Popped into the Northampton store today, Si was so helpful, really knowledgeable and patient with my indecisiveness! After visiting the Oxford Street store with my daughter a few days prior I wanted to get her a couple of birthday gifts from things we’d seen. The Oxford Street store has all of the bells and whistles and the staff were truly brilliant but the staff in Northampton are still able to deliver the same amount of passion and are a real credit to your company. I had to pop back in later on as I’d forgotten something and Lexie was super helpful too. Give them all a raise!

I absolutely love Lush Northampton. Been shopping here for years and the staff are always welcoming, friendly and well informed about their products. Last time I visited was to buy bath bombs for my Children. When I told the server that everything was for them and I wasn't getting anything for myself she very kindly gave me a Face Mask sample and told me that I deserved a little pamper. How lovely for her to go above and beyond for a Customer ❤️

I went into the Northampton store and was greeted by Kayla who went above and beyond to help me when I cheekily asked if there were any samples I could get with my purchase due to my friend going through a rough time recently and needing a pampering boost. Not only did she listen to my outpouring but she showed compassion and kindness. What a wonderful person to have on the team!

Just want to say how fantastic the Northampton (UK) team are, I had a issue with a gift card and they sorted it and they were so patient and kind about it. I have anxiety so the fact it wasnt working was would have been a trigger if they're wasn't so wonderful ❤️ They were sweet to my daughter as well, wish I could give them more then 5 stars x

Over christmas I came in to buy a present for my sister and the most lovely girl helped me out picking the perfect bath bomb, was so sweet and helpful. I came in again today to buy a lip scrub and was greeted by the same girl who was so considerate and really insightful, fantastic service! Not sure of her name but she had curly/wavy hair and tattoos and honestly needs to be appreciated, makes shopping such a warm experience ❤️

Came in this past weekend with the kids, they loved the demonstrations given by the amazing staff! Think it's their new favourite shop! Great service, great staff! We'll be back!

I love lush products and although they are expensive, they are always amazing. The staff at this store are always extremely helpful, welcoming and willing to assist and recommend products.

Popped in today at 12 to the LUSH Northampton branch after having a hospital appointment that was just horrible! Spoke to a wonderful lady who was just so kind, spent a fortune like I normally do in LuSH as I love all their products to come home to find she had left me a note wishing my day would get better with a bath bomb! Customer service like this just fills me with so much happiness that one small gesture just changed my whole afternoon! Thank you LUSH for employing such wonderful staff!

5/5 Would recommend to anyone who's looking for amazing products and friendly staff. One in particular Rachel gains who is extremely friendly, always have a smile on her face and definitely good for advertising on products. I would also like to add on she is very helpful in choosing products for anyone in your family and friends. If she hasn't had a pay rise for her hard working then she definitely needs to have a pay rise for her friendliness.

I popped into Lush this afternoon to have a look at their moisturiser. A very lovely shop assistant came over to help me choose the correct cream for my skin type. She was very helpful and she gave me a tester pot to try out at home. She also gifted me 2 small bath bomb fragments as I'd informed her I was having trouble sleeping. She said the lavender scent may relax me before bedtime. I am extremely grateful and I will definitely be going back to purchase some items. Thank you x

My sister and I came in to look around, not planning on buying anything. Emma came over, and she was so lovely! She saw us looking at certain products and let us demo them, smell them etc. We had so much fun! I couldn't resist the passionfruit delight body wash, considering it was a valentines' day special, I simply had to get it — it was so affordable too. Me and my team were lucky enough to be able to have a bath bomb making experience, which was hosted by Emma and 2 colleagues. All three of the ladies were chatty and helpful through out, there was plenty of ingredients for us all. As a group of adults we had a great laugh making the “light the night” bomb. Customer service was OUTSTANDING when i visited Lush yesterday. I went in hoping to get my hands on the mango bath oil, but they didn't have any. the shop assistant (sorry i dont know your name, I just know you were looking forward to drinking something cold in the sun after 5pm 😂) went above and beyond to find the perfect alternatives. Thank you, your hard work doesn't go unnoticed.

So I went in today to find something for my mother, and a lady helped me (should’ve asked for her name but she had purple eyeshadow on). She was amazing, she knows her products and helped me picked something for my mother who has been having a rough time and even wrote a note to her. I hope this gets passed on to her and I want her to know that she completely brightened my day, today it was the 17th anniversary of my brothers death and she genuinely made my day that little bit better. Lush, you’ve got yourself a good’un!

Knowledge is great and the team are just really genuine humans who believe in their products as much as I do. Came in here to treat myself after having had my second c section and was served by Emma, she couldn't have been lovelier.. listened while I rabbited on about my two girls, was genuinely so passionate about the products and just really made out day. I was telling her how much my daughter loves giraffes so she put a giraffe bath bomb in.. well when I got home and gave it to my 5 year old she was so so ecstatic! Such a kind lady, who took time and care into speaking to me ... it meant a lot. Infact all the staff here have been excellent... well done lush for hiring epic people ! Xx

One of my Favourite shops and always has been since I moved from Northampton from where I was born which was Poole which is the HQ of Lush years ago I’m glad there’s a fantastic Lush store in Northampton. Great range of products and smells really nice the shop does with very friendly helpful staff they really make My trip to Lush special and enjoyable.

Lizzie was extremely helpful I had never been to lush before and she helped me get a gift for my friend. She helped me out with all the smells and she was lovely x

I don’t normally do reviews but I popped into Lush yesterday and had absolutely zero idea on what I wanted (other than the whole shop as per usual😅) and was approached by Lexi who was so so lovely and went above and beyond to help me out with what I wanted (she also liked my Nicki Minaj jumper so bonus points haha) I was then taken over and served by Si, who was so bubbly and helpful (and also liked my jumper so even more points). All in all, lovely girls and it made the experience so simple + easy and couldn’t recommend them both enough!

My daughter had her 10th birthday there, and Everyone made it special.Evie had it planned so well,I have had nothing but positive feedback saying the best party ever! I passed by lush yesterday because the smell of the shop was drawing me in (you really can’t miss it). Was hovering around their body sprays: and one employee Lexie was super friendly and sweet. She gave me the most enchanting samples with some amazing recommendations. Literally one of the best shops in Grosvenor centre 🩷

Myself and my daughter did the ghost making bath bomb on Thursday 26th. We both had a lovely time and all the staff that were working that day made us both feel very special and seemed to love working there and giving the customer that extra special service. I’ve been into the Northampton store quite a lot (it is one of my daughter’s favourite shops) and everytime I have received outstanding customer service that makes you want to return to the store.
