I have no idea how this is place is considered 4star ! Its below 1 star … Its small , odd smelling , no lifts , no staff at all there is one man technically managing the place and yet he was never around , and there is no such thing as daily room cleaning or daily fresh towels nor is the rooms comfortable. Such a horrible experience and place and yet so pricey 80 £ a night .. definitely would not recommend it to anyone

If I could give it zero stars I would I had booked a room here, and we were making our way from down South up to Leicester. We’d given them multiple calls to let them know it would take us a while to arrive (as that was the length of the Journey we were making!) but had no answer. On arrival, they’d then said they’d given our room away, and when we explained that we attempted to contact them, they proceeded to speak rudely to me and say “so?”. All of this is in light of a room being reserved and paid for. We’ve never had such rude treatment after a long day of travel by a place before. They’d taken our payment, didn’t give us the room, and proceeded to be incredibly disrespectful despite all the inconvenience this had caused us. This is very disappointing. Will never be booking again with them. Immediately after this experience was helped out by competing hotels/accommodations in Leicester that we contacted (thanks to this encounter at 3 AM in the morning!!) As a frequent traveller with frequent traveller friends I would discourage from booking such an unreliable and unfriendly place.

Staff is rude, not worth to pay for a hotel and be shouted and blamed by their staff as if I owned him money. Prior to booking they were very nice, ensured me there's parking but upon arrival we were been told no space available and the staff pointed a print out for me to read which was saying to find parking myself, he didn't even want to talk to me! Plus, expect traffic jam though location seems great on map, it took us an hour from highway exit to hotel, only 5 miles! Rooms is basic and not very clean, you can hear your neighbours very clearly.

Unfortunately due to bad weather and flooding I had to cancel my reservation at this hotel, but even though I didn't even manage to get there, the staff could not have been more helpful, pleasant understanding.

Stayed here for a night from 20th November to the 21st. Guy at reception was super friendly, room itself was really nice and clean. Best part was the shower it's a dual head and it absolutely blasts you with water. Loses a star because I was really hot while trying to sleep and besides opening the window there's no fan or AC also the only plug in my room was at my desk and I really would've preferred one by the bed.

Unfortunately, there is no option for zero stars. This was an incredibly basic room to say the least... there was no soap in the dispenser, the walls were peeling in the bathroom and there were only two cups, one saucer and one spoon provided - not like in the photos showing coffee and tea. The fan in the bathroom stopped and started every 5 seconds. Very disappointing - I did not stay and found another hotel in close proximity. Have been offered a deposit by the manager, but nothing received as of yet. I would NOT stay here.

Good price, clean and comfortable mattress. Convenient that it is located right next to a small coop. The shared kitchen is welcoming and the tables to eat breakfast are nice and comfortable. I like staying here. There are very regular buses into Leicester city or Oadby. Staff members are around and available in the day and I found them to be approachable.

The rooms are very clean. The bathroom was very clean. Very strong bathroom shower. Mr. Costa is very kind. Friendly. I was staying with my cousin Mr. Costa loves Indian movies. I was surprised. Mr. Costa's social behavior was great. Mr. Costa was cooking. and inviting me to dinner. welcome me Show me some of the best places to see in Leicester. I was invited to a wedding in Leicester. I was not very happy with the wedding party. Being a Muslim wedding. It was a very ordinary celebration. But I met Mr. Costa, he made me very happy. The food they prepared was very delicious. I will visit Mr. Costa again.

Helpful staff and nice rooms the only issue I have had has been parking as there is very limited on-site parking. There are good public transport links with a stop literally outside but had to park the car a street away

Nice size room good facilities and use of a communal kitchen also microwave in the room. Only negative so far is could do with secondary glazing as the old windows let in a lot of noise from the busy road...

Overall it was pretty ideal for what we needed - good price and location. Room was comfortable enough and the communal kitchen area was well equipped. Gave 3 star because some elements of the room just weren't clean - a lot of black mould in the shower, splatters all over the walls, and floor was sticky. Bed was comfy though and spare pillows available.

Stayed here recently for a wedding. The staff were very friendly and even got the bride some flowers and a bottle of prosecco! Basic breakfast items are provided in the communal kitchen like cereal, bread, fruit, tea, coffee etc. Beds are very soft and comfy and the shower was good. It's fairly basic, but it doesn't pretend to be anything else. I'd definitely stay again.

For a very reasonably priced room for the night I was extremely impressed. From the time I checked in I was very impressed with the service and welcome. The room ,basic but immaculate with a bed that was extremely comfortable with a bathroom and very strong good hot shower! The catering is basic with cereals and bread or toast supplied in a communal self catering kitchen and dining area! There are fridges for the use of guests. The residence is situated next door to the Co-op supermarket so food is readily available! With the communal kitchen you can also use your own microwave that is also part of your room together with tea and coffee. I would definitely be returning and would recommend this hotel 110% .

Staff had no clue what he was doing. tried asking for directions but he couldn’t understand. Cleaning in the room wasn’t the best! Cobwebbs and dirt on the floor.no bin liners in bins. Not worth the money

So far pleased with this hotel, room clean and comfortable. Staff pleasant and helpful plus breakfast included without time limits which is a nice bonus 😀

Room cleanliness need a bit more attention, cob webs in the ceilings and floor not clean, breakfast area could have been a bit cleaner and stocked better, overall felt staff not doing enough basics to get it right as this could be a really good place for a stop over

The room was extremely clean and comfortable. We were welcomed by Mr Costa. He was amazing and welcomed us with a smile. I was with my elderly parents and he made sure he gave us a room that they were comfortable in. Highly recommend this place and would defo stay here again. I’ve already booked it again! Thank you Mr Costa you were amazing!

Rude customer service throughout. Basic breakfast, toast or cereal. Mattress need replacing extremely soft. Heating control in room is terrible. Was very hot. Fire alarm going off repeatedly this morning. Overall not the best experience would not recommend

Friendly reception, nice and clean hotel. Unfortunately no parking (however that was stated in the hotel's listing so it wasn't a surprised), it was easy to park in side roads nearby for free without any restrictions, less than 2 minutes walk away from the hotel. Convenience store in the same building as the hotel made getting essential easy.

The 3 stars were for the room itself and definitely adequate facilities. No remote for the TV, however it did work, and the bed and pillows were lovely and comfortable. The room was clean, bathroom modern and all communal facilities clean and well stocked. Loved the coffee machine! The reasons I didn't score higher were factors such as no soundproofing between rooms, the people above us and next door could be heard as clearly as if they were in our room, plus the single glazed window meant the traffic noise kept you awake (it's a VERY busy road outside). Plus be prepared to make your own breakfast!
