    Over 6 months ago, through the reviews here on Google I have decided to do a trial class with John on UC Fit, and I have absolutely no regrets. It is the best choice, and I always feel fulfilled and empowered when I leave each class. People are very friendly, and John pursues a sense of community with everyone. John himself is a great coach and great human, you see how much he aims for our wellbeing, and challenges us for the best. I highly recommend for everyone give it a shot and visit the UC Fit.

    Sincerely the best gym I've trained in. I cherish the classes every week thanks to John and everyone I’ve met in the gym. This year was the toughest year and UC Fit got me through some very hard days. This gym is 💯 good for the mind, body and soul. This is my first time boxing and for me it is now my favourite part of training. Let loose on the bag or pads and walk out feeling 💯 lighter. Huge shout out to John who is very professional, talented, motivating, makes you feel like part of a team and is always there to push you 💯

    Only new to UCFit but absolutely loving it so far! Every class is different & loads of time slots available to chose from. John has created such a lovely and welcoming community with social activities as well! Delighted I joined.

    I joined UC Fit 5 months ago to regain some fitness after having a baby and felt nervous getting back into it after a long break but there was no need to be! After my first session I felt at ease. There are early morning, evening and Saturday classes so no excuses fitting them into a busy schedule. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to work on their fitness and have a bit of craic along the way!!

    Joined UCFit gym 6 months ago and I've honestly never looked back. As someone that has dipped in and out of gyms and gym classes for years I feel I've found my place in UCFit. The members are all absolutely sound and everyone is so welcoming. The classes are never the same, challenging but so enjoyable. John is a powerhouse and such a nice guy, he brings a lovely atmosphere to the gym. You won't regret joining, see you on the mats.

    UC fit is different from all gyms that I went before. The spirit of community is really present and everyone is helping everyone. The classes are really upbeat and you really can feel yourself improving. At first I couldn't even skip rope and now I can, at first I had to do push ups with my knee in the ground and now I can do with the feet in the ground only. Also John is an amazing guy, patient and always happy to help. In UCfit you see fit!

    John has been a brilliant coach since joining. Classes are run with great intensity and you always leave feeling good. John focuses on cardio, boxing, core and weights which is great. There is always good morale in the class and sets you up for the day! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to try it out.

    Favourite gym in Dublin! John and Katherine are brilliant - they take the time to teach you the proper techniques so no one is left behind and they know when to really challenge you. 💪🔥 I wanted to try something a bit different from weightlifting and the Fight Fit classes are unreal! 💥🥊They're a full hour so I always feel like I’ve done a great workout while learning a new skill. There’s always a great buzz in the gym as well. The community is really what makes it a cut above the rest… Everyone is so positive and encouraging. Felt so welcomed from day one. Not only do you get fitter but you have a laugh with some great people. ❤️ Couldn’t ask for more! So happy I found this place 🙌

    UCfit has been a place where I can come let off some steam after a hard day, come socialise with some lovely people while doing my workout and come out of every class feeling so strong and able to face anything!! Absolutely loving the classes at UCfit, Thanks to John and Katharine for the amazing classes and the good vibes 🤍

    I started training with UC Fit over a year ago and haven’t looked back since. John is a brilliant trainer and no two classes are the same. Everyone is so welcoming and I’ve noticed such a difference in my fitness levels. Can’t recommend UC Fit enough!

    Honestly one of the best decisons I ever made was joining UC Fit. As someone who didn’t do any sports, fitness levels on the floor and never stuck to any fitness classes, I was so nervous about joining. I actually surprised myself at how quickly I fell into a new routine and I really enjoyed it! Meeting new people, getting fitter and just feel better in myself mentally & physically. For anyone who thinks they would like to give it a go or wants to try something different, I couldn’t recommend UC Fit enough

    I joined UC Fit in July 2022 and I can honestly say iv had so much fun while getting fit. John is a fantastic coach who makes the classes challenging but never boring. The gym has a great atmosphere and I look forward to going to the classes each week to train and to chat to some of the lovely people I’v met. Iv noticed a big difference to my physical fitness and the classes also really help me to de-stress after a busy day with the kids. I’m so glad I joined! Best gym ever! 🥊 💪

    I've been going to the fitbox classes the last 3 /4 years. I love going to the classes. It was great through covid with the online classes. John kept us motivated. All the classes are different. John makes sure there is lots of variations You feel great after doing a class. There is a sense ofcommunity and social events with UCFit . John Byrne is a brilliant 👏 coach

    Couldn’t recommend UCFIT enough. People are so welcoming and no two classes are the same. John is a brilliant trainer using his skills to push you to your limit and get the best out of you. The positive change physically and mentally I got was unbelievable from the classes. I encourage anyone, advanced or beginner to give it a shot because you won’t regret it. Great gym, great people and just all round a great exercise environment you would definitely want to be apart of!

