Tried to apply for an annual site here. Although the woman on the phone was very helpful & said they had annual spots, we were met outside by a nasty, rude man in a wheelchair, who basically told us not to bother because of the “ age & condition “ of our tow vehicle, even though our travel trailer is a 2018. His condescending attitude was enough to send me running. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere near this judgmental human. Our tow vehicle is a classic, custom built mini bus turned RV, that we have a ton of money invested into, it runs amazing & has under 100k on it. We might as well have been driving some rusted out jalopy, puffing exhaust smoke through their park , the way they acted towards us. We have been traveling for over 4 months & EVERYWHERE else we have been, from Rhode Island to Nevada, everyone loves our bus and we’ve been welcomed with open arms, including at other Sun Communities. The whole situation felt very personal & discriminatory, as if they didn’t want us there based on our appearance/ age. Tattooed people’s money must be no good here? It seems they only want you here if you fit their exact little mold. I do not recommend this park to anyone, for anything. I’ve never felt so belittled & judged in my entire life. There’s nicer ways to put things than how this man spoke to us this afternoon. He had zero class, no tact and he shouldn’t have a job dealing with the public.

Leslie at the front office is absolutely amazing! We so appreciated the awesome customer support that Leslie provided. The entire staff is so nice! They all go out of their way to ensure that the guests are happy. The security guards at the gate are so caring and helpful. The ladies that work in the kitchen are very good chefs and they offer delicious food for purchase. The manager has a barbecue each Monday night for the guests. The grilled chicken is excellent and very reasonable. We loved this place and we would stay at Club Naples again!

Terrible experience. They said they offer big rig access. They don't. It was an unwelcome spectacle to have them put cones on either end of my site. That's how tight it was. They would not let us put our patio down because it hung over the pad 6 inches. They made us take down our dog fence. Sent the regional maintenance director to tell us that right after the maintenance staff yelled at us, and someone stuff an unsigned note in our door. They do night like dogs at this park. People have signs saying keep your off the grass. One of the dog runs was locked the entire time. The only place to walk your dog is outside the park along a busy road. The maintenance staff was confrontational the whole time. In one instance, someone had to move their drink (water) 6 inches from the ledge of the pool. We won't be back, and I would not recommend this park if you are looking to relax.

Stayed here for one night on our way to marathon. We have a LUXE 42' plus our Ford 350superduty dully, and it was a tight fit. We did manage to get it situated in the slip and avoid hitting the palms from the pull outs. We had #2 slip, and it was a pull, though, but there wasn't a lot of room to pull forward to get out that way. We ended up backing out of slip to and made a big U turn onto main entrance road. Then, I was able to pull forward without any problems. The turns inside the park are not very wide and can be difficult for big rigs. It is a nice park and clean. The pool looks nice as well.

My family stayed here for 2 weeks. Nice clean park with great amenities, the only thing they are missing is a playground. They have a large community club house and separate social lounge/game room with a library. The pool and hot tub were nice and great temperature. The dog area was large with plenty of room for fetch. Everything is seemed well kept and in good functional order. The laundry room is large and takes cards which is convenient and the price per load was good. I work 100% remote ok online with a cellular sim based router and both Verizon and T-Mobile service gave me enough bandwidth for work and video conferencing while other devices were on the router as well. Much like many of the parks in south Florida the streets in the park are narrow and the sites are tight making it difficult to get into the spots especially given the number of large rigs that go almost all the way to the end of the spots where the pad and road meet. The sites themselves are paved and many have little shed which is nice. We would definitely stay here again and we enjoyed the 2 weeks spent.

This is a beautiful resort with super nice staff members. Ken escorted us to our site and helped us get situated. Jen in the office was very kind and accommodating. Site C-7 was a bit tight for our 28 foot RV but we enjoyed the concrete pad. Loved the free cable box with hundreds of channels. So awesome! Free wifi at the site worked during our first day but then it mysteriously disappeared. Kitchen staff offers inexpensive breakfast and lunch items for only $2.00 each. Wow what a steal! Clean bathrooms and showers. Pool looked great but we didn't try it.

The only place in the whole area we could find that had an RV dump for nonresidents. We are traveling in a rented RV and boondocking as we go, so we have to dump every couple of days. For $10 we dumped everything and filled our water tank. Very nice staff, beautiful park. Looks like a great place to stay too!

My experience has been horrible. My boyfriend and I have been visiting with a friend who allowed me to stay with him while I'm in town for work. My boyfriend only stayed briefly before returning home to Ocala for his job. Meanwhile, I had a run-in with security and management on numerous occasions who treated me like a homeless person looking to cause trouble. At first I was instructed to register and pay the $5 per day as a guest which was not a problem, except scheduling conflicts prevented me from doing so during office hours. So I called and informed them I would take care of it on my day off. However, the staff were very rude and instructed security not to allow me on the property and threatened to call the police, mentioning that our friend had too many guests. But according to their regulations pamphlet (2.2) it stated that rates are based on a maximum of 2 persons (residents) then there's an additional $5 per day for any extra persons (guests). Nowhere does it state the maximum number of guests allowed and I've seen several lots with multiple guests socializing outside regularly, yet no one harassed them. When I recently returned from work, accompanied by a resident as policy requires, I'm treated like a vagabond and trespasser, even with hands full of groceries which I purchased for my friends RV. I was greeted with hostility and threats of calls to law enforcement when I've been nothing but polite and in compliance with their rude and irrational demands. Not to mention, one of their staff members blatantly lied about chasing my boyfriend away yesterday when he's been back home working since early Tuesday. But conveniently, there's no surveillance footage to support this claim. So, clearly there's some unprovoked hostility and conspiracy to keep my boyfriend and I from stepping on that property to visit our good friend. It has been an absolute inconvenience to our initial plans, as well as an inexorably disrespectful encounter with some very rude and unprofessional members of, what I had been informed, was a reputable company. I do NOT recommend doing business with these people and strongly advise against believing the fallacy which they advertise. I'll close this extensive but informative review by pointing out one pretty peculiar thing which I realized while skimming through the reviews. It appears that the owner who replies to these reviews, only seems to do so for the positive ones while ignoring those expressing their dissatisfaction and negative experiences. That alone should give an idea on the importance they place on customer satisfaction.

$10 to dump RV tanks. Nice and easy however if you have a low outlet it is harder as the sewer has a high concrete lip around it

Everyone here is very welcoming and super helpful. I recently upgraded from my travel trailer to a 5th wheel, and Mike went above and beyond to make sure the whole transition went smoothly. From cutting down trees to make sure my new rig would fit (almost 44 ft long) to helping set it up, and even giving me great advice and offering future help with it. The park is always kept very clean. I absolutely love being here. The people like Mike, Roy, Anna, and Jen are so wonderful and seem like they really care and take pride in working here and keeping this place beautiful. Thank you Mike and everyone here who make being here such a wonderful experience. You guys really make it a pleasurable place to stay.

Stayed in our RV. Had a water main rupture, no water for almost 2 days. The office did offer bottled water during this time. Convenient location.

Nice facility with management very involved to keep the park clean and customer's needs met. The only issue with the park is that the wifi basically doesn't work. The signal is strong but the service is so poor is basically just blocks an effective cell connection. There is a strong cell signal at the park.
