Check
in
was
very
slow
for
premier
inn.
You
have
an
electronic
keypad
to
put
in
car
reg,
but
can't
show
arrival.
No
hairdryer
in
room.
Hubby
went
to
ask
reception
for
one.
Noone
at
reception
so
had
to
ring
the
bell.
Receptionist
insisted
that
it
is
attached
to
the
wall,
but
after
my
hubby
insisted
there
wasn't
one,receptionist
said
he
would
come
up
and
check
in
5
...crazy..
We
had
checked
in
every
draw,
nook
and
cranny.
It
has
happened
in
other
hotels
we
have
stayed
at
but
reception
always
helpful
and
given
us
one.
We
had
been
travelling
all
day
and
I
just
wanted
a
shower.
After
20
mins,
receptionist
a
no
show,
and
as
we
were
the
furthest
from
reception
that
is
physically
possible,
I
rang
the
number
for
reception.
I
rang
6
times
before
it
was
answered.
I
also
emailed
reception
as
suggested
on
a
card
in
room.
Finally,
he
answered
the
phone.
I
told
him
who
I
was
and
he
said
that
they
didn't
have
any
spares.
When
I
told
him
that
was
not
good
enough
he
said
that
he
would
have
to
go
and
get
one
from
another
room.
Tbf,
he
delivered
one
to
my
room
within
10
mins.
As
usual
bed
comfy,
room
adequate,
but
only
enough
condiments
for
1
cuppa.
And
no
caffeine
free.
I
have
travelled
all
over
Europe
where
caffeine
free
is
standard.
Come
on
Premier
Inn,
catch
up!
The
bathroom
was
spotless
so
excellent
cleaning
team,
even
the
toilet
roll
was
folded
into
a
point.....havent
seen
that
in
many
years!!
Despite
having
leaving
do
not
disturb
message
on
our
door,
cleaning
lady
knocked
and
came
in
at
9...must
be
keen!!
Excited
to
see
2
plug
sockets
instead
of
the
standard
one,
albeit
on
the
desk
and
none
by
the
bedside
tables.
Who
designs
these
rooms??
Premier
Inn
is
no
longer
'premier'
in
my
view,
need
to
catch
up
with
our
tech
savvy
world.
Internet
should
come
as
standard,
more
beverage
choices
(fruit
teas
are
becoming
more
popular),
and
the
carpets
in
all
areas
are
looking
grim.
Receptionist
needs
additional
training,
no
greeting,
no
extra
info
re:breakfast,
didn't
check
if
I
had
registered
my
car
etc.
I
don't
want
to
see
everything
automated,
but
if
I
see
a
human
I
do
expect
at
least
politeness
and
helpfulness.