    From the minute I joined UCFit, I have loved every class, made so many new and amazing friends, and challenged myself beyond what I thought I could do. John is an excellent coach and creates new and challenging classes each day. I feel stronger and more confident in myself after every class. John has created an amazing environment and community where people come together to become fitter, healthier, and happier while also cheering each other on. John believed in me more than I did and pushed me to compete at the NFG as part of Team UCFit. He knows what people are capable of and encourages them to be better. I am always thankful for the community that I found at UCFit and would recommend it to anyone.

    I took a rare enough trip outside my comfort zone and joined UC Fit a month ago. It's one of the best decisions I've ever made. I feel healthier, stronger and more confident already and the supportive, fun atmosphere John has created totally changed any negative perceptions I may have had regarding group training. The variety in the classes is really impressive and as a newcomer there's always someone with a quiet word of encouragement when you need it. UC Fit is a genuinely inclusive, fun environment to train in where hard work is respected and all shapes, sizes and age groups can thrive. Highly recommended! 👊💪👍

    I joined UC Fit in November and haven't looked back. Absolute love going every week, it’s the first time in a long while I look forward to exercise🤣. The classes are well structured and they are always different each day. There is a great mix of men & women and all members are really nice. It’s also novice friendly and not full of crazy mma fighters and boxers. If you’re looking to get strong and fit but most importantly enjoy doing it, then this is the place to be.

    I am currently attending a mixed martial arts course at my place of work with John Byrne. Even if you are new to martial arts or fitness, John does a great job of adapting his lessons to cater for everyone's needs. His approachable personality and teaching style create an enjoyable and relaxed atmosphere that helps you learn and improve at your own pace. Honestly, he is a great lad. I highly recommend training at UC Fit to anyone looking for a great place to train, with a knowledgeable and fun coach like John; it will always be a great experience.

    I started in UCFit back in October 2022. I was training at home, but had lost my drive. My sister & co-champ Olive suggested I try John’s class at UCFit. I went along with Olive to a 6am class, never planning to train that early again, but since that first day I haven’t looked back. 6 months later I’m going strong at the 6am class aka “The Breakfast Club” and I love it. The Gym has the best of equipment and the classes are always varied and challenging. John knows how to motivate people to train hard and that’s why we keep coming back for more. UCFit is more than just a gym John is passionate about creating a community of like-minded people who are investing in themselves. Thank you, John, for your continuous encouragement and enthusiasm you bring to each and every class. Do yourself a favour today and join a class……you won’t regret it!!

    Began training with UC fit prior to getting married and over one year later I’m still here. An excellent gym overall. Great sense of community, support, and encouragement from clients and John the trainer himself. Participated in a variety of social outings including participating in the FitGames 2023 with ‘Team UCFit’. Can’t recommend UC fit enough for all fitness levels. An excellent varied amount of classes, an excellent social support, and a variety of social outings. Cannot thank John at UCFit for his continued support 💪🏼

    If you are thinking of joining UC Fitness think no more! John’s classes are awesome. You never get bored, it’s different every time and you don’t even realize how hard you work cos it’s so much fun! He fosters a lovely energy and community vibe and is super passionate and generous with his time.     Love the classes at UC fit and the community that’s been built. It’s always a great session. John and co. dragged me into doing a competition but it ended up being something that apparently I actually enjoyed and would love to do again😂 would recommend UCfit for anyone that enjoys working out and having a laugh🥊💪🏻

    I cant recommend UC Fit enough! I love these classes. I’ve tried lots of different classes and I’ve always found John’s ones are the best and they’re so enjoyable. John is so helpful and caters to everyone’s specific ability. He always encourages me to push myself and I’ve seen huge improvements since starting his classes. Everyone training in UC Fit is so friendly and welcoming. It’s always a really nice atmosphere to be in! I would highly highly recommend☺️
