I
took
my
sister
for
her
enrolment
day
yesterday
and
when
can
I
ever
pass
up
the
opportunity
to
go
for
food
in
town?
I
couldn’t
convince
her
to
stay
long
enough
for
lunch
so
breakfast
it
was.
She’s
a
fussy
eater
so
I
knew
@eat.kai
would
be
perfect
for
her!
What
we
ordered:
Smashed
avocado
with
runny
poached
eggs
on
sourdough
toast
-
I
never
used
to
be
a
fan
of
avocado
but
the
combination
of
it
with
eggs
and
toast
is
unbeatable😍.
The
avocado
mix
was
so
creamy
and
flavoursome.
The
bread
was
a
perfect
crispy
and
crunchy
texture
and
didn’t
get
soggy
from
the
avocado
(which
always
happens).
The
only
downside
to
the
meal
is
that
the
runny
eggs
were
not
runny
at
all☹️.
They
were
literally
hard
boiled
which
was
not
what
I
was
expecting
after
seeing
the
name
of
the
dish.
Hopefully
everyone
else’s
eggs
were
runny
but
luckily
it
didn’t
ruin
the
experience
for
me.
American
pancakes
with
strawberries
and
hazelnut
chocolate
sauce
-
my
sister
absolutely
loves
Nutella
so
a
stack
of
pancakes
drenched
in
hazelnut
chocolate
sauce
and
mounted
with
strawberries
was
the
perfect
breakfast
meal
for
her.
She
said
it
was
incredible
and
I
thought
it
smelled
divine.
Breakfast
potatoes
-
for
some
reason
we
thought
they
were
going
to
be
mini
hash
browns,
even
though
it
does
state
that
they
are
new
potatoes😂.
They
didn’t
have
the
most
flavour
but
they
were
cooked
really
well
and
weren’t
crunchy
which
was
a
plus.
I
was
a
bit
disappointed
with
my
meal
but
my
sister
really
enjoyed
hers.
The
service
was
good
and
I
liked
how
they
asked
you
to
pay
once
you’d
ordered.
We
were
able
to
leave
as
soon
as
we’d
finished
and
didn’t
have
to
wait
for
the
bill
(which
is
a
pet
peeve
of
mine).
I’ve
visited
Kai
before
and
didn’t
really
like
what
I
chose
so
I
hoped
that
going
back
and
making
a
better
food
choice
would
do
the
trick
but
even
when
ordering
something
I
liked,
the
food
wasn’t
quite
up
to
scratch.
My
sister
thoroughly
enjoyed
her
meal
and
I’m
sure
we
would
definitely
return
but
I
am
yet
to
find
something
I
really
enjoy.
