A stander Premier Inn on the outskirts of Leicester. Very poor service. Reception was unmanned on several occasions throughout my stay, with no one answering the bell when rung for attention. The room was spacious in size and good on the surface, but there were several underlying problems. The bathroom extraction fan was making a terrible noise with no way to stop it. Furthermore, the shower had a very bad leak where it was shooting water continuously onto the ceiling, causing the floor to flood from the spillage. The bed was poorly done and as I went to sleep, the sheets were clearly dirty. Parking wasn't great either. There were ample bays, but a few other guests had parked very inconveniently taking up multiple spaces. Not the greatest of experiences, but it's what I've come to expect of Premier Inn after several stays.

The price and Leicester location were perfect. The check-in process are very easy. Friendly folks at the front desk... The room was not on a high floor, which I loved. Well-appointed room. Bed was very comfortable. I really liked the small chaise was very nice to have. I would recommend having electrical outlets close to the bed. I had to borrow an extension cord from the front desk... The breakfast nook in the morning was fantastic. Both Ryan and Jenny did a fantastic job of making us comfortable, and providing us with a great meal. The mushrooms were the best I've every had!

Another nice Premier Inn, easy parking and room / hotel spotless. Only moan was my was above their restaurant and the extraction fans oven were humming away, no bit issues but started around 6am. They got into the Halloween mood with nice cobwebs around lamp, but nothing to put me off. Would definitely stay here again.

Food as always is top notch. Service great. As this place is open to the public (people without a room) , even if it is in rare cases. This place should still have a toilet, im almost certain its a health and saftey issue too. No place to wash your hands or use any wc facilities. Big let down and illegal? 10 seats or more and open to the public, means a toilet needs to be accessible. Hence the low score. Couldnt fault the staff. Premire inn, do better. Next time ill leave my jobby in the carpark 😜

Amazing stay last night. Staff are fantastic, some little personal touches left in the room that the kids absolutely loved! This is by far one of the best Premier inn experiences we have had. The lady on front of house yesterday when we checked in was absolutely amazing thank you so much!

Great premier Inn. A lovely written postcard and sweets were left in our room for us which was so nice. Staff were lovely, really nice breakfast, and also a stone's throw away from a local pub. Will definitely stay again.

staff are very friendly, and rooms are very clean. bit strange that I saw the same staff member on reception at 9:30pm as well as at 7am when I came down for breakfast, overall pleasant stay

I have been staying here for a couple of weeks and the staff are so friendly. Often at the weekends they put treats and small gifts out on reception for arriving guests. Breakfast is second to none and the cleanliness is top notch:)

We visited your restaurant for breakfast on 1st April. I must say all your restaurant staff and the gentlemen on reception went above and beyond any premier inn we have been to. Exceptional service by all. Plus of course the food was its normal high standard. Thank you

For a premier inn it wasn't too bad. Nice room and comfy bed. Next to a green king. Service was ok. Friendly staff. My gripe was the fact that I provisionally booked and paid at check-in. But as the price was over £100 I couldn't use the tap function. Asked if they could take the money from the card I provisionally booked with but was told they couldn't do that...Why? When the details are there why can't you take payment?? Seems strange and crazy. The problem was, I could not remember the pin, hence why I wanted them to take payment via the online booking. Thankfully, I have my personal card with me so I paid via that. The part that annoyed me was that I was told that if I couldn't pay for the room I would be charged and they would take payment from the card details I used to book. Taking many deep breaths I just shook my head and walked away. Will I be back? No. I'll find somewhere else.

We stayed one night at this hotel. The only issue was a noisy guest near by. This disturbed our sleep, and after a long drive this was not great. I went down to reception to ask them to try to resolve it for me. Sarah, the night manager sorted it out and I was very grateful for her assistance and resolving the problem. Sarah refunded our breakfast costs, which was really nice. Premier Inns are very good and we will stay again.

We're in room 116, Rooms are clean and tidy. The beds are comfortable. Only downside is that we could hear 216 above us, Several time we thought the ceiling was going to come through, but you can't help that when children running and jumping. The staff are all so happy and actually smile at you and say hello! There is the Bar and Grill just minutes walk which do lovely food. I think this may be our go-to hotel when we come to watch the LCFC games. Could maybe do with a bar in the hotel with a games area eg pool table. We just need to find out if there is a bus route so we don't have to keep using Uber.

