    Excuse me???? What in the world!!!!! The fact that they would pack these wings up and hand them to a customer shows how much they care. Disgusting 🤮 If I didn’t have these delivered to me, I would of returned these nasty wings. So disappointing!!!! This was purchased 12/08/21 around 6:45 pm. Smh

    Absolute trash. I don’t understand how people like these wings. Bland bland bland. Barely any sauce. And forgot the dips that was supposed to come with the 50pc combo we got. Y’all need a Big Shot Bobs wing joint down here for real. Come to Pittsburgh and try the wings and you’ll see why I rated so low

    I just had a WONDERFUL experience in this Wing Stop tonight. For starters I came in at 11:55 right at closing time and I was immediately greeted by Jeremy he had a huge smile on his face and was more than happy to take my order even though they were in the process of closing. He was very cheerful and happy that I was here as a customer and went over the whole menu explained everything to me as I had never been here before.My wife has very strict food allergies so he let me know what's in the cooking oil and the other ingredients. The food was absolutely awesome I'm so glad that I stopped in here I will start coming here a lot more. It's such a great feeling whenever you receive customer service like I did tonight from Jeremy this is few and far between in this day and age especially in fast food he takes great pride in his job and the company that he works for I will be back again!

    WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! WE WALKED IN AND WAITED AND THE MANAGER SAID IF YOU WANT FOOD GO ORDER ON LINE. WE WONT TAKE YOUR ODER AT THE STORE!!!! WE WERE FOLLOWED OUT THE DOOR BY 4 ADDITIONAL CUSTOMERS. EVERYONE STATING HOW RIDICULOUS THE MANAGERS COMMENT WAS. WE WENT TO BEEF O'BRADYS IN THE SAME SHOPPING CENTER EAT GREAT WINGS AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS WONDERFUL.

    Gross gross gross. Flys everywhere inside the places. While waiting for my food there was a customer that was given the wrong order. The customer returned the wrong order after opening the container and investigating that the order was wrong. The manager told the worker to repack the order after the customer returned the wrong order after touching the contents. The store repackaged the contaminated order and served it to the correct person without telling them they have their food touched by a random person. HUGE health code violation if you ask me. All this happened without the manager or maybe owner of the franchise getting up from his seat while he enjoyed his wings and scrolling through Facebook. Will never return to this location.

    This is a one star NOT because of customer service. This is at you Corporate, 7207 Radio Rd Naples FL 34104 location’s air conditioning was out today. Today is Naples is 93 degrees and humid today. I walked into this location today, front door back door open trying to get air flow and every single employee was red in the face and shiny with sweat. Me as a customer that waiting 5 minutes in the store felt like I was suffocating. I can’t imagine what all day working around non stop ovens and fryers with so espace from the heat. For Customers you shouldn’t be having them come in, let alone your own employees! That’s so in humane!! I’d like to see anyone of the corporate members to come work on in that literal sweat shop Florida heat and humidity if making money for one more day is more important than your employee’s safety. Wouldn’t this be a OSHA regulation??

    If I could give it zero stars I would. I tried to confirm my order multiple times with the lady at the register, who was too busy arguing with her coworker to answer my question, only to go home with just half of my order as well as wrong items. When I call to information them of the mix up they hung up on me. I’d rather drive the extra mile for literally anything else then order from this place again.

    ordered 6 piece chicken wings, yet waited over 30 minutes. not one person came over to ask “did you get your order” or see what was up. once i got the wings, they weren’t even chicken wings, they were like scraps and were the size of a tiny ball. poor service, poor food. never coming back. wish i took a photo before getting a refund.

    we ordered over $100 worth of food and tipped 18% through wingstop's website and when the driver arrived he gave us the wrong food. when we tried to call the restaurant we sat on hold for 15 minutes and during that time, the driver returned with YET ANOTHER incorrect order. we then went to pick up our remade order which was also missing 4 fries and the wings were pink in the middle and soggy. we had ordered them WELL DONE. my brother went back to the restaurant because he found 2 hairs in his sauce. absolutely ridiculous and i hope we don't get sick. i can't even make this up it feels unreal. they wouldn't offer a refund either just for the missing fries. this has never happened and i have worked in the restaurant industry for over 10 years this is the most ridiculous way i have seen something handled.

    Order an hour ahead and had to wait 20 minutes in store for my food.....and they "ran out of boneless" so I was offered to wait another 20 minutes if I wanted my order corrected. Don't waste you're time trying to eat here.

    It used to take 45 minutes for you to get your food but now 15. The young man that helped had my food and out the door in 15 minutes. Inside has a little to be desired, but that's only because the place is very small. Side note: the building is concrete and you have no phone service inside. 🤷🏼

    I ordered a 6Pc Combo, lemon pepper wings with a side of Cajun Corn. I must say, it was delicious & served extremely fresh & hot!! Definitely recommend this location for delicious wings. Only thing I was upset about is that one of the 6pc was really small compared to the other 5pcs.

    The employees at this location are EXTREMELY incompetent. They got our order wrong twice, blamed their other workers,and on top of all of that didn't even apologize. Wingstop is a good franchise but this specific one will never get a PENNY from us. Don't ever go here!

    Couldn't ask for better wings or service! They need to add medium Buffalo sauced wings only has mild and hot but if you ask they will make it for you.

    Disappointing. Ordered 4 different flavors. Can’t tell the difference because there is no seasoning or sauce. Ordered fries and they are little nubs. The only thing that deserves a star are the carrots.

    Every time we get wings delivered from here, door dash leaves it in the street. Today they left it in front of my neighbors garage. Paul F. was the dasher, and hopefully no one gets him. He could care less about being a good dasher. As for the food, cold and over done. As am I.

    Took food to go wings nice and crispy. Had to wait about 30 minutes for the order they forgot the blue cheese I paid extra for,other than that tasted great!
