I am a regular here and I can say that they consistently provide high quality teas that are tasty and satisfy my tapioca pearl cravings. The only issue I do have is that when I go as they open or just before they close, the tapioca pearls are hard, taste old and not as fresh. Staff don't really speak much with you and so there is virtually no customer service but they get the job done. Would be nice to see a bit of diversity among the workers.

My girlfriend loves this place and has the brown sugar fresh milk. She says it reminds her of Hong Kong and its the best place for bubble tea in Leicester.

Great place,the pedicure with gel nails cost £35 and took about an hour. The chair was a massage chair too!! I love my summer nails!

Decent for being a last resort when other places are shut as they stay open for quite some time Brown sugar milk tea and Taro milk tea is very nice [ best taro is from here ! ] I recently had the Matcha Milk Latte which was VERY dilute with less ice. After the milk and matcha layers had combined, without me drinking any the whole drink was a VERY pale green and tasted like pure milk with no matcha. I dont recommend the matcha from here at all - was very disappointed and it doesnt level up to the very competitive boba market in leicester The other flavours are decent tho and the actual tapioca pearls are really nice and juicy :)

I had the passion fruit green tea with ice. This is a lovely drink, perfect for the warm weather. There is plenty to choose from, hot and cold. They even have an app where you can order your drink, pay for it and collect it from the store. You can choose either to have your drink hot or cold, control how much sugar is added , how much ice and any toppings( like the bubbles in bubble tea). Well worth a try and the staff are very helpful and very quick service.

The staff are so friendly and they have a wide variety of bubble tea. The drinks are a reasonable price. The place is really clean and had a friendly atmosphere too.

Good bubble tea but the worst service , I was choosing my order and the server was there with a low attitude and kept saying “choose sugar and ice” when I was still deciding . He then told me to pay but the card reader wasn’t in reach of me and he didn’t even pick it up to make it more accessible.

Staff were very helpful and friendly! Gave us recommendations! Lychee cooler was delicious! would definitely recommend! will be returning 😊

Horrible customer service. Had to wait 20/30 minutes for a simple drink, while others who ordered later got their drinks earlier. Turns out the staff had forgotten, not even apologetic. Will not be returning. Lay Tea next door is far better.

Horrible customer service skills. I ordered two large black sugar milk teas and instead received match milk tea. When asked if I could swap them out as it was an error from their half they stated it was on the receipt and I hadn’t checked the screen when paying. Ended up throwing both drinks away , very disappointed. Will not be going back again
