Incredible little place! Amazing environment, the best food, delicious deserts. If you haven't been here yet, make sure you head down. Owners are lovely and so helpful. You'll find your self standing there deciding between a massive cookie and a cup cake. So many delicious tempting options! Thanks guys!!

Fantastic little find! Great coffee and excellent food. Ordered the roasted vegetable focaccia and it was divine! Coffees were great, and the chocolate brownie was the best I’ve had 👍🏼

We came for university visit and found this hidden gem near by campus. it’s a lovely place. Great food, delicious coffee but most importantly very friendly staff. You should definitely pop in to this cosy place.

Welcoming, and helpful staff, Great Coffee, Almond Croissant delightfully warm, scrummy cookies, looking forward to popping in again soon. Conveniently close to university for anyone on a visit from overseas or Somerset! Highly recommended.

This place is amazing! The vibes are awesome, the food is great! Cookies have great texture, a bit sweet for my taste but have a homemade taste that I loved. The savory meals are also very special and tasty. We were there right before closing time, there were some 'leftover' cookies so they gave us one for free. Definitely recommend!

Best coffee in Loughborough, no question! We enjoy good, barista-made coffee and drink enough (too much maybe?!!) of the stuff to be able to compare notes with tons of other coffee shops... Not only does Bom Bom have the best coffee, the staff are warm, chilled and welcoming, and there is always a great vibe. The cookies and cakes are also delicious (dangerously-so). Our only complaint is that it is not close enough to our house! :-)

I love Bom Bom. My go to place to meet people or even go on my own with my little one. Love the cookies and the sandwiches, chai latte and milkshakes! Always look forward to the new sandwiches and trying them and the different cookie flavours although I love the original. Also lots of vegan and GF treats too.

The best cafe in the whole of Loughborough! The coffee is incredible and I buy the beans to use in the coffee machine at home. The cookies are also superb! The staff are super friendly, especially Darcy and Ellen!

BomBom is my favourite place in Loughborough! I live round the corner from Derwent Drive and it's the perfect place to meet friends, meet for business, take the kids, study, read a book... The staff are awesome and fun, the food is amazing, the coffee is great, and it's a great community 💜💜

Love it. Cookies are the *Bom*, would recommend the vegan mudpie for a delectable experience. Shoutout to Ellen, Darcy, Sam and Sophie for the BEST customer service I have ever received, and for adding protein to my shakes to keep me jacked. Don't waste your time at the other branches, this one's the best.

Cosy yet industrial vibe coffee shop serving THE BEST COOKIES I’ve had outside of London. They are incredible. Try the classic cookie which is served warm and filled with loads and loads of chocolate chips. Staff are really friendly too. 100% a must visit location.

The cafe is great and cookies… aah we do die for. This cafe been our go to place for last couple of years and our dog as well loved there. But now we can not take dog inside the cafe which is sad as we will miss enjoying the ambiance and cookies … hope this cafe becomes dog friendly again :)

Coffee was good and the cake was great, but I had to wait 45mins for it due mostly to queuing. The long wait has put me off a bit

Lovely service, lovely cookie. Tried the pumpkin spice one and was so so good well worth it! The coffee was a little bitter, possibly over extracted but maybe just a roast I’m not used to! Will still return again :)

I love Bom Bom. I’ve gifted their cookie club boxes to friends and clients and everyone always asks for more. The coffee is excellent too. The cafe has a very cozy atmosphere also and the staff are very polite and have great recommendations. I’m definitely going to visit regularly especially with how close it is to Loughborough University’s campus.

Absolutely delicious classic dark chocolate vegan cake sized cookie!!!! Only difficulty was collection point not made clear upon ordering. Thus went to the address Google provided and drove across town when timing was of the up most importance.

Cookie was immense but my cappuccino was too hot (and arguably too big) friendly staff and chilled atmosphere, I'll try the coffee again next time.
