Was quite busy when we came in but didn't wait too long for the table. Less than app was telling we will have to wait. Food was fresh and good service

Always enjoy the food served here. Pre warning- they now put seeds on the coleslaw which I haven't read on the menu..they are not a great combo!

Food was ok. Chips were seasoned well. Food was overpriced for what you get. Service was quick albeit you need to order via QR code. Waitress attitude was not consumer friendly after their c*ck up with our meal plus the manager wasn't much better either, We won't be coming again!

Really good Nandos, all the staff were really polite and professional. Food arrived quickly. Unlike other Nandos restaurants the tables aren't crammed together. Loads of parking and very easily accessible.

We actually came here just for the desserts this time. Lovely food as always, no hot drinks though?

Unfortunately the time taken from being seated to getting served was atrocious. A full hour albeit a busy Friday night and made worse by others who arrived after being served first! Food was of good standard though and the manager made amends by taking some off the bill.

Food taste and quality is nice, but you will experience long waiting, pace of service is so slow.

Lovely experience for a weekday evening. Staff were attentive and were all busy. The kitchen staff worked exceptionally hard, they didn't stop! Special "thank you" to our waiter 'Abel', who was exceptionally polite, checked in with us, asked all the right things and was generally very friendly and welcoming to myself, my daughter and friend. We left feeling peri peri happy! Thanks to all the team at Arena Park Nando's for a lovely experience.

Food was ok .... nothing special. Was nice and hot though. Atmosphere was spoilt by other customers having a near punch up with some poor staff member. Can't fault the actual service we got and once the problematic customers went (leaving a horrific mess of food on their tables and the floor) the atmosphere was good. Would definitely give it another chance.

I’m rating Nando’s in Coventry Arena quite low for this one. The food ordered took over 25 mins before it was brought to the table, I asked for peri peri chip but I was given opposite. The staffs appeared to not be too sure what’s happening with meal ordered. Fair to say Nando’s not for me anymore.

We went in , 1st ever visit and food and menu looked unappetising. Probably just not our kind of place . We didn't fancy anything so left without eating. Server was good though , did his job. Big soulless place we felt . Maybe it's for kids and people that like Fast food .

It was nice and spacious. Wasn't too crowded, Sunday evening. it didn't take too long for us to be seated. But service was a bit of a hit and miss with a few of the orders. Food also took a bit of a while to be served. But overall, it was good 👍

Great place to have a meal with family and friends. Friendly staff, lovely menu.

Food was not as good as the others Nando’s. Chicken looks and tasted as undercooked, they ran out Spiced rice for 2 days (how is that possible?) This rice is the best of the sides, I was very disappointed when I find out there was none. Staff were great as always.

Comparing with other Nanos’s, this place is relatively new and quiet. It’s very popular and nice to have a lunch here if you work around this place. My colleagues often go to this restaurant. The garlic bread is perfect!

I’ve been at Nando’s in Birmingham and London but never had a meal at Nando’s coventry. Quite disappointed for our first time visit. One of the servers that greeted us, automatically assumed we knew how to go about and didn’t even tell us that we should order through the app/website. After many tries and unsuccessful attempts one of the other servers told us we could just order at the till. The food was prepared quite quickly but again disappointed when it came out. Small portion of chicken wings at high prices. The burger bun was quite old and falling apart. We were not given cutleries and we had to look for it on the cabinets. Despite this, the food was indeed very delicious. I would propose that the servers be more friendly, smile more often and check their guests every now and again. Not everyone is from Coventry, some of us are just visitors!

I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing service from Suad, Anaya, Craig, Abel, Ben and Alex. Especially on a Friday night, I can understand that it may be stressful. However, they carried everything out the best way possible. I will be returning again soon.

We visited on a saturday night which granted we knew it was going to be busy, we waited about 20 minutes for a table which is completely fine, we ordered our food around 7:15pm and it didn’t arrive untill gone 8pm which is slow for usual waiting time at nandos, we wouldn’t have minded waiting if the food was good however both mine and my partner chicken was black, shown by the photo attached, they also had no mayo that we asked for which after such a long wait we thought we may of been offered perinaise, this was overall a disappointing experience considering nandos is usually my favourite place to eat:(

I went here for a food gathering with 3 other friends. Front door wasn't working, had to enter from the side (28/08/23). Staff, were very polite and good attitude to customers. Ordered food, but separately via the QR code. 2 of the orders came out and we must have been waiting a further 20 minutes for mine and another friends order. After a further 10 minutes we asked the staff where the food was. We sat close enough that we could see the kitchen and whether or not there was a shortage of what we ordered, but it didn't seem the case. (Butterfly chicken, peri salted chips, macho peas.) The staff came back and said "they're prioritizing our order now". Food eventually came out, chicken was really dry, not the normal standard I've had at nando's. Would I give that store another try...? Yes, based on the waitresses punctuality and friendliness.

