The food in this place is just wow. I was visiting a friend in the city so he took me to Grizzlers recommend we have the juicy Lucy with sweet potato fries. I have to say it’s up there with one of the best burgers I’ve had the flavour was on point, the melting cheese was just perfectly running over on to the bun. The staff are polite & accommodating. I will definitely returning next time I’m in the city..

When my mates, who are out of town, know about this place, then it’s time for me to know about this place. Been healthy all day, so I thought it’s time to try their food. Got it delivered as it was raining all day, and I couldn't be bothered to go out. The food looked like it’s been in a tumble dryer, but the delivery guy did come on a bike. Nothing a fork couldn't help rearrange, though. The corn on the cob, known as the elote Mexicano, was tasty—full of flavor. Definitely a must if you're coming here. Next, I made my way through the rearranged Philly cheesesteak. Had my eye on this for a while, and it was banging. Wow, what have I been missing? It wasn’t that big, but definitely quality over quantity. They do say all good things come in small packages. Very flavorsome. Also happy to say the bun wasn’t soaked with juices. I could have had a few of these. On to my nachos—quite standard, really. Nothing special, but it’s a dish that’s done by lots, and not many places get it wrong. Could have done with a bit more salsa and cheese. Then the pizza to finish. Went for the mighty feast. Only could just about eat half, but every bite was delicious. Just the right amount of toppings on. Overall, a great experience and will be coming here again. Next time, I’d like to eat in, and I’ve got my eye on grizzpy kreme. Never had a doughnut for a bun before?!? Keep up the great work.

A great little spot in the centre of town that has been around for a while, and for good reason. I have only eaten here a handful of times but I have enjoyed it each time. When you ask for ‘extra hot’ it is actually pretty spicy and not your generic ‘extra hot’ that you will find in most places.

It is a small place with about 7 tables and a large menu. The staff were lovely and provided great recommendations. We got the number 2 platter with different levels of spicy. I personally did not find it spicy but the chicken was juicy and the chips were perfection. We also got a juicy Lucy burger which I think was the highlight. A burger patty stuffed with cheese!. The only thing I did not like much were the grilled wings, perhaps it would be better fried. It is also worth mentioning that they are cash only and halal. Unfortunately we were too hungry for me to take proper pictures

Travelled all the way from London on route to Manchester however the customer service wasn't that great. Had to ask twice for the table to be cleaned as it was dirty however they just looked at me in a funny way. They then eventually came and cleaned it. Doesn't take much to put on a smile and pay attention to customers request. However the juicy Lucy and classic burger were really good. The wings wasn't that great and a overpriced as it was smothered with too much sauce and it was a bit hard and you can tell its not fresh. The sauce kind of hides the fact that it's old chicken that's been grilled with loads of sauce to make it look fresh. Wouldn't go out my way to come hear especially with the not soo good experience.

The best juiciest HALAAL burger I have ever had. No smell and the right magnitude of spice level with that moist brioche bun. Every bite I had was better than the previous. Lots of mozzarella inside the patty just done right. Cooked to perfection. They did it perfectly. Highly recommend the juicy Lucy burger. The fries were good. My order was delivery so can’t comment on the service and staff. But the food was worth every pence ! Enjoyable beyond limits.

Visited from walsall. Service was good although it took a little long to make the food but we'll worth it because it was cooked properly. I had a juicy Lucy beef burger which was yummy served with fries. The meat was very good quality. The price was good too and affordable.

Really bad customer service, very rude staff took an hour for us to get our food while customers who came after us, got their food before us, we kept asking on how long it’d take only to be told “coming now” we also ordered some wings which was doused in some herbs but clearly decided to pour the entire tub on it and served it anyway rather than sorting it out. Burgers were decent, but not worth the wait and bad customer service. Won’t be going back again.

Burger was delicious, soft and saucy not dry, the chips were perfectly salted. And the chocolate shake tasted great for just being plain chocolate. Great munch, perfect if you just want some great burger n fries! Oh and make sure you get the peri wings.. unbelievably yummy!

Small, friendly and clean place to eat. Staff are nice, and ask relevant questions when your asking for a recommendation. I had a very good burger, it was a good size, juicy, tasty and not dry and bland. Chips were good too. Great selection of food to eat and not the priciest considering they're in town.

Standards have dropped massively from what it used to be. Burger wasnt too bad, wings were literally about the size and width of my index finger with hardly any meat on it, chicken on the loaded/dirty fries was bland and not as tasteful as it used to be. Still cash only which is ridiculous for such a busy and established eatery.

Best burger in Leicester. Would have been the best chicken wings but they drowned their wings in sauce. Tell them to give the sauce on the side.

Excellent tasting Hod Rod burger & Sweet Potato fries. The food is genuinely tasty, if it wasn't for the greasy table and chairs, I'd give it 5 stars.

Chips were super soggy. Hot dogs use really low quality lamb sausage. Wasn't bad, but couldn't really be eaten like a hot dog. Chicken was nice. As were the onion rings.

Underrated and underappreciated grilled chicken spot in Leicester. The Juicy Lucy is a must-eat along with the peri wings.

I highly recommend this restaurant. The menu is diverse and offers something for everyone. My personal favorite is the Platter Number 2, which is expertly prepared and delicious. The Naga wings are a must-try - they are incredibly flavourful and actually packed with heat unlike other places that claim to do naga. Don't miss out on this dining experience

The fact that this place is rated well is crazy. The burger tasted horrendous. I don’t know how you go wrong with messy fries. And the nachos were the only good thing to come out of this whole experience. Leicester lacks tastebuds unfortunately. That’s a running theme at this point.

The food was good but it was expensive, if you want to dine in it's really cramped and smokey as the open grill is next to the seating. Not so clean the tables were very dirty. Service was slow as there was only us and the last order we got for a member of our family when we were half done. No parking closer to the restaurant and cash only as well that doesn't really help.

Ordered on uber eats, food took almost 2 hours to arrive, when the food did arrive I was missing a milkshake, the sauce was the wrong one, the hotdog and the chips had been sat under a hot light or something because they were dripping wet and soggy bread. The poppers were like gone off yogurt as a whole the meal was disgusting and wouldn’t eat here again.

Ordered a juicy Lucy burger, specifically asked for it to be well done as you can see they sent me a burger which was not even cooked. It was raw. After to calling and speaking to them they didn't seem bothered and didn't even care! Disgusting. Place has gone downhill wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Hands down one of the best gourmet burger places in Leicester. The best beef burgers! The chips probably needs an upgrade and so does the seating. But great food

Really Really disappointed! Placed an order on champions league night final night which I appreciate it going to be a very busy time. Our order was £70 and we were really looking forward to it. Unfortunately it was obvious that it was rushed! Their roast chicken use to be one of the best around. This time is was completely dry and burnt with no sauce in there. I'm afraid that will be my last time I will be ordering from Grizzler. The phones are switched off so can't even speak to anyone about it. I guess the standards drop when you become too busy, but we pay the same.
