I'm not really one for reviews but just Finns definitely deserve one. They are fantastic. There shop is very clean and spacious so you can browse without being squished. They have a fantastic range of tropical, cold water & marine fish and there discus stock is AMAZING!!! All high quantity fish, tanks look nice and clean and fish are healthy. Very knowledgeable staff, always greeted with a smile and go above and beyond to help. If you've not yet been I'd definitely recommend visiting.

Very knowledgeable staff, great selection of products and cater to marine, tropical and cold water fish. They also appear to have the best prices on a lot of items such as tank decorations and corals.

Went to the shop as our local shop closed and believed one of the member of staff from our old shop was working there. He was friendly enough as he always had been . Bought some rummy nose and glow light tetra. Tank had been running for a very long time well established, no water issues... bought on the Friday by Sunday two had died and noticed white spot so bought treatment and treated the tank accordingly.called on the Tuesday to advise they needed to check their stock and was met with response can't do anything about it as its after 48 hours ... wasn't actually asking them to do anything about it but the person on the other end of the phone was very dismissive and didn't appear to care. We have now lost all the stock bought from them along with a few well established fish , we know disease can happen but their attitude towards it was extremely disappointing would never have got that from A to Z ..extremely put off from purchasing from here again.

Very good customer service, Mark and Scott are always willing to help and both very knowledgeable. Some lovely fish in stock, everything I've bought from here has always been in excellent health also stock some unusual fish that you won't find in other shops.

Amazing place, the only one in the area I will confidently buy aquatic and reptile supplies from, business is built on caring for fish keepers, if you haven’t been. Go. So many places treat you like income, just Finns gives true quality advice. P.s we have 4 fish tanks and a pond.

I've been in them all and have to say this is the best around.. I don't usually boast about just one place but here totally deserves it. Staff are AMAZING, super friendly and know their stuff. I've a tropical tank and today they installed my new marine tank, again service went above and beyond.. Must point out also the 5 star quality of the fish and the same high level of care given to the fish. The whole place is super clean and well spaced out, which means now our daughter can enjoy looking for new fish. So whether it's pond, tropical or Marine they have it all and more.

I visited fins for some advice on what fish to put into my newly set aquarium after having thousands of snails what I evicted and Adam gave me good advice what fish I could have together where they all get on together with no fighting as some of the fish I had they were biting the fins of the other fish and eating them many thanks for the advice Adam I truly recommend customers to go to fins for all there aquarium set up .

Mark, thank you for your articulate and prompt response. Greatest apologies but I am unable to respond on my initial review so I have had to post a new one. However, my hand has been forced to reduce your previous three star rating to a two. The fact that you could not be bothered to capitalise your own name corresponds to your lazy attitude. You do indeed have plenty of reasons to scowl. The fact that you only respond to the negative comments on your reviews is an accurate reflection of how fragile your ego is. It’s a shame really, you have some wonderful young staff members working for you, all with passion and a keen eye for the hobby. Not to worry, as previously stated you have a decent selection of marine life. The freshwater tropicals are great and I like the addition of the reptile room. If you were to be a little more scrupulous you could have the place gleaming in no time. The freshwater plants section requires some care.

Really attentive staff and a huge selection of products and fish. Prices are decent as well. I'll definitely be a regular customer here.

We've visited a few reptile shops recently and I can honestly say this is the best, everything we needed under one roof. The place was very clean and very welcoming of myself and children, very friendly and knowledgeable staff and bonus that it's only about 5-10 minutes away from us. Purchased our first reptile today and no doubt we will be adding in the future, we will definitely be back.

I can't thank Mark, Isla and Jacob (I'm really sorry if I've got any names wrong) for their help and support with setting up the perfect home for my leopard gecko. A week of back and forth conversation she is now in her new set up and looks to be a very happy camper. I just recently discovered this place and I love it. One of the cleanest display vivarium's I've seen in this type of store. The staff is very friendly and keen to answer any questions you may have.

The best customer service, in fact I consider the owner and staff as friends now. I’ve been meaning to leave this review for sometime now and the more I deal with Just Finns the more positive I feel about them. I don’t tend to leave reviews but these guys truly deserve it. We purchased a RedSea Reefer S-850 G2 aquarium through them, in case you don’t know, this it quite a large setup. Just Finns went above and beyond in making sure that the tank was delivered and installed to our satisfaction and I didn’t expect this and I don’t think other shops would offer / insist on this service. I just expected kerbside delivery. They sent the whole team to help build the cabinet and move the tank on the evening that it was delivered after the shop closed. Great support since setting up the tank and we really feel like a valued customer. Prices are very competitive too and I would rather shop in a store over online where possible. If you are within a reasonable distance of Stoke then please check out this shop for all things fish, coral and reptile. They deserve to do well. Follow them on Facebook.

As a reefer, I don't think I would go back as I found it quite limited in the things I buy but seems like a decent shop and the guys in there were helpful, though didn't have what I was looking for or many nice inspiring corals in

Just popped down today to have a look around ended up coming home with a fluval roma 90 tank and cabinet. Don't know how they are able to do it but I purchased the tank £80 below RRP and it wasn't even on offer. Staff seemed very friendly got asked multiple times by nearly everyone if I needed a hand to carry my stuff.

I really recommend they have alot of beautiful fish and reptiles in store very professional and polite big well done to mark and staff

Its a struggle to find many places that deserve a five star especially in the aquatics industry. This place has it all, all the tanks are clean, fish are exceptionally looked after, the place is immaculate. They stock everything and great prices. The staff are happy to help and very friendly. They are very enthusiastic about the hobby and i shall definitely be returning.

Walk into the shop, they approach you and talk/advise you as if you've never kept fish before. Wanted some Biohome Filter Media, bought 3kg at £9 per kg. Went back week after for 2 more kg, and only the week after it was now sold at £14 per kg, (Really). When I asked why the increase in £5 per kg in only a week, was told......."well I have to make a living" (don't we all pal). It's never ever busy at one time, and can see why with the make up prices. I'll take my money elsewhere, where I know it will be more welcomed. (Just Saying).

Couldn't be happier. I've had my tank fully functioning with no issues for over 5 years, unfortunately a few weeks ago I lost a few of my fish due to a spike in nitrites in my water, I've since rectified those issues and my water was testing perfect over the last week and a bit... So I decided to go to just Finn's yesterday looking for a new fish to add to my tank now the water levels are good, I came away with a beautiful healthy Bass and genuinely couldn't be happier after acclimating my new fish I added him and monitored his well being through out the night. I've just fed my tank and he couldn't be doing better. Absolutely over the moon! Great knowledge and understanding on the hobby and extremely good customer service! Highly recommend for hobbyists new and old! And by far the best selection on fish and accessories in the local area.

These guys are honestly amazing! After a terrible start with a very poorly tortoise brought elsewhere, these lovely people have been invaluable. From substrate, plants and bulbs to make sure his home is as good as it can be to advice on vets and supplements, even Isla sharing her own personal supplies with me to see my through until my order comes in. I honestly cannot recommend them enough!! Between these guys, and my vet, I now have a tortoise that looks like he might just make it!! Isla is worth her weight in gold. Helpful, caring, friendly and actually listens!! Won’t go anywhere else now.