Food was fine, but certainly not worth the price. This was my first time trying Nandos and I don't plan to go back. Not to mention it is set up like a glorified fast food restaurant... not sure how they justify the cost.

Another great meal at Nando’s Arena Coventry. Me and my mate go weekly, the hospitality from Abel is second to none, he does his best to get you seated asap separating larger tables to suit smaller groups etc. He checks in several times throughout the meal to make sure you don’t need anything. Just an all round brilliant service. Looking forward to next week already 😁

Ambience is absolutely fantastic. Clean toilets and very friendly staff who's serve you with smile. Best African food I ate in UK. It bit on expensive side but must try their sauces and grilled chicken. Food quality is also good.

Brilliant, clean. This is one of the cleanest Nandos I have been to. We like the food although very minimal choice for vegetarians :-)

I ordered some food via Deliveroo and the fries were missing. When I called up the restaurant directly the manager offered no resolution and tried to fob me off to Deliveroo even though the restaurant was at fault as they failed to include the fries which I paid for. The manager response was that we all make mistakes but didn’t do anything to put things right. I won’t be ordering from Nando's ever again…

This was the first time in Nandos at Coventry Arena. I decided to take my Mother for Sunday lunch. All I can say is what an exceptional experience we just had - both quality of the food and more importantly outstanding customer service. Manager Evan and our server Rita were just amazing ! A rare commodity these days to find such pleasant, helpful and welcoming staff. 10 out of 10 from me and even my 86 year old Mother was impressed . Well Done Evan on managing such a great restaurant with outstanding staff. I shall be back again within a few days 👍👏👏

Overall it was OK. The restaurant was actually quite cold which wasn't ideal. Our food was left on the side for a while so it wasn't piping hot when it came over, so timings weren't ideal. Sunday night potentially a factor but hopefully better in the future.

the staff were all really lovely. the host (didn’t catch his name) was kind when he seated us and when we left he thanked us for stacking our plates which was lovely. one of the managers (didn’t catch her name either but she was wearing a pale blue shirt with puffy sleeves) also thanked us for this. service was fast and the food was brilliant. one of the nicer nandos i’ve been to :))) thank you!!!

We had a day of fellowshipping together with brethren we haven't had the chance to fellowship with in years due to covid! So meeting up after such a long time was great and spending that time at Nando's, we couldn't had asked for a better place? The food, hospitality and environment all contributed for us having a wonderful dining out experience. Many thanks Nando's!

Great food and the female staff is a bit too sensitive. A waitress asked me if I was sure if I wanted anything else, I responded im ok, she playfully kept asking in that same instance but being flirtatious and I said I would ask but I won't. Next thing she was telling the manager about that small exchange. If you want to be 100% professional, tell your staff to do that. don't create situations that you'll turn around and make customers feel uncomfortable. On my way out some guys were whistling at her and nothing happened. I thought myself a gentleman when I chose not flirt back and there I was having to deal with that.

Sadly not the best Nando's experience we have had. Chicken pitta was not great. Chips were hard and there was definitely a lower quality feel than usual. Unlikely to use again soon

Came here with a friend. I rarely go to nandos so this was a bit of a novelty. Drinks wise they have a soda fountain to help yourself to whatever soft drink you want and free refills. I ordered a chicken sandwich w some broccoli and some sweet potato wedges. The service was ok maybe a bit slow but the venue was in a convenient location and the prices were reasonable. I'd come back to this one.

Come here almost weekly and excellent food and service every time. Abel always makes us feel welcome and provides exemplary customer service. I would give it 6 stars if I could!

Place is dirty, dirty floor and windows, waiters looked like zombies, the food extra expensive for the variety and quality offered. Not going back. To understand the comparison, I'd rather have KFC than go Nandos
