They make people and pets wait outside on the hot pavement, even if you have an appointment. They used to be very nice but recently they don't make me feel welcomed.

This is the most amazing veterinary centre. I've brought all my cats here, and trust Alisdair Tebbutt completely. Staff are amazing. They've been treating my cat who had intestinal lymphoma for five years now. They always take such good care of him.
