I went in to get some sunglasses, and a lady called Karishma ( sorry if name is wrong) was the lovely lady who helped me to find sunglasses that I liked. She was helpful and polite and gave me a really friendly and nice service. All the other stuff is in Burton Specsavers are really friendly and nice also, they give I really friendly service.

Routine check up today. Staff were very polite. Hand sanitiser on entering. All rooms are cleaned before the next patient. Glasses are sanitised before going back on the shelf after trying on. As I'm prone to headaches they did an extra couple of checks on my eyes. New machine where they do a 3d image of your eyes for an extra £10 which can detect any eye problems which may occur within the next 5 years. New glasses ordered including sunglasses. 2 for 1 over £69. Very happy with my visit

I got my daughter's and mine eye examination for eyesight. I should appreciate their services from entrance to exit. Everyone is doing superb job. A wide range of glasses also available.

Called in burton specsavers to enquire about getting reactions glasses with in 30 mind sorted frames and gave them my new prescription and orderd them pick up next week fit perfect very pleased and staff are so helpful and attentive no complaints .ist class service

Told them what I wanted, however the " upselling " was over the top! I asked for the premium verifocal lens, they tried to sell me their tailor made lenses, another £80. Then more upselling, do I want anti dazzle when it's been snowing?! It's Burton, not the North Pole! I understand that they like to show everything what is on offer, but this felt like they were on a % commission! I said what I wanted, I just ended up getting confused 😕, but got there in the end.

I have my hearing aids from here and I can highly recommend the quality of them and how they have changed my life. The service is excellent and they replace the tubes and batteries every 3 months.

Got my eyes checked and my daughter's too. We both got new glasses. While her's were free mine eas at a reduced price. Doctors and staff were really helpful and friendly.

I have been going to Specsavers for years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. The team are great and make the whole experience excellent, especially as I needed a breakdown of costs before choosing my frames, They were very patient with me!

Great assistance in choosing new specs (which I didn’t want but really needed). Have worn them now for nearly 3 weeks and have hated every moment, having worn contacts exclusively for the last 52 years. Having said that, no criticism on fit or function but will be glad to dispense with them after my cataract operations.

Confidently moved from bifocals to varifocals (after a poor experience some years ago) and don't think I'd go back. Staff support was appreciated especially from staff who weren't actually serving me. Felt like a very friendly place. Professionals were nothing less than first class We are all aware of the cost of living crisis but make sure your pricing is clear and resembles costs rather than fashion.

Faultless service in every respect! An excellent range of frames to choose from and quality lenses too. I’m impressed with the fact that the lenses don’t mark as easily as some glasses I’ve had. The staff at the Burton store were attentive and caring, and obviously take a pride in the quality of the service they offer.

I went to pick up my glasses. It was a new pair of designer top of the rang varifocal, polarised, these were a replacement of my recent prescription, when I got the frame was right, but had the wrong lenses, which were not above as described, they had put my ordinary clear glasses in! I am currently waiting for them!

I had an eye test at Burton on Trent specsavers, and was prescribed 2 new pairs of glasses, distance and reading. On collection, the readers were not satisfactory. Emily dealt with me, she was fantastic, and explained clearly about the problem with my right eye, which has already been treated for wet macular degeneration. She organised another eye test with the optician who after extensive tests, was able to tweak the prescription to balance the good eye with the other, and presented me with more new lenses, which are much improved, and satisfactory! They then changed the lenses in my distance glasses in a similar way. I am convinced that Emily went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely happy and satisfied with my new glasses! I cannot thank Emily enough for the brilliant service and patience that she provided!
