Lovely food, great service, managed to squeeze us in for dinner on a Saturday. Waitresses were very accommodating, food was brilliant. Will definitely come here again!

Second order 1st May 2021... Burger still amazing... the chicken wings no taste and overly salty, the sweet & sour sauce taste like less sour tomato sauce... the chicken katsu... what katsu? The chicken was over cooked and super hard and no taste at all... very disappointing... I still give a 4 start coz burgers are amazing and fries taste really good too 👍 08/08/2020 - 5 stars ⭐️ Ordered a delivery as Uber have a promotion so we chose this place to try. And OMG!!! This has got to be one of the best Burger... even with their “open takeaway boxes” and took the driver 25 mins from restaurant to our place... the burger still taste amazing... can’t wait to try in the shop and have the burger fresh out of the kitchen. Their chicken wings are amazing too love that sweet and chilly sauce 🤤

Very very good meal here tonight. There was a long wait between courses but that's my only complaint. The good bits - lovely vibe, very chilled and cosy - generous portions for the price - extremely tasty food, the blue cheese sauce with the wings was special - fried chicken that was actually crispy. I've found this to be really rare in Leicester - gooood fried chicken - burgers cooked perfectly - friendly service - not too crowded Thanks crafty, we'll be back!

Edit to respond to owner: Yeah ok great, go buy some chairs. The outdoor seating has better benches than the one indoors. “Ludicrous” is apt. Og review: Expensive (but tasty and well made) burgers and terrible, inaccessible seating. The only 6-person table they have has uncomfortable narrow benches. 2 members of our party cannot sit at a bench due to physical restrictions. We weren’t informed of this when booking. No alternative was offered when we asked. The other tables have a ridiculous mishmash of armchairs and dining chairs. Ludicrous, and malicious against people with accessibility needs. Avoid.

Best burgers in Leicester. Very tasty and different options available. All burgers include french fries, however you can upgrade them for a small amount. Their standard cook for meat is medium. Medium price, 15-20 pounds per person. Has 2 floors and a terrace outside. Ideal for friends or couples. Only downside is that they only open 3 days a week currently.

Yum! This is one of my favourite eateries in Leicester. For dinner, they focus on burgers and loaded fries, so don't come here if you don't like burgers. But if you do like burgers, then these are among the best burgers in Leicester. They also do a great range of vegetarian burgers which I love. The selection of alcoholic drinks is decent, and they're selection of non-alcoholic drinks is much better than average. The staff are great too, though the place can get very busy at peak times. Seats outside in the lovely St Martin's square are available when weather permits

Without a doubt the best burgers in Leicester. Very quick service for a Saturday night and very reasonable prices too. I paid extra to upgrade my fries and it was definitely worth it. Thoroughly enjoyed our food, it was delicious!

Managed to get a table for us at the last minute, emailed (the website showed as full) and got a table. The welcome was great, one of our party has food allergies, and they took time to understand and assured us they didn’t have any (of the allergens) in the kitchen. Service was really friendly, and the burgers were great! Wonderfully flavoured, and came out the kitchen quickly and hot! (And pink as I like it, but other ordered well done and they were). We ordered two children’s burgers a a these were also great, not small with plenty of fries! Overall a great experience!

Yet again absolutely fantastic! The best burgers in Leicester without question, flavoursome juicy and fresh. The loaded fries are still phenomenal and the wings are just incredible. The vibe is so warm and relaxed, the staff are super friendly and so attentive.Plenty of seating both upstairs and downstairs, lovely to see the kitchen and the chefs so focused and cooking up an absolute storm. If you haven't been yet then you absolutely must! It's just fantastic.

The service was great, The server made a fuss of my little boy whilst going above and beyond to ensure we had a great visit. The food was fresh, quick, and tasted great. Portion sizes were big and I'm a fussy eater and had no issues removing or swapping ingredients Highly recommended

Great burger and chips. Unfortunately it took 22 mins to remove my dirty plates after I'd finished my food, and even then it was because I'd asked for the bill. No check in regarding "how was your food". As a solo diner on business we generally want to be in and out as quickly as possible. Update - fantastic response to my feedback. Thank you.

Best burgers in Britain. Well, definitely Leicester anyway. Price's have been creeping up but it's still a go-to for burgers. Staff are always really accomodating. Gets the 5* for the fruit salad bowl on the way out.

Nice selection of burgers and sides. Burger wasn't the best I've had but definitely tasty and well-presented. Very good amount of fries per serving.

Great food, my mum has said the burger she had was one of the best she’s had in a long while. I loved the food, great atmosphere and such lovely service. The workers there are lovely people. Would go again.

What can I say. Definitely the best burger I have ever had. Delicious! Friendly helpful staff. I would highly recommend this place. The breakfasts are also very good .
