We’ve just had our third visit to the clinic for a 4D scan and had the most amazing time. Each visit has been so relaxing thanks to Via the Sonographer. She’s super reassuring and lovely to be around, keeping us informed of everything throughout each scan. All the staff are a credit to the clinic and have been so wonderful and accommodating, from our first early scan, the gender reveal through to the 4D scan. Thank you for everything.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The amount of detail that I got to see of my baby was amazing. I definately recommend this experience to anyone who wants to get a more detailed image of their unborn baby. This is an experience I will never forget.

Staff excellent can’t recommend enough. We have been here for every scan from 6 weeks to 30 weeks the care and compassion they give to you at each appointment is worth every Penny. They get so excited for you and really love being part of your journey. Can’t recommend enough! You ladies are AMAZING 🥰

Had an amazing experience, the staff were lovely and did everything they could to hide the gender. Staff were lovely and we didn’t have to worry or stress. The scan was completely different than the hospital, a lot clearer and they talked us through every detail.

First ever visit today for a fetal reassurance scan. Parking on site easy to find. Staff were so kind, patient and very understanding as i was quite anxious and emotional. The scan went really well they had so much time for us. we didn't feel rushed at All. They explained everything in great detail really put our mind at ease. Excellent facilities and amazing experience. We even got to hear the heartbeat and came home with a teddy /recording and wonderful photographs. I am so pleased and will definitely be returning for my 4D scan in February. Cannot wait thank you so much.

Absolutely brilliant. Lots of little touches such as able to add partners name on the scan photo which is lovely. Towel to clean stomach rather than just tissue. Staff were so friendly, scan was perfectly on time, didn’t feel rushed at all. Could not recommend anymore, looking forward to coming back for 4D scan!

Really polite and helpful staff, talked through the whole process and made you feel at home with everything Made sure to not reveal babys gender as we did not want to know. Staff answered all questions that you had and treated it like you've been their friends for a long time. Would recommend at all stages of pregnancy

Absolutely love this place. Third visit here and the staff are so kind and amazing. Came for my early scan and loved it got amazing pictures. Had a second scan for reassurance and staff were so kind. Came here for our gender scan and got a 4D sneak peak of baby which was amazing. So excited to come back for a full 4D scan in 10 weeks! Cannot recommend this place enough!

Excellent customer service. We travel 45 minutes to come here. This was our 4th visit and we couldn't have picked a better place to have this experience with. We were made to feel welcome by all members of staff every time we came here. Very patient sonographer who doesn't rush the scans, giving lots of details and reassurance throughout and all questions were answered. Will definitely return here on the next pregnancy.

Absolutely amazing! Had my gender reveal scan done here and today a wellbeing scan as I was worried about my baby. I will be returning for a 4d scan. Staff are very welcoming, polite and easy to talk to. They explained everyting during the scan and reasurred me. I would highly recommend them. I am so thankful to all the staff and their incredible work.

Loved returning again for the gender of baby #2 would recommend to everyone to visit. The staff were amazing so friendly and helpful. As it was very dark outside at the time of my appointment they let me do the gender reveal inside so that we could actually see the result. They were very thorough in the scan and we had a laugh with the lady about baby holding the cord. Love this place !!! Please if you are pregnant visit window to the womb !!

We’ve attended this practice twice now during the same pregnancy, one for an early scan and the other for a wellbeing/gender scan. I’ve read the reviews of other scanning companies so I was a little apprehensive when we came here but right away all the staff were so friendly, welcoming and informative. I think we had the same sonographer Via on both occasions, who was very reassuring and knowledgable. Couldn’t have asked for a more warm or friendly team.

This is your second time visiting WTTW and both times it's been fantastic. The staff are so friendly and make you feel really comfortable. I'd recommend to anyone expecting!

I’ve been here 3 times now and wouldn’t go anywhere else! The ladies on reception are always lovely and make you feel very comfortable and special from start to finish. Via has been the sonographer every time and she makes you feel so relaxed and never fails to make you laugh! 100% worth the money as they really do try and get the best outcome for each and every scan.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! All the staff were so friendly and helpful with everything and made sure we were looked after! We had a great experience here, we came for our first scan at 7 weeks to see our baby for the first time, and returned today at 27 weeks for a 4d scan and have had an equally amazing experience. The staff on the desk and in the scan room are all so friendly, informative and funny.

We came here originally for our first child’s scans as we lived locally and had a brilliant set of photos and really well cared for. We are now pregnant with our second and although we have since moved away we have come back to get our 4D pictures again. Would definitely recommend!

Disgraceful service, refused refund of deposit when they were unable to carry out services. Their terms and conditions numbers 12 and 18 clearly state refund should be given when services cannot be provided or cancelled by the provider. Less than poor communication and unwillingness to adhere to their own terms and conditions. We will openly encourage others not to use this company. If you are reading this DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Absolutely fantastic experience, I’ve tried other companies in the past and this is by far the best! Sonographer is absolutely lovely! All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend! I had the 4D package and upgraded to HD, definitely worth the extra money!

We had a fantastic experience at Window to the Womb in Stoke. We were seen to by a wonderful team that made us feel very settled and relaxed. Via was very thorough and determined to find the gender of our hiding baby! We would highly recommend to anyone looking for private scans.

Yet another amazing experience today. We’ve had both our gender reveal and 4D scans here and can’t fault the service. Comfortable atmosphere and lovely staff who go above and beyond. Worth every penny 💗
