We ate here because it was close to where we stayed, and admittedly I expected the food to be so-so.. it was not, I am happy to say though the service wasn't the best...the food was hot and delicious, yes I was upset that the server did not check or refill our drinks, did not bring out the biscuits & cornbread and teas til the food was coming out..did not check on us, though it was not busy.. because the food was good it can be overlooked, I will say the only negative outside of service from the waitress is the Fried okra was so overcooked that it was inedible..but everything else.. delicious and hot.. I would admittedly hate to wonder how it may had been if not busy?? But can say based on the food I'd return. Definitely recommend a reservation, and highly recommend eating off hours. A great stop after a long drive..thank you.

This is what I got when I ordered a mimosas. Oh and with attitude. I’ve literally never been treated this bad in a restaurant. I always have good experience I consider myself someone with manners and respect. Not once did I get a your welcome I was here with my 4 year old we said thank you many times. As you know how 4 years old are they repeat things constantly she kept saying thank you and getting a dirty stare from this lady. I asked her for a second mimosas when my food came or water and she passed by with bread water and food for others multiple times I was choking on my food. What disturb me the most was her being kind to others smiling. I don’t know it was so strange to me. Her name is angel. Maybe she was having a bad day or didn’t like us for whatever reason but I found it wrong very uncomfortable

Since I was a little girl I would stop in one of these places and eat with my dad on our long trips back and forth across that Florida/Georgia state line. Lots of fond memories. With their old world feel, aand old timey candies and toys and food, this place is sure to make you relive a little of your childhood.🤗✨😋 Thanks cracker barrel. (Fyi!) Lol robot came from here as well. 🤗

Always a great experience. We love their food and store concept. Biscuits the best in town. People with a big smile and awesome attitude.

After waiting to be seated, I waited 15 more minutes with no drink or food order taken, nor greeting given from any wait staff. Before walking out, I spoke to the assist manager Erin, who said they are regularly understaffed and I should call the corporate offices. Folks, we are in high season. Please staff accordingly. I'm a loyalty reward member, but I won't be returning anytime soon.

We preordered the Christmas Ham dinner to take home and what a treat! It was plentiful and delicious. The only thing we would have preferred was to have the option for no macaroni & cheese. Some of the family have cow's milk allergy and another is gluten free. Other than that it was delicious. We invited a guest who wanted to, and did, bring dessert. We all decided we will do this again. Thank you Cracker Barrel!

Just looked to see if Cracker Barrel responded to my review but guess what, they only respond to good reviews and none of the bad ones are getting any comments. ----- We had our Thanksgiving dinner here and the food was a disappointment. Everything was smashed on a plate, hardly recognisable, green beans were too salty and overcooked and stuffing was dry. The turkey was good so no complaints about that. The pumpkin pie was like having a cheap pie from a store and we only had one single bite.

We love Cracker Barrel’s - always a good solid consistent comfort meal. Stopped in for a gift we saw on a trip last week! The displays were just beautiful!

Food is good there not so much take out on some items, great in the restaurant for most. Service is very good until you pay which could just be because we were after normal dinner hours when we finally came by with time to sit down. During the day it could be better but at night all the servers seemed to hang out in the kitchen instead of attending tables. Food came out promptly but the followup service was lacking, and non existent after the bill was paid.

We spent the night in the parking lot and had breakfast in the morning. Typical breakfast food - eggs, briskets and gravy, pancakes, etc. The wait staff were friendly and quick. Seems like most of the RV parks were wiped out by the hurricanes so Cracker Barrel was the only available RV place near Naples

I've been to a couple cracker barrels but this one definitely set the bar higher. The service and food was very good. Tracy was the name of our server and she was super sweet to us. The Mac n cheese was phenomenal and the maple bacon grilled chicken was very good too. It was the perfect combination. Biscuits were on point and the steak was very tasty. Will definitely visit this place again.

Met with my best friend for our monthly breakfast together ❤️ 😋 the day and time was perfect. It was a cold Monday morning, so we actually had a view of their fireplace Service was fast, friendly, and upbeat personality, I can't say anything more, She was great, I'm grateful to her. After our breakfast, we went into the store, which I absolutely love 💯. I definitely would recommend ☺️ thank you Rachel for making our visit a memorable one!

Server was very sweet, attentive and QUICK. Food was okay, it would have been better if my food wasn’t swimming in green bean water; but I’ll still give it five stars for affordability and customer service. Food still tasted good but the amount of water on my plate made my chicken fried chicken not so crispy. That would be my only qualm with the visit; otherwise everything else was great and the hospitality was at par. Would come again!

Thanks you so much for providing a safe overnight space. Not many in the greater Naples area. Had your delicious Cat fish and my wife steak and garlic mash. Side note: please monitor the rv parking lot as we observed a permanent resident running his generator all night and leaving with his car (black and red Challenger) in the morning leaving the rv behind.

Food was great. Service was great! Wished they had BB Bats. But the gum was a good throwback. Even though the gum lost it's flavor five minutes after I put it in my mouth.

It was our first time in a Cracker Barrel. Food was really yummy and a decent price. Where else can you get 20 freshly fried shrimp for $15 bucks, fries and 2 other sides anda biscuit. Food came quickly; staff was friendly and the place was very clean. Gift shop had many interesting gift but on the pricy side. Definitely want to go back for breakfast.

Came here to eat on Father’s Day morning. Understanding it would be busy the server was super nice and food arrived rather quickly. A lot of attention was also put onto our drinks as they frequently refilled our cups

Food came out cold, after waiting soo long. Over medium eggs were super runny. Grits were lukewarm. Pancakes were like rubber. Coffee took forever to get refill.

My 6 place for comfort food! I've never had a bad experience at Crackel Barrel, visited this location in the past, and had a great experience again this time. We ordered the Grandpa's breakfast, Country Fried Steak Breakfast, and the Build Your Own Breakfast, along with some Confetti Pancakes for the kiddo. Everything was amazing! Love the store, always have to buy something, can't help myself!

A bigger store with more room to walk around. Clean bathrooms, great food and helpful staff. Good RV parking. Free Wi-Fi.

Ordered at 703, payed at the front at 729, said it would be ready in 25 min when we called. 752 we asked about our food and it was ready the whole time, lady didn't call it back that we were there. I don't understand how you can pay at the front desk and the back not know you are there. Food is great, people were kind, but disappointed with the lack of communication with front and back of house

I used to like it but a couple behind us had a cat on a leash sitting on the dining table.....crazy right...hair flying everywhere.....made you not want to eat there for sure. I believe its against the Board of health. Should be in a carrier UNDER THE TABLE..

The waitress was young and inexperienced. She forgot our refills and butter. The bill was 5.00 to much. The food was pretty good.
