plugs in and out when it wants to. THEN I found out that the machine is ONLY 1 SONG FOR £1!!! WHAT A RIP OFF!! 3rd time lucky: they just turned the machine off on me I then reached out to the company about this. They told me: "We have found in some of these machines including Leicester that the plug to power the pad comes unplugged, like any machine this gets called out and we get it resolved." But when I contacted my friend, he told me the pad has NEVER worked the machine used to be 3 songs for £1. So they KNEW the pad didnt work and THEN STILL raised the price. This is wrong on so many levels. Despite that, epoxy is a quid. It wont come out then. They are blaming the connector, but if it was the pad connector it would be ON or OFF and it would have been working at least once which it hasn't The manager then told me 3 songs for £1 was a mistake by the person who setup the machine: "These will have been errors on our part and we will get these changed once we find out which ones .".... and that Namco told them to set it up this way, however, other business chains in the UK are not 1 SONG FOR £1 despite getting their machines from Namco also. If they just admit they only care about the money, fair enough, but it's like they are lying to try and pretend they are not greedy and deceitful. THAT is what I don't like. Historically, they said this about other dance games: "Hollywood Bowl haven’t had a Dance Stage for quite a few years due to them failing and parts hard to come by, revenue was also declining and new machines were added and these removed, that was all this was aimed at." However, 1. Both Euromixes worked fine but the maintenance guy wouldn't maintain the panels, so credits declined. Then they were removed. Same with the Pump it up pro machine 2. The dancing stage supernova, the CRT was collapsing and the blue failed. It uses a 29" CRT which can be found on Wangan and many other arcades. There are a decent amount on eBay right now in fact. DDR parts can be found on arcadespareparts and ddrpad, both websites are stocked right now and before also. ASP has been going since 1999. Despite that, you can convert the CRT to an LCD, which are sold LITERALLY ANYWHERE. It's just a bunch of excuses after excuses in order to milk casuals and price gouge people with a genuine interest in the game.

Great location with plenty of parking and food places nearby. You can spend pretty much all day here if you wanted to. This venue is always fairly busy so it is better to book ahead. They have a bar/diner area as well as a arcade section which is really fun.

Lots to do. You can first bowl and then spend some time at the arcade earning tickets and spending them at the till. I have been multiple times and have had countless hours of fun. I have been multiple times with friends and family and have had hours of fun everytime. Definitely do recommend. Note: The kitchen closes at around 8:45pm so make sure any hot foods are ordered before then.

Overall a good experience. Arrived very early with my sons and enjoyed two games of bowling. Despite an issue with the first lane we were issued, the staff were on hand and very helpful and got us moved immediately and without any fuss. We only had drinks (milkshakes) but these came out to us quickly and were really good. Spent some time in the arcade directly after and despite it being quite expensive overall, it was an enjoyable experience. Site was clean on our visit. Staff were on hand, friendly and helpful throughout. Site is access friendly from the door and looks to be throughout.

Had a wonderful time. Haven't been in a very long time, but if this past visit is anything to go by, then I'll surely be returning in the not so distant future. We were seen immediately even though we arrived early. We were upgraded to a VIP lane for free, and service thereafter was top-notch. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience.

A great way to spend a wet afternoon. Two games took 4 of us an hour. There’s plenty of other things to do. And lots of food and drinks. The disabled access is very good.

Great couple of hours with the kids. We ordered drinks too, which were delivered to us at our lane.

We have been there with they family , basically the place is nice and enjoyable but the staff and customer service are not good at all , we have asked to moved our line because there were some people playing next to our line and blocked our line we were not happy about that we have asked the member of staff to moved us to another line and there were some lines empty but they did not do that so we left the place !!!

Great place to chill out at with many parking spaces to park in. There is also an arcade to play in and a restaurant to have a birthday in or just a meal.

Great place! A lot of parking spaces! Good time with family and friends. the only thing is to expect occasionally machine malfunctioning like no cash dispensing or tickets loaded. Overall 5 out of 6 stars

Clean and welcoming. Very friendly staff. Would like to thank the staff on the desk today for being so generous with my upset daughter this morning after being short of 25 tickets for the items she wanted in the arcade. You made her day. Will definitely return

Love it. There are so many fun games to play and it is perfect for friends and family. Bowling is great. Flappy bird doesn't dispense tickets

Really good place, hadn't been om years but looked really cool and modern. Huge bar, and dining area. Lanes were much better. Arcades are brilliant but the huge let down was the shocking gifts you can change your tickets for. Terrible selection and this is why it didn't get 5 stars. Food was also...okay

Very good time we spend here. Having great fun with the game, i enjoy so much with the atmosphere. Better came not on weekend or else would be very crowded i think. But most of all, the bowling part is great for us!

Tried 5 times in 5 years but never got booking for the bawling as it's always a busy place, Leicester need more of bowling places, the arcade is good as long as you have pocket full of£1 coins. Great parking facilities.

We went there with family and they all had awesome time. Staff on the phone for the booking was very helpful and when we turned up premises shop assistant were ery good. Nice tidy and clean place even during COVID-19 as they were cleaning all the lanes when people were leaving. Drink through wending machine quite expensive but had no choice as the bar / pub was really busy.

The best place for families. I do recommend it to families and friends. All facilities available. Good staff members. Thumbs up!

£9.00 pp for VIP bowling ( but this means you just get your private booth, but not really), so I would personally recommend just picking a normal bowling Lane. Very clean, lots of parking, lots to too and very nice staff.

It was fun. On covid times, I felt save and comfortable with their precautions. The booth has extra shielding. Bowling balls were different for different booths to ensure there is no mixing. They clean the booths between different users.

👍 First time here. We had a reservation which is recommended. And sat in the restaurant, we asked to move to a different table which wasn't a problem. Service was prompt polite and speedy.
