Fast service, friendly employees, and most importantly the food taste like it should 🔥

The staff is extremely pleasant. Most fast food places are staffed by nice people but these folks go beyond the normal. They greeted me and asked if I would like any condiments and in leaving I got a big smile and a thank you for stopping by. I have noticed most fast food spots don't ask if I need condiments and as I am older I forget to ask. Great food. 😊

Yeah, management is beyond rude. Wouldn't fix their own mistake. Instead told me to go get in line. If I order something, I should not be double charged. They definitely need some new employees. Even the worker at the window couldn't manage more than a single word. What a joke their customer service is. I recommend you go to the one on Mooney Blvd.

In-N-Out Burger, "Quality You Can Taste" it says it all! The burgers was so delicious & yummy mouth watering 😋 & the fries also plus the milk shakes & I got a (Coke or a Pepsi) that I didn't even get a chance to take a photo 🍔 🍟 😂 but you can bet it was well worth it! Great service from the guy at the counter & he even cleaned our table off so a big thank you to him & to all of the other staff members for doing such a Great Job!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s & 💯%+ Always A California Original 🌞 🌴🏄 😎👍

The food was great! Honestly like always! But sadly, I had to wipe our table off it was quite covered in sauce and crumbs. It was either that or let the last table be taken. Also...i don't mind chipping in a little extra help.

The restaurant was clean and service was fast. Christopher was working the tables and floor and I want to give him a really big shout out! This young man was going above and beyond to ensure everyone had everything they needed. Great big thank you young man. Good job!

Came here on a Tuesday evening during dinner hours. The place wasn't too packed though it got busier as time progressed. There's not really much to say about their service. Any In N Out you go to the people are very friendly and always greet you with a smile. The food is consistently good. I'm glad Visalia has 2 locations. When there was one the lines were long, and I never bothered going. Wait time is short now. However, many of the tables weren't cleaned. Not sure if it's due to short staffing during the pandemic, but I couldn't find many clean tables. Overall always a great experience. My go-to is a #1 with Animal Style fries. Just clean the tables.

I was mid eating my hamburger when I realized the texture felt off to then looking down and seeing pink. I am in complete shock and absolutely disgusted. I went to confront the cashier and instead of a refund they tried to offer another hamburger? My appetite was completely gone at that point from the knot in my stomach. Now I have to watch out incase I get sick from this experience.

Best burger in America hands down. The only place where you can get a cheeseburger meal for under $10. Quality for less when you are on a budget. Great American business

This one wasnt super busy. The food was clean and fresh and the staff were friendly.

Stopped by twice. Both times got great food at a reasonable rate. The cashier, Jaelyn, (I hope I spelled that correctly) was very sweet. I think she got a little overwhelmed because it was busy but I think she's an awesome worker and she handled it all very well.

We have heard nothing but how great In-n-Out Burgers are, so we thought we would try it. Service is supposed to be fast... it wasn't even close. It took 30 minutes to get our 2 burgers and fries, and one of the burgers wasn't made as ordered, so it had to be remade. The burgers were pretty good, but they need to go back to the drawing board with their fries. They were like eating sticks of chalk. We couldn't eat them, they were absolutely horrible.