Well located near motorway! Our family room was clean and spacious. We had a problem with the heating which was quickly resolved by a lovely member of staff who was new to the hotel. There is no lounge area and breakfast area is closed so you can't even sit there. Unfortunately, upon check out the lady at the desk didn't even ask me if we enjoyed our stay (standard practice) or even look at me she just took the key.

Great place but at this location not disable friendly as lift don’t work and only a couple disable park bays and occupied by non blue badge holders. Tea/ coffee mugs in the room with chipped rims like the management don’t really care, needs improvement and made disable friendly. The receptionist did not want to help me to get a room on the ground floor. Plus coffee mugs were chipped on the rim of the mug really disgusting photo below .

We often stay in Premier inn's, we like the simplicity and comfort for the reasonable cost. But when we stayed at this hotel for a trip to Leicester we got some lovely surprises. When we arrived, there were some amazing towel displays on our beds, a hand written note welcoming us to the hotel and treats for our 2 children. They really went the extra mile and it made the whole trip extra special. Thank you premier inn Leicester 🙌

Friendly staff, clean and comfy family room and good breakfast. The hotel was quiet and next to a lovely pub where we had an evening meal on arrival. A perfect stop off in-between Legoland and Leeds. Will definitely stay here again and would recommend for any other families doing a similar trip from Yorkshire down south as a perfect midway stop off.

Booking was done over the phone - the receptionist was nice and explained to me everything. I was also offered a breakfast which was great especially for my little one. Nice and clean room. Good breakfast in the morning. We will come back again!

The hotel is well located. Stayed one night and comfortable bed. If in this area again then will definitely stay there. They are installing RAW power EV chargers so will be top on my list.

Unfortunately this premier inn was not as standard as i always get. The only satisfaction was Customer Services. It was excellent. Thanks to the Receptionist who changed my room straightway after reporting issue with the room. The sofa come SideBed was smelling very bad like smell of urine i guess . I have posted a picture of the strain of something on the sofa bed but i was Given different room straightway. House keeping should have checked it. The staircase was bit noisy while stepping on it. And in the morning you would be hearing people walking upstair .ceiling is not that good i guess. Overall it was just an okay Premier inn. Free parking on site. 👍 But Thanks for the excellent customer service.

Decent hotel as you’d expect from Premier Inn, a minor inconvenience was that we had no plug sockets by the bed, just USB ports, making charging slower unless we charged devices across the room (and impossible where the charging cable had a USB-C connector on the plug end). There are a few 7kW EV charging points that will hopefully soon be switched on that belong to the pub across from the Premier Inn, so EV charging should hopefully be possible here in future, they’re just not wired up as yet. Would be of great benefit to be able to charge here overnight. Friendly and helpful staff, and we had no problems!

Wonderful stay niceley decorated and modern. Family room was very spacious, with separate beds for children, plenty of pillows. Decent size tv in room Free WiFi available but you can also pay for faster connection. Bathroom very clean great shower also right number of towels placed. Staff were quick to attend to your need in reception. They have dining area for breakfast and lunch. Enjoyed the breakfast I asked for veggie sausages and the chef placed some in the oven very kind of him. Hotel is situated in nice place also in a quite area. Plenty of parking space. Will recommend anyone to stay here. I myself will definitely will come back when visiting Leicester again.

Comfy beds and room clean. Family room a bit on the small size, for young children it is fine. Service at reception and breakfast good. Location not that central, but only a few minutes from M1, but not very central. Breakfast was fine. If you are unfortunately visiting the Crematorium, it is just a short walk away.

We had a very comfortable stay. We use premier inns often when we visit family in the UK. The staff at this one were very welcoming. The breakfast staff did a fantastic job considering they are clearly understaffed. Thank you

Rooms at any Premier Inn are adequate, this one being no exceptiona. However we paid £9.95 each for dreadful breakfasts. The bacon and sausages were cheap, tasteless and only just cooked. The only choice of eggs were anaemic looking scrambled eggs. There was very little choice of baked goods and the coffee was awful.

Decent hotel though didn't do room service when requested, shower wasn't working, couldn't alter the temperature so sweating at night, no one to check us out etc

This Premier Inn is more or less what you'd expect out of any Premier Inn. It's off a main road, so it's good for access. It is somewhat tucked away from the actually road which means you don't get a lot of noise from passing traffic. The rooms are standard Premier Inn rooms with added air conditioning. The air con is pretty good though had a habit of randomly turning on at 28° which is the main reason I've dropped a star. This was random throughout the day and night and there was no explanation as to why it happened.
