Stayed
here
once
before
on
business,
and
it
was
fleeting
and
very
good.
On
the
second
visit,
my
room
card
did
not
work
upon
check-in.
This
was
not
a
problem
as
my
colleague
was
across
the
corridor,
so
I
put
my
bags
in
their
room
whilst
I
went
back
to
reception
to
have
my
key
recut.
The
room
was
a
great
layout,
especially
for
me
on
business,
great
desk
layout,
and
really
geared
up
for
the
corporate.
However,
the
bath
plug
got
stuck
when
i
had
a
bath,
and
it
would
not
drain.
I
reported
to
reception,
and
they
sent
someone
up
to
look
at.
Then
you
start
looking....it
wasn't
that
clean
upon
closer
inspection.
Around
the
tiles,
shower
fixings
and
under
the
toilet
roll
holder
-see
images,
scuffs,
and
marks
across
the
walls
and
fat
deposits
(
pink
around
tiles,
silicone
and
fixings)
For
a
Hilton,
the
restaurant
menu
looked
really
disappointing.
However,
the
food
was
fantastic,
tasty,
and
spicy
😋
the
service
was
amazing,
and
we
were
really
surprised
as
both
filling
and
fantastic,
and
the
service
was
amazing
For
us,
a
great
location,
all
issues
sorted
and
amazing.
Could
just
do
with
modernising,
tbh
in
the
room's.
